Overview of the Regional Coordinator role and the team
The Regional Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing the mission of Barnabas Aid by
building and nurturing relationships with churches, Christian organisations, and
individuals. The role aims to raise awareness, prayer, and financial support for the
persecuted church, fostering a network of engaged supporters and expanding the
organisation’s outreach.
Main duties and responsibilities
Strategy Implementation and Reporting:o Develop and execute regional outreach strategies aligned with organisational
goals.
o Monitor and evaluate engagement initiatives, providing regular updates and
reports.
o Maintain accurate records of engagements and donor activities using internal
systems.
Prayer Mobilisation:
o Host regular prayer meetings (virtual or in-person) for the region.
o Disseminate prayer resources and stay updated on current prayer requests.
o Attend daily organisational devotions in-person or online, unless this is not possible
due to an event or meeting.
Awareness Raising:
o Speak at churches, schools, conferences, and community events to share
Barnabas Aid’s mission.
o Collaborate with churches and Christian networks to organise awareness events

o Distribute resources and materials to inform communities about the persecuted

o Network widely and to explore potential partnerships.
Income Generation and Donations:

The Programme Manager role
Due to the continued expansion and sustainability of our programmes, we are seeking a new team member to support our next period of growth into the 2025-2026 academic year.
You will be a consumate account manager to support our skills and employability programmes designed in partnership with industry. You will work collaboratively with our corporate and industry partners to support teachers and students in schools and further education institutions access a range of TTF educational programmes.

Job Title: Farm Rescue Coordinator
Reporting To: Supply Lead
Salary Range: £27,000 - £29,000 (Dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Three months Fixed - Term
Location: Based on Farms/ Orchards across Kent and East Sussex
Hours/Days per week: 37.5 hours per week, 8am – 4.30pm, Monday – Friday.

About The Felix Project
The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Our vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. We aim to reduce the negative impact food waste has on the environment by working with the food industry to rescue high quality surplus produce, that would otherwise have gone to waste. This food is sorted at one of our four depots or turned into meals in Felix’s Kitchen. It is then distributed to over 1,200 community organisations, such as food banks, homeless shelters and primary schools, all of whom are working within communities across London to feed people experiencing hunger.

Purpose of the Job
We are looking for the Farm Rescue Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring that the charity is successful in achieving its objective to rescue and secure a growing supply of surplus food direct from farms, helping us to meet our ambitious future meal targets to feed those in need. You will support the Farm Lead in maintaining relations with the farms and managing large groups of corporate volunteers who change day to day. You will support the Farm Lead and other Felix colleagues with resource planning, daily reporting and measurement. You will support with making delivering between Felix’s London Depots and the orchards. This is a hands-on role that requires being on your feet and frequent manual handling and is 100% outdoor based regardless of weather.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your normal duties and responsibilities will be set out in your job description. However, the charity may require you to perform other duties from time to time.
- Initial set up at orchard each day (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)
- Support Farm Lead to carry out Dynamic Risk Assessment each morning
- Meet, greet and check in volunteers on arrival
- Introduction and H&S briefing
- Support with all aspects of picking, stacking, loading of fruit
- Support with lunch and refreshments for volunteers
- Deliver fruit and/or trays between orchards and Felix’s London depots in a Felix van (Wednesdays)
- Liaise with the depot teams regarding logistics

Schools Coordinator
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Schools Coordinator (Impact Officer) to work as the primary link between partner schools and the CYUK programme.
Join a youth social action charity challenges 18 to 25-year-olds to tackle educational inequality through a year of full-time social action. As mentors, tutors and role models in schools, they support pupils growing up in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the UK.
Position: Schools Coordinator (internal title School Impact Officer)
School locations: M32 0XA and M20 5PG - 4 days school based
Training location: M12 6FZ - 1 day per week (with some working from home)
Working schedule: Term-time working (except for the second half of August)
Hours: Working hours are 8:00-4:30, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £25,432 per annum

The Role
We have a rewarding opportunity for a School Impact Officer to train, support and develop volunteers and monitor the programme through effective administration, data management and to build a deep partnership between the school and the charity.
The Impact Officer is based predominantly in a school and is the primary link between the partner schools and the programme and is the enabler of the programme delivery. You will support a team of volunteer mentors, who support school activities by coordinating, managing and evaluating the programme.
The Volunteer Mentors also complete a Leadership and Development programme and you will work with them on a professional development plan to chart their continuous professional development and ready them for employment.
The role is primarily a school-based post from Monday to Thursday and is based in a regional venue on most Fridays. See locations above.

