We are looking for a Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager to join the National Theatre Development Team.
The purpose of the role
This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of fundraising at the National Theatre, as we look to grow our income from individual members, major donors, trusts and corporate organisations.
Working with the Senior Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager, you will develop a strong fundraising pipeline that will ensure the team can reach their long-term targets.
Your natural curiosity will lead you to identify new opportunities using a variety of online sources in combination with the NT’s database, Tessitura, and you will be able to articulate your recommendations to fundraisers in a concise and compelling way. With excellent attention to detail, this role also undertakes due diligence research into potential funders to assess any risks to the NT of accepting funds. This role also manages the Development Operations Assistant, who leads the day-to-day administration of the Development database.
The role has scope to offer insights across the whole Development team and NT senior management, and would suit a strong collaborator with enthusiasm for the work of the NT.
The successful candidate will have the following:

Experience of managing prospect research projects and supporting prospect pipeline management in a fundraising environment.

Proven ability to gather and interpret information for relevance from a variety of sources.

JOB PURPOSE
As part of the Brand and Marketing team, the Social Media Officer will lead on social media strategy for the organization, working closely with teams across Magic Breakfast to develop and diversify our presence on social media. The Diocesan Safeguarding Team supports parishes and senior clergy to safeguard children and adults who may be at risk of abuse and neglect, and those in abusive relationships.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
Training
- In conjunction with the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser, facilitate a safeguarding learning and development programme for the diocese aligned with the national church Learning and Development Framework, Church Safeguarding Standards, reflecting the specific safeguarding responsibilities of those in role.
- To administer all lay and clergy safeguarding training run by the Diocese in line with above, in approximately 80 sessions a year. This includes: producing a deadlines document; administers the sessions on Zoom / Teams, posting courses on Eventbrite and operating as content manager for publicity on the Diocesan website.
- To administer bookings for training courses; copy course materials and respond to emails and queries on training matters, ensure compliance of work submission required before and after courses.

General Administrative
- Work with IT and Information and Data Manager position to produce reports for the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser on safeguarding training issues and trends, and annual statistics represented in charts and graphs for inclusion in the annual safeguarding review.
- Produce quarterly reports on training compliance for Archdeacons and the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisory Panel meetings.

The International Organization for Migration in the United Kingdom (IOM UK) delivers a range of programming which includes the provision of immigration advice and casework support to vulnerable migrants to help them to regularise insecure immigration status and maintain their residency rights in the United Kingdom. IOM UK is a registered Office of the
Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) Level 3 Immigration and Asylum and Protection organisation. Under the direct supervision of the Casework Supervisor and the overall guidance of the Project Manager, Senior Programme Coordinator and Chief of Mission of IOM London, the incumbent will provide specialist technical support to IOM’s Immigration Advice unit, will undertake specialist legal counselling, OISC regulated casework and representation. The incumbent will also support the Casework Supervisor and Project Manager in liaising with relevant stakeholders on matters related to policy, project development, implementation, and reporting, as well as participate in external forums and meetings. The caseworker will provide support to Local Authorities and third sector organisations, providing information and technical inputs, second tier support, as well as direct one-to-one casework support to vulnerable individuals to complete applications. Location: Home or office (Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire) working available. This role is available fully remotely.

About the role
The Welfare Scheme Assessor will be a part of a small, but committed team with big ambitions that works cohesively and effectively together to get things done.
You’ll be an important and valued member of the team and, with the support of North Lincolnshire Citizens Advice, will be responsible for ensuring client focused outcomes are met in a pressurised environment.
You’ll be the first point of contact for residents applying for support from the welfare assistance scheme. You’ll offer applicants a holistic assessment designed to maximise household income, reduce expenditure and build greater financial wellbeing.
You’ll enable people to move as quickly as possible to problem resolution and to manage their essential needs so they are less likely to fall into debt and manage cost of living increases.
You’ll be responsible for making decisions on applications for financially based welfare support and will administer funds to households who would otherwise struggle to buy food or pay essential utility bills or meet other essential living costs.
You’ll enable people to take control of their financial wellbeing and signpost them to local statutory services and community groups that provide practical, social and emotional support.

Who we are looking for:
A Permanent Customer Relations and Sales Officer to work as part of a centralised sales team, which leads all Autism Know How sales, logistic and customer support enquiries.
Managing all aspects of the customer sales journey, this role will lead and deliver an effective, timely and professional customer journey and experience, maximising income potential and repeat business to ensure performance against team sales targets and to enable the society to continue to improve its offering for autistic people.
This role will work closely with colleagues across Autism Know How, Marketing, CRM and Business Development departments, and other relevant NAS teams where required.
This role will also deliver general administration and data processing as required.
