What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll work directly with children, young people and families who have experienced trauma, delivering high-quality psychological interventions as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. You’ll balance clinical work with supervision, collaboration and contributing to service development, helping ensure our work is effective, evidence-based and centred on the needs of those we support.

• Deliver trauma-informed clinical interventions (1:1, family and group work)
• Carry out assessments and develop agreed treatment plans
• Work closely with colleagues as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Collect and use outcomes data to inform and improve practice
• Supervise and support trainees and contribute to skill development
• Liaise with external professionals and agencies around the child or family

What you’ll bring

You’ll bring strong trauma-informed experience, a commitment to inclusive practice, and the ability to balance high-quality clinical work with reflection, supervision and service development.

• A recognised clinical qualification with current professional registration (e.g. HCPC, UKCP, NMC, ACP or BACP)
• Experience delivering therapeutic interventions to children, young people and families affected by trauma
• Training in evidence-based approaches such as TF-CBT, MBT-CYP or parenting interventions
• Experience working within multidisciplinary and multi-agency systems
• Confidence in assessment, formulation and outcome-focused practice
• Experience of supervising or supporting trainees (or readiness to do so)
• A clear commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of clinical work

Key details

Hours: Part-time (22 Hours per week) Including Wednesday. Usual working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00. 

Salary: £50,835 FTE, plus 6% contributory pension scheme 

Location: Hybrid (a mixture of home/onsite working): Clinical staff need to offer clinical sessions onsite at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) for 60% ofworking hours.

The Opportunity

EVENT SUPPORT

Whitley Awards Ceremony

The Whitley Awards are the result of an international search to find, fund, train and put a spotlight on outstanding grassroots leaders and their conservation projects. Finalists are invited to London for a week of training and events, culminating with the Whitley Awards Ceremony, where winners receive their Awards from WFN Patron, HRH The Princess Royal in front of 400 guests and many more tuning in via our livestream.

The Events and Office Assistant (EOA) will assist in the planning and delivery of the annual Whitley Awards Week, including the Ceremony, Friends Reception, NGO Reception, and related activities, particularly in the following areas:

• Arrange team and visitor travel, accommodation, and hospitality logistics
• Manage event guest lists and RSVPs using Salesforce and other platforms; help coordinate mail-outs and e-invitations
• Provide on-the-day event support including set-up, guest registration, and general assistance
• Support event logistics such as venue liaison, catering, AV, décor, merchandise, and materials, assisting with supplier coordination
• Champion WFN’s Event Code of Conduct.

Other WFN Events

Throughout the year WFN holds other fundraising and engagement events ranging from intimate dinners with supporters, winner talks, events as part of our Next Gen programme, and major initiatives such as Royal dinners, Galas and Biodiversity Summits which will require the EOA’s assistance.

• Manage ticketing and Q&A platforms and associated activities
• Coordinate volunteer involvement where required
• Support the organisation and logistics of fundraising and engagement events, including acting as venue liaison, arranging catering, managing guest lists, etc
• Assist with production of event materials as needed (signage, name badges, merchandise).

 OFFICE ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATIONS

Smooth running of the WFN office and systems is vital for the charity to work effectively, with this role helping to support the team. The WFN office is a busy and welcoming environment, with regular visits by winners and supporters.

Office Management

• Ensure the office is a welcoming, tidy, and well-functioning space
• Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
• Liaise with team and suppliers to order office materials and manage contracts (utilities, cleaning, stationery, refreshments, merchandise etc.)
• Manage post, deliveries, and waste removal procedures
• Oversee and liaise with the office cleaners to ensure they have the products they need and are paid in a timely manner.

Administrative Support

• Assist with diary management and scheduling meetings (in person and online)
• Arrange team and visitor travel, accommodation, and hospitality logistics
• Draft routine correspondence, thank-you letters, and other administrative communications
• Review and respond to general email enquiries (info inbox)
• Support the Head of Finance with basic administrative and data entry tasks
• Help maintain and update WFN’s CRM database (currently Salesforce) with contacts, donors, suppliers, event attendees
• Support the team with data entry, filing, record keeping, and maintaining digital and physical systems.

GENERAL DUTIES

• Represent WFN professionally at all times

The People Insights Analyst plays a critical supporting role in the development and delivery of organisational workforce reporting.

Reporting to the Senior People Insights Manager, this role is responsible for gathering, analysing, and presenting data to inform decision making and enhance organisational effectiveness.

Shannon Trust are delighted to be working with His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) to provide peer-led learning programmes at HMP Brixton. Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
 
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
 
This role is a fixed-term role until 2nd June 2026, with the opportunity to be made permanent subject to contract award.
 
The role will be prison-based. • A knowledge and understanding of digital programmes and other STEM related activities.
• Experience of delivering sessions to children & young people in primary and secondary school settings.

IT Product Lead

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Product Lead to join the IT team specialising in the implementation and development of the Witness Service case management system, WitnessBox 2.0. 

This role is home-based within England or Wales.

About the Role

As the Witness Box Product Lead, you will provide leadership and management for the development and operational functionality of the Witness Service case management system, WitnessBox 2.0.

You will be responsible for driving the advancement of the WitnessBox user specification, ensuring it is developed in collaboration with colleagues, the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), and other stakeholders. This includes managing the change control process, overseeing audits, monitoring system performance, and leading improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the WitnessBox change control process and ensuring compliance.
• Leading the development and continual improvement of WitnessBox policies and procedures.
• Overseeing testing strategies and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintaining training resources and induction plans.
• Engaging stakeholders and converting requirements into business needs.
• Undertaking data analysis and reporting to inform system enhancements.

About You

You will have a proven track record in product leadership, with experience in managing digital products or services through various development phases. You will be confident in applying Agile methodologies, translating business needs into deliverables, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

You will need:

• Experience in product or programme leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, or user-focused methodologies.
• Ability to manage product delivery across different phases of development.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Competent IT skills and familiarity with digital product management principles.
