As an ICT Officer, you'll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality ICT services and support, playing a key role in ensuring staff and volunteers have the tools they need to work effectively. You'll bring solid technical knowledge and a collaborative approach, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly, work well under pressure, and provide reliable support.

Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, you will also support a range of technology projects as part of continuous improvements at the MND Association. This includes contributing to the implementation of new systems such as CRM, applicant tracking and HR systems. The role will also support future developments to enhance service desk delivery and improve the use of the Microsoft 365 platform, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and other key systems across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second line technical support for hardware, software and telecoms services
• Provide advice, training and documentation for staff and volunteers across the MND Association, both office and regionally based
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services and communication systems
• Configure and manage ADS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Intune settings
• Set up and manage telephony systems, including Teams and voicemail services
• Maintain and document network cabling and infrastructure
• Prepare and configure client devices, and apply service packs and updates
• Set up and induct new users and manage access permissions for new starters and leavers
• Support equipment management for meeting rooms and shared devices
• Assist with project delivery and disaster recovery testing

About You:

• Strong understanding of networks and Windows operating systems (including ADS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Exchange and Intune
• Experience providing IT support and training to users with varied levels of experience
• Able to manage patching, system testing and setup of Windows-based devices
• Familiar with mobile telephony and communication systems
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and working in a hybrid team environment
• Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively

What you’ll be doing:

As COO, you will play a critical leadership role in the strategic and operational success of LtL. Key Responsibilities

· Ensure projects are run within guidelines and legal responsibilities, including data protection, GDPR, health and safety, and charity governance.

· Act as the operational safeguarding lead, working closely with the charity’s Designated Safeguarding Leads to embed best practice in all areas of delivery.

· Work with the CEO to ensure safeguarding policies are robust, understood by all staff partners and network, and adhered to in all operational activities.

· Work with the CEO on contract negotiation and management.

Systems and Operational Development

· Lead the development and improvement of internal systems and processes to support efficient, effective, and collaborative working across the charity.

· Oversee the use and optimisation of IT and digital tools for internal communication and project coordination.

· Embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring systems are user-friendly, fit for purpose, and compliant with data protection and other regulations.

People and Culture

· Line manage project managers across the UK, fostering a positive and values-led organisational culture rooted in inclusion, equity, and safeguarding.

· Coordinate leadership and professional development for staff, partners and networks.

· Champion true diversity, equity, and inclusion across all operational activities.

Stakeholder and Partnership Management

· Act as a senior representative for LtL at external meetings, events, and with funders or partners.

· Represent LtL in national forums, working groups, and networks relevant to education and the environment.

Travel

· Regular travel across the UK to support project delivery, engage with stakeholders, and lead regional teams with occasional international travel.

What you need

Essential

· Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably within the charity, education, or environmental sector.

· Track record of successfully managing complex, multi-partner projects at a national or regional scale.

· One or both of Safeguarding and Health & Safety training qualifications.

· Excellent leadership, line management, and team development skills.

· Outstanding project management skills including budgeting, planning, evaluation, and reporting.

· Strong understanding of governance, safeguarding, and risk management in a not-for-profit context.

· Embody LtL friendly and inclusive culture of support and kindness.

The Access is Justice Foundation is seeking a Grants Officer who will join our Grants Team to provide ongoing administrative, operational, and data management support for our grant making activity, working alongside others in the Grants Team. We are recruiting a Standards Policy Officer to join our small and friendly Standards and Regulation team.

About the role

The role of the Standards and Regulation function is to monitor newspaper, magazine and digital publishers’ compliance with the Editors’ Code of Practice and to take action to address concerns about editorial standards, including by undertaking investigations into serious standards failures as necessary. It’s a busy team that coordinates closely with others at IPSO and outside the organisation, engaging with members of the public, journalists, and experts on a wide variety of subjects. Some recent issues that the standards team has worked on are reporting of sexual offences, suicide, major incidents, and domestic abuse.

As the Standards Policy Officer, you will carry out a range of tasks, including analysing information drawn from complaints received by IPSO, supporting the annual statements process and engaging with a range of representative groups who have concerns about press reporting. You will work closely with the Head of Standards and other colleagues across IPSO.

