Age UK is looking for an experienced front-line customer service professional to join their Supporter Engagement Team as their Supporter Engagement Executive. You will act as the first point of contact for members of the public and our supporters, delivering the charity's strategic objectives through the delivery of outstanding customer service and complaint handling. You'll be joining a small friendly team of seven established Supporter Engagement professionals and will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, including our Fundraising and Campaigns teams.
This is a hybrid opportunity, a blend of homebased and office working. Our linked office for this role is in London (near Tower Hill tube station) and currently you'll be expected to attend the office at least once per month for mandatory team days, or more often as needs arise.

The Role
The role of Corporate Partnerships Manager presents a unique opportunity to join an established team in a brand-new role, reporting directly into the CEO. The main duties will include:

About the charity
Since 1993, this hospice has provided end-of-life care to babies, children and young people across the Northwest and their families. About the role
As Major Donors and Philanthropy Partnerships Manager, you'll develop and implement a new fundraising strategy for the hospice to inspire and support high value relationships from wealthy individuals and corporates. There is so much opportunity to build on a brilliant reputation of donor care and service right across Lancashire, North Manchester and South Cumbria. You'll have the support of a brilliant wider fundraising and communications team as well as a whole host of events, both fundraising and engagement to support engagement with corporate and high net worth donors.
About you
We are looking for someone who excels at establishing and building relationships at this level, someone who is confident in crating and developing a fundraising pipeline of high value support that'll deliver on income targets.
Key attributes we're looking for include:
- Significant experience of fundraising from major donors and corporates/sales and business development experience with a track record of growing income

In this pivotal role, you will inspire, guide, and empower your shop teams to perform at their best. Through strong leadership and a hands-on approach, you’ll drive commercial success while building teams who are passionate ambassadors for Scope in their local communities.
Permanent - 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday does include quarterly weekend working). Some home working is involved.
The role will be supporting 13 Scope shops in the south. These include: Andover, Aylesbury, Bedminster, Bridport, Calne, Cirencester, Gillingham, Ilfracombe, Leamington Spa, Oxford, Penzance, Ross on Wye and St Albans.
Overnights stays and travel will be an expected part of the role.
The role
The role is ideal for an experienced Area Manager with a background in fashion and the charity sector, but we also welcome candidates from the retail industry with strong transferable skills as well as a great attitude and willingness to learn:
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Maximise sales and effectively manage expenditure to achieve profit targets.
- Oversee shop teams composed of both paid colleagues and volunteers to drive performance.
- Support and deliver key activities from the Retail Strategy and Business Plan.

Proficiency in IT, including MS Office, and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively is essential.
It is not essential for the candidate to possess prior knowledge of the sector, but they will have the right level of knowledge and enthusiasm to learn rapidly and use their transferable skills to succeed in this role.

Partnerships Executive (Interim)
The Partnerships Executive plays a key role in developing CST’s commercial relationships. Their primary responsibility is to secure conference exhibition sales to meet budget targets and manage all aspects of the exhibitor experience from prospecting to on-the-day support, to post-event communications. They also manage listings in the Directory of Services and work closely with the Partnerships Manager to support the prospecting process.
Reporting to: Partnerships Manager
Key responsibilities
1. Ensure that exhibition sales targets are met for each CST conference.
2. Maintain the CRM for commercial organisations, including creating and managing prospect groups and executing effective exhibition sales campaigns.
3. Create and maintain relevant webforms.
4. Provide excellent end-to-end support for exhibitors, including in person at larger conferences to ensure that all exhibitors’ needs are met on the day.
5. Gather feedback from exhibitors on the quality of their experience and report on what worked well and areas for improvement following each event.
6. Maintain and update marketing collateral to support CST’s commercial activities such as brochures, floorplans, briefings and manuals.
7. Cross-promote the Directory of Services to exhibitors along with other opportunities to work with CST where relevant.
8. Manage the sales and onboarding process for the Directory of Services, including overseeing the references, undertaken by a third party, sending out agreements and liaising with the marketing team on the promotion of new suppliers.
9. Support the Partnerships Manager in the development of the commercial pipeline for CST partnerships by holding initial meetings with new prospects and identifying opportunities for engagement.
