Battersea is undergoing a significant transformation programme (known as Launchpad) to deliver real change in the way we work with, utilise, and learn from data. Our new approach will enable smoother animal, customer and supporter journeys and will help us embed a truly data and insight-driven approach to decision-making at Battersea. The first phase of the programme is to implement Salesforce Lightning as the organisations single CRM application.

With the programme underway, in the preparation for the first go live, this exciting role has been created within the new Data Applications team to ensure that all the system users are expertly supported.

This role, working within the Data Applications Team will initially contribute to the Launchpad programme by supporting training and UAT activity. Once the programme has been completed, this role will then be responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance needs for the new Salesforce Lightning CRM and other related applications as they are launched.

At the helm of our operation is Reprezent Radio, a dynamic youth-led community radio station based in South London. Our unique training model combines in-person training courses with work experience placements at the station, resulting in a cohesive programme of entry-to-advanced level training provision and an active waiting list of over two thousand people.

Location

This role is a hybrid position, working both from home and with regular attendance required at our office/training space in Peckham and our station headquarters in Brixton.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Executive Team to develop a Sustainable Growth Strategy for our training department. This should contain concrete plans for income generation and beneficiary impact KPIs for the short, medium and long term. This process will involve:

  • Strategic analysis of competitors and market need.

  • Critical evaluation of existing frameworks and assets.

  • Researching available grants and fundraising opportunities.

  • Exploring other revenue opportunities through networks and brand partnerships.

• Once the Sustainable Growth Strategy has been drawn up, management of its implementation and ongoing development. This will include:

  • Optimising the use of available facilities.

We are an agile social enterprise looking for a qualified Finance Manager to manage and operate our existing finance function. Working flexibly from home, you will perform a core role in our small, friendly virtual team helping to maintain financial stability and control as we focus on our mission to deliver successful projects across a range of settings globally. About the role 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Sustrans as part of the Fundraising and Supporter Engagement team as the E-Commerce Manager. 

In line with our ecommerce strategy, Sustrans has invested over the past years to increase sales through our e-commerce shop and now needs to find new approaches to maximise revenue.  

As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for maximising e-commerce revenue by optimising the martech stack, improving audience insights, product development/management and  promotion through digital and offline marketing channels.

The Role

The Talent Set are delighted to be working with London's Air Ambulance Charity, supporting them to recruit a Deputy Head of Philanthropy (Trusts) maternity cover. This role will start at a key time in strategy development and long term planning, as they enter the final phase of their incredibly successful Up Against Time Appeal to replace their two helicopters.

As they enter the final phase of the appeal, having raised £11.5m of their £15m target (with a number of further pledges confirmed) this role will focus on developing the long term Trusts fundraising strategy. As Deputy Head of Philanthropy you will be tasked with considering the opportunities presented by the new 15 year organisational strategy, and contributing to the wider Philanthropy, Partnerships and Events team plans to ensure they have a strong footing as they look to the long term and next 15 years of London's Air Ambulance Charity. 

As Deputy Head of Philanthropy you will not only lead on strategy development but also build and develop the Trusts pipeline, leading and developing the Trusts and Prospect Research teams to improve internal processes and influence/respond to upcoming fundraising opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Trusts and Prospect Research teams and programmes through a year of maternity cover, ensuring both areas are in a strong position on the return of the substantive postholder. 
• Act as LAAC's Trust and Lead Gift (£500k+) fundraising expert, leading the Trusts and Prospect Research teams to be ambitious and consider the long term funding opportunities for the charity. 
• Lead the team through the transition from the Up Against Time Appeal to focus on the new 15 year organisational strategy and opportunities it presents to develop the pipeline for new projects.
• Take ownership of the Trusts, Foundations and Statutory pipeline, leading income generation from these sources with a personal focus on £100k+ opportunities, while informing the organisation's approach to restricted fundraising opportunities.
• Support the development of direct reports and wider Philanthropy, Partnerships and Events team. 

