Main Responsibilities:
- Develop deliver and monitor a fundraising strategy for Pecan.
- Establish systems, procedures, proactive stewardship, and an engagement programme to provide the highest levels of service to Pecan's supporters.
- Assist with setting up our CRM database, developing and maintaining it to ensure efficient, appropriate data capture and analysis for the purpose of effective stewardship, fundraising and communications.
- Develop an Individual Giving and Acquisition strategy that drives growth for individual giving across multi-channel campaigns and initiatives.
- Pioneer and develop a broad range of relationships with churches, organisations, and denominations across Southwark.
- Management of a part time Partnerships Manager with responsibility.
Essential Requirements:
- 3 years charity fundraising experience or evidence of very relatable experience.
- Experience / understanding of fundraising campaigns.
- Experience working on either eTapestry, Raisers Edge, Salesforce or Donorfy CRM systems.
- Ability to connect and network with a wide range of people through a broad variety of communication methods.
- A good level of general education including GCSE Maths and English plus A-levels or equivalent.

As our team lead, you’ll be providing the day to day management of our 3 Fundraising Executives.
You and your team will provide exceptional stewardship and customer care to our supporters, as well as project support to our wider Community and Events function. And will help coordinate a range of fundraising activities to achieve income targets.
As well as managing your direct reports you’ll support individuals who are taking part in our many challenge events or organising their own DIY fundraising. And there’ll be plenty of opportunities to attend events and see our work in action!

Main purpose of post

The post holder will employ a What Matters to You? approach, using Holistic Needs Assessments and Cancer Care Reviews to support collaborative and person-centred practice.
The postholder will be expected to take an active role in contributing towards the development and implementation of Big Purple Bus support services, have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team, adhering to excellence in service delivery and customer service.
We are looking for someone with a highly organised and flexible approach to work. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to the needs of the people we support.
Posts will have a primary base at the Big Purple Bus but with some occasional working from one of our other locations (Cancer Support Centre & Charity Hub) dependent on service need.
What you do:
Delivery of Information and Support to people living with and beyond cancer and their families.
The post holder will:
• Act as first point of contact on the Big Purple Bus for any requests for information and support from the public or professionals (drop-in, appointment, phone, email), triaging more complex requests appropriately.

This will include:
• Assess the needs of individuals attending / contacting the Big Purple Bus service and identify the required level of intervention.
• Support users sensitively to help them understand basic clinical information they have been given (e.g. around diagnosis, treatment, effects of the illness and treatment, cancer terminology), helping to resolve situations where users feel they have been given conflicting information. This will include addressing concerns and queries and working to resolve them and the ability to recognise and work within the limits of own competence and responsibility is crucial, referring issues beyond these limits to relevant people.
• Provide basic supporting information around topics such as reducing the risk of cancer, cancer screening, healthy living, the impact of cancer, in the most appropriate format (e.g. written, verbal, and others as appropriate to overcome any barriers to communication).
• Provide information on topics such as e.g. benefits, travel insurance, and facilitate access to services e.g. specialist benefits advice, complementary therapy.
• Liaise with relevant staff at all levels as appropriate both within the charity and externally to address issues identified, and seek advice with more complex issues, directly involving others where necessary, e.g. Cancer Information and Support Advisor or Senior Advisor; Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNS).
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of effective relationships with partner organisations in primary and secondary and voluntary the sector via networking, also giving talks and presenting at relevant groups.
• Deliver awareness raising activity to promote the service.
Operational delivery
The post holder will:
• Collect and collate data regarding contacts with the service users in person and produce reports of activity as required.
• Contribute to events and displays externally liaising with departments and agencies as required.
• Provide general administrative support to the Health Care Professionals and Outreach Service Manager [FM1] [PM2]
• Work flexibly in order to deliver the objectives of the cancer support service, including attending events and outreach sessions across South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire and Bassetlaw.
• Assist in the development of leaflets, posters and other materials, e.g. To publicise the service, recruit volunteers, support cancer awareness and other events.
• Facilitate open and effective communication with multi-professional teams, both internally and externally.

Unfold is an established local charity (previously known as Westminster Befriend a Family), supporting young people and families to reach their potential, identifying and achieving their goals through mentoring. Role Summary
How this role fits into the vision and objectives of Causeway
Refocus is an early intervention domestic abuse programme designed to tackle those at risk of committing domestic abuse towards a partner. The programme closely supports victims and intervenes early in more cases where a partner is identified as displaying abusive or potentially abusive behaviour.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator within one of our Crime Reduction Teams based in Merseyside. The aim of this project is to support and signpost individuals who meet relevant criteria and show a motivation to change after being identified as being at potential risk of committing low level Domestic Abuse. A key element of this project is that it is survivor focused and looks to address abusive behaviours at their source, at an early intervention phase, via support and education. This means working with both those who have carried out such acts and those who have been made subject to them.
The successful candidate will deliver a high-quality service, constantly focused on achieving positive outcomes for every service user through effective management, training and the development of this crime reduction team across Merseyside, ensuring all service users have a person centred, trauma informed plan, that outlines the goals and targets that the service uses, Navigators and Advocates agree to work toward. You will be working in an agile and responsive team environment and be part of the team providing support and pathways to those who have experienced domestic abuse and work with people displaying potentially abusive or coercive behaviours (perpetrators), offering education and support to promote long term change