We are looking for someone to join our Young People Learning team to support the coordination of our programmes for young people across England and Wales.
We are looking for someone with a passion for empowering young people and understanding of school’s curricula in England and Wales to coordinate. Your role ensures that operational delivery plans are implemented in your defined area, meeting all targets and KPIs. There is a significant external remit, and you will be expected to pro-actively manage relationships with schools and Local Authorities, to support schools as they participate in our programmes.
You will monitor the quality and impact of our programmes, ensuring this is captured and fed back to our Facilitators and Young People Development Lead to ensure continuous improvement. You will also be working together with the rest of the Young People Learning team to coordinate activity, such as Workshops, Dragons’ Dens and Awards, to ensure a clearly mapped out timetable. To support the Young People Administrator in scheduling activity, you will be expected to pass-on details from schools and partners in a timely manner.
You will also have opportunities to work with colleagues across the business, for example colleagues in sales and partnerships, to implement delivery plans as agreed by external partners and funders.
In addition to the ongoing remit of the job description, the post holder will work towards individual goals/outcomes as agreed with the line manager and aligned to the annual organisational business plan.

Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinating delivery of our programmes for young people, achieving allocated targets in England and Wales and complying with programme systems and procedures.
· Support the effectiveness of activities for young people by appropriately preparing facilitators and following up with operational stakeholders, such as teachers, after delivery to ensure sessions meet highest standards expectations.
· Support the delivery of successful events for our young people, such as Awards and Dragons’ Dens, and responsible for implementing plans, coordination and logistical arrangements.
· Ensure effective recruitment and retention of schools and young people, driving impact and engagement in allocated areas through developing and maintaining operational level relationships and customer service.
· Responsible for gathering and collating evaluation data and case study information during programme delivery and at events to evidence impact.
· Maintain up to date records on our CRM system, HubSpot, and impact data on Microsoft Forms and SharePoint.
· Providing accurate management information and case studies for reporting to external stakeholders.
· Gathering intelligence and local insight, needs and funding opportunities to help inform the overall UK Young People sales and strategy.
· Work collaboratively with fellow Coordinators to lead the continuous improvement and innovation of processes and procedures, enhancing efficiency while developing your capability, confidence, and skills.

About the opportunity
The London Programme Coordinator will be responsible for managing a caseload of up to seven partner schools, attending and coordinating weekly tutoring sessions, developing relationships with pupils, school staff and volunteer tutors and collecting data for monitoring and evaluation purposes. This role plays a crucial part in overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring sessions to ensure effective and impactful programme delivery.

Contract: Full time. Fixed term contract until 31st July 2026.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of Action Tutoring’s tutoring programmes in partner schools, whether online or face to face. This includes working closely to manage and effectively communicate with all key stakeholders: schools, pupils and volunteer tutors; leading weekly face to face and online tutoring sessions; leading on reviewing and improving programme delivery, using data to reliably assess programme performance.
- Responsible for overseeing the quality of both face to face and online tutoring, engaging in quality assurance processes, and providing feedback to volunteer tutors to ensure effective and impactful delivery.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in partner schools, including members of the Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers.
- Update and maintain Action Tutoring’s database, including collecting data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, such as attendance records, baseline and interim assessments and end of programme surveys.
- Reporting regularly on key performance indicators.
Person specification
Qualifications and experience criteria:
- Experience working with volunteers and/or young people
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Evidence of ability to prioritise and manage administrative tasks

- Being the sole representative for a partner school, you will need to use your ability to work independently and with initiative, often organising your own time to meet deadlines.
- You’ll also need to have a strong aptitude for developing relationships with a range of stakeholders ensuring you uphold high standards of communication and adapt your style for different audiences. The nature of this role will also require you to demonstrate adaptability, resilience and the ability to cope with some uncertainty.
- This position would suit you if you’re looking to develop your experience in the education or charity sectors. Existing experience of working with young people and/or project management in a charity or education setting would be an asset.

- Experience working in or with schools is a bonus, but not essential.
