We are seeking a skilled Operations Administrator, providing general support across the organisation as a whole, but predominantly working with our Operations team and Co-CEOs to ensure that High Trees remains an effective organisation, able to make the most impact for our beneficiaries. This is a varied and rewarding role which will allow you to build your skills and understanding of how charities operate day-to-day as well as contribute to our governance and strategic ambitions. Your remit will include general office administration; including the admin needed to efficiently manage our offices and community buildings, ensuring our organisational policies and processes are routinely reviewed, updated and implemented; assisting with events; and supporting our governance processes.
You will also carry out the administrative HR functions for High Trees, inducting new staff, maintaining our records on our HR software, facilitating all staff to carry out our mandatory training and helping with the administration of our recruitment processes. You will work with the teams to ensure compliance with our HR policies, procedures and HR paperwork.

Sitting within BSR’s exciting External Affairs & Audit team the Clinical Audit Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the on-going work of the National Early Inflammatory Arthritis Audit (NEIAA) to gather evidence and drive up the quality of care for patients living with inflammatory arthritis. With touch points across the Rheumatology community, the NHS and health regulators, the NEIAA project is an essential tool in achieving this part of our five-year strategy. Summary of the role:
This role will provide day-to-day administrative support and project support to the department head and the overall team to ensure the successful delivery of the organisation’s operations in an efficient manner. - Develop a thorough understanding of Muslim Aid’s work areas in order to ensure strategic linkages / appropriate dissemination of information or assignment of actions.

- Provide administrative support to Head of Income Generation and Marketing in preparing and drafting correspondence, booking meetings, minute-taking, planning and supporting events, organising travel and preparing travel itineraries and relevant tasks as required by the Head of Income Generation and Marketing.

We’re a small charity that brings communities together to create cleaner, connected and safer urban and rural neighbourhoods by tackling the litter problems where they live. We are looking for a Global Resources Coordinator to ensure operations within our global resources team run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include providing general administrative support to different teams within Global Resources, manage supply of office resources and equipment, arrange travel, managing relationships with key suppliers, coordinating schedules and meetings and supporting HR administrative duties.

Key responsibilities