This is a role for someone who is interested in news and journalism, has excellent communication and analytical skills, and enjoys working with others to achieve a shared purpose. Candidates who demonstrate relevant experience will be given an opportunity to demonstrate their skills through a written exercise prior to short-listing for interview. This means that we can measure candidates’ relevant skills directly and make a fairer decision on which applications to take forward.

Responsibilities

• In close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager, to manage the delivery of grants, ensuring that they are in line with TCFF’s objectives, values and criteria.
• To monitor grants closely and ensure regular and accurate reporting.
• To maintain records of all grant reports, awards and applications, and to monitor milestones.
• To build close working relationships with grant partners.
• To prepare grants financial overviews in keeping with the agreed annual budget.
• To develop strong Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks, in collaboration with TCFF’s data agency.
• To develop and maintain a strong network of community partners, government agencies, and other relevant organisation to enhance synergies, increase TCFF visibility and credibility.
• To lead on planning and implementing visits to grant partners with the TCFF Communications’ team to capture TCFF’s work.
• To keep informed about developments in TCFF’s fields of work and collaborate with the Senior Project Manager on the strategic direction.
• To keep informed about government and other stakeholders’ best practices, research and legislation related to our fields of work.

Qualifications, skills and experience

Essential

• Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in charity programme management.
• Solid experience in overseeing grant budgets and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and culturally responsive approaches to serving diverse populations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with beneficiaries, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
• Proven ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a flexible and collaborative attitude.
• To have or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS certificate.

The Programmes and Funding Officer will provide administrative support on grant-making processes and support the delivery of key NHS staff recognition and support funds. You will act as the point of contact for grant holders and fundholders, supporting and offering guidance and advice where necessary in a timely fashion, building on these relationships, helping to raise the profile of the Charity and supporting the Head of Programmes and Funding to identify opportunities to develop and fund activities.

About the Role

SERT’s ambition is to reach as many people as possible in the South East, to teach and show them the importance of rivers in the environment, and how everyone can play a part in restoring them. We also want to be more reflective of the diverse communities who live in the South East, and build partnerships within these communities to reach a broader audience.

This role will lead the development and delivery of volunteering and community outreach activities that connect people with their local rivers. Activities will include practical volunteering such as river clean-ups, planting days, and invasive species control, as well as citizen science, guided walks, and community workshops.

A key focus of the role is supporting the Chalk Streams in the City project - a major initiative to restore London’s rare urban chalk streams through community involvement. The postholder will help shape and deliver a programme of inclusive and engaging opportunities that inspire people to care for these unique and threatened habitats.

SEEAC is hiring a Welfare Support Officer (full-time or 4 days/week, 6-month maternity cover) to join our small, dedicated team supporting members of East and Southeast Asian communities in the UK.

SEEAC is a non-profit organisation that provides community-based support, especially to migrants, refugees and others facing marginalisation.

This role provides vital welfare advice, casework, and safeguarding support, including for those affected by hate crimes.

We're looking for someone with 3+ years’ experience in community or non-profit work, strong knowledge of UK welfare systems, and fluency in English and at least one ESEA language.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and champion welfare within the community
• Provide confidential and objective casework advocacy for service users
• Safeguard the rights of survivors and witnesses of hate crimes, discrimination, and exploitation
• Administer SEEAC’s free mental health support services
• Offer welfare advice and emotional support tailored to individual needs
• Signpost service users to relevant external welfare and specialist support services
• Conduct proactive research into available support services beyond SEEAC's remit
• Maintain confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding practices at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' professional or volunteer experience in community/non-profit settings, particularly in social justice
• Proven ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and solve problems
• Knowledge of UK welfare systems and external support networks
• Experience managing casework databases and contributing to project budgeting
• Fluent in English and at least one ESEA (East and Southeast Asian) language
• Strong sense of responsibility, with commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality

Benefits

£29,120 - £30,576 per annum FTE (full-time equivalent) pro rata plus pension contribution. Flexible homework is offered in a hybrid setting, with in-person work based at the SEEAC office in East London. To create a better collaboration with other staff members, SEEAC, however, require all staff members to work in the office or on-site occasionally as required. Opportunities for skills development training are offered. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, on a full-time or 4-days/week part-time (0.8 FTE) basis, for a September start. SEEAC’s full-time is 5 days per week (35hrs per week).
