The Caring Family Foundation (TCFF) is dedicated to improving the lives of women, with children at the heart of all that we do. We are a grant-giving organisation with projects both in the UK and in Brazil. In the UK, our work is focused on tackling child poverty and domestic abuse.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as part of a small, committed team in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve the management of TCFF grants, contribution to its strategic objectives, and the planning and implementation of communications’ events.

Responsibilities
- In close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager, to manage the delivery of grants, ensuring that they are in line with TCFF’s objectives, values and criteria.
- To monitor grants closely and ensure regular and accurate reporting.
- To maintain records of all grant reports, awards and applications, and to monitor milestones.
- To build close working relationships with grant partners.
- To prepare grants financial overviews in keeping with the agreed annual budget.
- To develop strong Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks, in collaboration with TCFF’s data agency.

Qualifications, skills and experience
Essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification/experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in charity programme management.
- Solid experience in overseeing grant budgets and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and culturally responsive approaches to serving diverse populations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with beneficiaries, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
To manage talent acquisition for the Museum, working with hiring managers to plan and deliver effective campaigns to fill each role with the best possible candidate. To manage and develop a range of materials and systems to support talent acquisition activity.
Main responsibilities
- Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment pipeline across the Museum (around 150 campaigns per year)
- Work with the HR Business Partners to understand and predict resourcing needs and plan future hiring needs
- Be responsible for the Museum’s candidate marketing materials including the careers site, developing content and working with the Digital team to ensure content is updated regularly
- Work with hiring managers to plan and deliver tailored recruitment campaigns for each role

Overview:
The impacts of climate change on our food system are escalating, affecting food prices and production and food and farming are themselves a major source of greenhouse gas emissions. ECIU has generated multiple analyses of these issues over the past few years which have been used by a broad range of stakeholders and covered extensively by the media.
We are now seeking to grow our team in this space. These roles are an exciting opportunity to combine your analytical and communication skills to generate reports and commentary that expands the evidence base while grabbing the attention of a range of stakeholders including journalists. Your work will help to ensure a better informed debate on the interactions between food, farming and climate change, covering emissions, resilience and adaptation to, for example, climate-induced food price shocks.
The work will include different types of foods, different farming from livestock to arable and both UK and international agriculture. You will be liaising with expert stakeholder groups and academics. Health will be a key theme in the work. The postholders will communicate findings to stakeholders including journalists and MPs.
You will manage your own programme of work, supported by a wider team of analytical and communication experts.
The Energy and Climate Intelligence Unit (ECIU) is a non-profit organisation that supports informed debate on energy and climate change issues in the UK. We provide independent analysis and accessible briefings to the media and other stakeholders to improve understanding of climate-related topics and contribute to evidence-based discussions. Our work covers a range of issues including land use, transport, the power sector, and heating and buildings, with a focus on the UK but with international work too.
This is a unique opportunity to inform the debate on one of the most pressing and less explored areas of climate change.

About the role:

What the job involves
We’re looking for a Clinical Services Senior Officer to join our Clinical Services Team on a fixed term role covering maternity leave.
Our Clinical Services team provide direct information and support to anyone affected by prostate cancer or prostate problems. This includes our Specialist Nurse team, who run a service available over telephone, email, WhatsApp and Live Chat. We also have a Risk Information Service providing information to undiagnosed men concerned about their risk of prostate cancer.
As a Clinical Services Senior Officer, you’ll play an integral role in running these services, making sure everything’s efficient and accessible to the people who need us. We receive around 15,000 contacts every year, and you’ll help make sure they get the best possible experience.
Managing the day-to-day delivery of the service means organising rotas, planning resources and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll line manage our Risk Information Officer and support the growth of our Risk Information Service too.
You’ll also take responsibility for reporting and analysing service data, identifying trends and working with the Head of Support Services to shape improvements. Clinical governance will be a key part of the role, making sure our services remain safe, high quality and in line with the right policies. What we want from you
Good communication is at the heart of this role. Experience of guiding and advising grant applicants will be important in addition to being responsive to others’ needs whilst being flexible and adaptable in a constantly evolving environment.