Person Specification:

• Strong sector knowledge and technical expertise of Trust fundraising, with experience of securing £100k+ support from trusts, foundations and/or statutory sources. 
• Demonstrable experience of developing and fundraising for restricted projects, monitoring income and expenditure budgets.
• Effective pipeline development skills and the ability to support a Prospect Research function to identify new opportunities.

The Fairtrade Foundation are recruiting for a strong team manager and technical expert for the role of Head of Sustainable Sourcing to lead Fairtrade’s work developing & implementing sustainable supply chain strategies and the successful end to end journey of our licensees that will deliver increased impact for producers and grow the UK market for Fairtrade.

Fairtrade drives change through changing trade and in this role, you will lead, manage and motivate a team of senior managers, managers and officers responsible for the delivery of Fairtrade’s impact goals - ensuring Fairtrade’s interventions address the most important sustainability challenges across economic, environmental and social issues. This role will be leading across key commodities such as Cocoa, Coffee, Bananas, Tea, Gold and Flowers and across all our licensees.

You will need to be a very strong team leader and strategic thinker with a growth mind-set with strong expertise in international development and/or sustainable supply chains. Leading supply chain risk management, building solutions and driving forward opportunities to reduce environmental and human rights risks in supply chains.

The role is key for Fairtrade’s external profile and external relationship management. You will lead our UK partnerships with key intermediary partners supplying retail, brands and out of home partners (e.g. packers, roasters, traders, manufacturers, refiners) providing supply chain expertise and leading the support more broadly and all along the value chain to drive improved business practices in our retail, OOH and brand partners.

You will act as an ambassador for Fairtrade proactively looking for opportunities to speak on platforms and at conferences and creating opportunities to communicate and to convene stakeholders to share Fairtrade’s sustainable supply chain expertise and approaches externally and internally. Working in close partnership with the global Fairtrade movement - Fairtrade International, National Fairtrade Organisations, FLO-Cert and Producer Networks – you will deliver an integrated global strategy for positive change for producers.

We have an exciting opportunity to work in a senior management role improving the lives of people with severe learning disabilities and their families, within a small national charity with a reputation for excellence. 

The Co-production and Engagement Lead will be leading and delivering a 3-year National Lottery funded project through co-production with a range of stakeholders and be responsible for creating local networks and sharing best practice

Position: Co-production & Engagement Lead

Location: Kent (hybrid or remote working considered)

Hours: Part Time 30 hours per week

Salary: £35k pro rata (depending on experience)

Contract: Fixed Term to 31st March 2027

The Role

The foundation is a registered charity which exists to improve the quality of life of people (children, young people and adults) with severe learning disabilities whose behaviour challenges and the families who support them.

We are currently looking for a Co-production & Engagement Lead to deliver a 3-year project funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.  Working closely with a small friendly staff team, and 3 regional family carers (specifically employed for this project), you will be responsible for developing 3 regional networks across England, sharing best practice locally and nationally, linking with the Challenging Behaviour – National Strategy Group, and ensuring co-production and family carer engagement is promoted and embedded as best practice.

About You

You will have up to date and relevant knowledge and/or experience of children’s and/or adult policy and practices (learning disabilities) across health, education and social care and be fully committed to working in co-production and supporting family carers to fully engage as partners in the process to achieve the best outcomes.

A proven project manager, who thinks strategically and has the ability to work with a range of stakeholders across multiple sites, You will need to be highly organised, skilled at project management, knowledgeable about current policy and practices, and a confident communicator adept at influencing a wide range of stakeholders.

The Challenging Behaviour Foundation was set up in 1997 by Vivien Cooper OBE, the parent of a child with severe learning disabilities who displayed a range of challenging behaviours. At the time, there was no support for families like Viv’s and no adequate provision to support her son – other than almost three hundred miles away!

Crucially, families remain at the heart of our work. It is their experiences that shape everything we do; from the direct support we provide through our family advice service, to the training we deliver for commissioners and providers, through to the rich evidence base we bring from working with families to challenge the system and to “speak truth to power”.
