The role
Global Greengrants Fund UK is looking to hire an energetic and passionate individual who will play a key role in collaborating across teams to support the Executive Director and senior leadership team to become more effective and strategic in their work. They have experience dealing with administrative processes and office administration, especially in a non-profit, remote organisation. They will have skills to give, receive and work with feedback constructively. They must be meticulous with exceptionally strong follow-up and follow-through skills and have the ability to work under high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines. They should have excellent interpersonal understanding, relationship building, and interpersonal skills to build strong alliances with diverse constituencies with experience working with diverse communities from multiple identities across the globe, in a virtual environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the daily post, processing all legal invoices, and maintaining accurate database records. You'll also handle your own caseload of pecuniary legacy cases (set sums of money left to us under a Will), adapting your communication with solicitors, executors, and beneficiaries, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and the wishes of the deceased.

In this role you will provide administrative support to the Volunteering and Community Networks Department and Head of Volunteering and Community Networks.
You’ll be proactive and highly motivated. Attention to detail is essential as is the ability to plan and manage a busy and varied workload to provide support on various tasks.
You will contribute to the smooth running of the department through managing diaries, booking meetings and being responsible for departmental invoice processing.
As a part of the Volunteer Support Admin Team you will provide high quality support to our Community Networks volunteers based across the UK.
You will ensure that all volunteer enquiries are resolved promptly, that information provided to volunteers is aligned to our organisational positions and standards that relevant information is recorded and appropriate follow-up actions are completed.
Your insight will help inform our wider Community Networks team on volunteer priorities and issues.

This is an interesting and varied role providing administrative support across the organisation. As the first point of contact within the organisation you will be responsible for liaising with a large range of stakeholders from supporters to Members of Parliament.
This role will be responsible for office administration including liaising with the landlord, office suppliers, providing supporting the finance function including processing direct debits, staff credit cards and supplier invoices.
