The Interim Finance Manager will be a key member of our Finance team so we are looking for a hardworking and supportive team player who has a passion for our mission and for figures to join us on a fixed-term contract until the end of May 2026. The Finance Manager joins War Child at an exciting time, as we are growing and will therefore be expected to work on projects to ensure that the right changes are made line with the growth of our organisation.
The Interim Finance Manager is expected to support the Senior Finance Manager and Finance & IT Director in the continued development and implementation of War Child’s overriding financial management and reporting framework and financial policies. You will be supporting the Senior Finance Manager to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial information in UK
The Interim Finance Manager will also play a pivotal role in supporting with projects such as updating our month end processes and management accounts reporting and supporting with changes to our payments process.

- Significant relevant experience in finance roles and able to evidence management accounting and reconciliation experience.

About the role
Development Group generates philanthropic and sponsorship income to help us create a Natural History Museum for the future – investing in capital development, attaining vital acquisitions for the collection, transforming our galleries, developing innovative exhibitions and undertaking ground-breaking scientific research on issues that affect us all.
The Museum is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual for the role of Legacy Manager. The role will be key in securing the future of the Museum for years to come, building on and delivering a comprehensive legacy strategy, creating compelling marketing campaigns, and building meaningful relationships with legacy supporters.
Working alongside an approachable and highly successful Philanthropy team, reporting into the Senior Philanthropy Manager (HNWI), the role will be leading and delivering our legacy programme, building on and driving forward our legacy strategy. You will develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to deliver the legacy strategy, as well as promote legacy giving to a wide audience and cultivating new legators. The role will also steward existing legators, developing relationships and planning events to steward and cultivate. You will also work closely with a Philanthropy Executive to manage legacy administration and ensure best practice stewardship.
About you
The appointed person will have extensive experience in legacy fundraising and marketing, and successfully soliciting legacy pledges and a proven ability to develop strategy, manage budgets and deliver results. They will have exceptional written and oral communication skills, with an ability to convey detailed information in a concise and engaging manner and be able to establish productive relationships with a variety of funders, prospects and colleagues. This person must be able to work proactively and constructively with colleagues to develop high-quality project proposals and act as an ambassador for the Natural History Museum amongst a range of high-profile external contacts. Finally, they will possess exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills and have an ability to prioritise and meet regular deadlines whilst working under pressure.

Job Purpose
This role is a senior leadership team member and strategic lead for all corporate and consumer communications, member business engagement and marketing.

You will lead the marketing and communications function and manage the Marcomms team, continually developing and implementing effective marketing and communications strategies clearly articulating TFP’s vision, aims, projects and services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is expanding its network of senior volunteers to boost income from corporate and philanthropic sources.
As our Partnerships and Senior Networks Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting our income ambitions by cultivating relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and enhancing the charity’s ability to secure advice and support.
BHF’s senior volunteers help us drive income through introductions to their networks, advice around major giving and corporate partnership fundraising, and by advocating on our behalf to high-value audiences. About you
As our ideal candidate, you bring experience managing stakeholder engagement at senior levels (e.g. Trustees, board members, senior volunteers, high-net-worth donors and/or corporate leaders) as well as demonstrable experience in providing secretariat support to boards, committees, or similar groups.
With a background in philanthropic and/or corporate partnerships fundraising, you have a strong understanding of the charity sector and experience in managing communications on behalf of high-profile individuals, such as board members or organisational leaders.
Proactive and self-motivated, with strong organisation skills and attention to detail, you have experience in planning events and other engagement touchpoints for high value audiences and working with external suppliers and contractors to source high quality goods and services.
With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you can build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders and manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Working arrangements
This is 18-month fixed term contract from start date. Start date is as soon as possible.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

We are working in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust to deliver the Bromley Mental Health Hub. This forms part of the transformation of mental health services in the London borough of Bromley under the NHS Long Term Plan. The service brings together the expertise of local primary, secondary and voluntary sector mental health care providers with the aim of providing flexible, holistic and integrated services for adults with mental health problems.
The integrated team provides brief intervention support to people with mental health problems within a primary care and community mental health setting, helping people develop their independence, self-management skills and achieve their recovery goals.
We have an exciting maternity cover opportunity for a full time Senior Peer Support Coordinator to lead on the development and delivery of mental health peer support in the Bromley Mental Health Hub. You will lead the team, which includes peer support staff and volunteers, and take responsibility for design, coordination and day-to-day delivery of recovery orientated peer support to people with mental health problems on a group and one to one basis.

At the RSPB our mission is a big one and we have an ambitious strategy to tackle the nature and climate crisis. We cannot deliver the impact we need with our internal resources alone and require smart, effective use of trusted suppliers to deliver our communications, marketing, fundraising and campaigning activities. As the Agency Framework Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing our first procurement framework for agencies, consultants and freelancers, with a remit to maximise value for money, minimise internal transaction costs and deliver maximum impact for the RSPB.
Reporting into the Head of Planning & Delivery, you will also have a dotted line into one of our Senior Programme Managers. You will collaborate with Procurement colleagues, as well as key stakeholders across our HQ and Country teams, to initially focus on the setting up and establishment of the Agency Framework.
You will then transition into the management and implementation of the Framework, acting as support and consultant to the organisation to ensure our ways of working with external partners are appropriate and robust.
This is an important role which needs to embed itself across the organisation and be recognised as the main contact for all marketing and communications agency use. We’re looking for someone who is skilled at navigating internal cultures, comfortable making decisions and having sometimes difficult conversations with both internal and external parties, and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Key activities will include:
- Design, implement and manage an agency framework for all comms, marketing, fundraising, and campaigning agency spend in line with central procurement processes and policies.
- Work collaboratively with the Procurement team on the tendering process for the creation of the agency framework, working with subject matter experts to ensure we have the right suppliers to meet the needs of the organisation.
- Develop user friendly templates and documentation to make the process of engaging an agency as clear and simple as possible.
- Provide support and guidance for internal teams with the creation of effective briefs, making sure the information we’re providing to agencies is appropriate.
- Provide support and guidance for internal teams during the ‘call off’ process for individual pieces of work, helping to navigate conversations and identify solutions/next steps.
- Provide ongoing supplier management, conducting regular reviews with suppliers and internal teams. Putting in place relevant recommendations to ensure all parties are getting maximum benefit.
- Act as the main point of escalation for agencies and internal key stakeholders, working quickly to resolve any issues and find solutions.
- Have oversight of agency spend across the organisation. Ensure agreed spend has gone through the appropriate prioritisation frameworks, that budgets are appropriate and that we are getting best value for money.
- Provide reports and analysis to senior leaders on the efficacy of our external agency relationships and contribution towards strategy.

About the Role
The focus of this permanent role is to manage the development and growth of the Strategic Programmes, in line with the organisations new strategy and core mission to end youth homelessness.
