As Senior Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for driving and inspiring new business within regional corporate fundraising. You will leverage research insights, professional networks, and tailored engagement strategies to cultivate a pipeline of high-value opportunities.

Your work will drive innovative corporate partnerships and maximising lifetime fundraising potential. This is a strategic and outward-facing role, requiring both acquisition and stewardship expertise, to create multi-layered partnerships that generate up to six-figure annual income and enhance wider brand engagement for Save the Children. 

In this 12-month fixed term contract role you will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the UK, with occasional on-site presence in London Farringdon approximately once per quarter. 

In this role, you will: 

• Proactively identify and prioritise high value, strategically aligned corporate prospects. 

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities with tailored engagement and stewardship plans. 

• Create and deliver compelling, high-quality partnership proposals and pitches. 

• Negotiate partnership terms and ensure smooth handovers to account managers for long-term growth. 

• Work collaboratively across teams to embed safeguarding and compliance into all partnership activity. 

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of corporate fundraising strategy, bringing energy and innovation to the team. 

About you 

To be successful, it is important that you have: 

• Significant experience in corporate fundraising or a relevant commercial environment. 

• A proven track record of securing and delivering five/six-figure corporate partnerships. 

• Strong experience in Cause Related Marketing and commercial negotiations. 

• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills with senior stakeholders. 

• Commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex financial/technical data into actionable insights. 

• Experience of managing fundraising databases and pipelines, driving results against targets. 

• A proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to bring energy and ideas to a collaborative team.

Job Title: Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £44,000

We are seeking an experienced Trusts and Foundations fundraiser to join our team at Power2, a fast growing and energetic youth charity.

You will lead on fundraising from Trusts and Foundations and be responsible for relationships, applications and reporting to major Trust and Foundation funders. You’ll lead internal processes for prospect research and have oversight of a growing portfolio of potential and existing donors. You will ensure a consistent pipeline of applications to meet your performance indicators and collate information from across the organisation to produce funder reports.

 You will have significant and demonstrable experience of fundraising from major Trusts and Foundations. You will have excellent project management skills, be skilled at writing compelling funding bids, be highly numerate and a great team player and collaborator. Previous experience or interest in the youth or education charity sector would be an advantage.

We operate hybrid working, and this role can be based at either our North-West (Ashton-under-Lyne) or London office, with at least two days working in the office per week. We offer flexibility as to when the role’s hours are worked, and exact working patterns can be discussed at interview.

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Senior Charity Accountant to join our team. Reporting to the Charities Technical and Strategic Finance Manager, you will play a central role in the provision of expert financial advice across CBF’s charitable funding activities, as well as supporting wider charitable operations within the City Corporation.

You will lead on financial due diligence for grants and other charitable funding decisions, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and represent sustainable and responsible financial practice. You’ll also support financial reporting, forecasting, audit coordination, and management of various charitable funds — including CBF’s significant grant-making fund and the City Corporation’s Sundry Trusts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist charity finance advice and lead financial due diligence for CBF’s grant-making and charitable funding.
• Develop and deliver training to funding managers on key charity finance principles and tools.
• Monitor and report on grant commitments, including balance sheet reconciliations and audit responses.
• Prepare and review financial statements for various charities within the City Corporation's portfolio.
• Support charity governance and compliance in line with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

About You

You will bring:

• Strong technical knowledge of charity accounting and financial due diligence processes.
• Experience preparing statutory accounts and regulatory reporting for charitable entities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge constructively, and present financial information clearly to non-financial audiences.
• Confidence working with complex organisations and balancing multiple priorities.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to CBF’s mission, values, and impact-led work.

A recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIPFA, or equivalent) and experience working within or alongside the charitable or public sector is highly desirable.

Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager. As part of the Grant Partnerships Team you will play a lead role in collaborative and ambitious partnerships between corporates and OnSide that give opportunities to young people.

Position: Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

Location: Hybrid working: Two days a week in the London office (White City), combined with home-working and travel across the Youth Zone network as required

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Fundraising Manager has arisen at World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF); the UK’s leading cancer prevention charity focusing on the link between cancer and risk factors such as diet, body weight and physical activity. 

We are seeking an outstanding corporate fundraising professional to join our Fundraising Development team. This is a key role for the organisation, proactively leading on new business; delivering mid and high-value partnerships and maintaining a healthy and active pipeline of new prospects to support the long-term sustainability of our work. The successful candidate will develop compelling proposals and pitches to build new relationships and provide excellent stewardship for existing corporate partners. They will manage and deliver the Corporate Partnerships strategy, annual operational plan, and income forecasting and develop accurate annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against plan and setting KPIs and targets.

 We are looking for an individual able to demonstrate a significant track record of success in achieving and exceeding set income targets in corporate fundraising as well as developing and delivering a corporate fundraising strategy, annual budgets, and delivery plans. Excellent written and creative skills, with experience in developing engaging proposals and applications for funding is crucial as is the ability to organise, prioritise, and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines. This is an exciting time to join Liverpool Zoe’s Place and the Finance Manager is a new post for the organisation. The Baby Hospice transferred to the new charity on May 1st 2025 with great potential for commissioning, and with a healthy financial platform due to the generosity of businesses and the public in Liverpool. This is a new start for Liverpool Zoe’s Place and our plans for a brand new state of the art hospice are agreed and we will move into the new hospice by June 2026, with all the required funding in place.

This post is to manage and co-ordinate the smooth running of the finance department ensuring all processes and procedures are streamlined, efficient and produced in a timely manner. This will involve the management of daily financial matters and overseeing the production of the monthly management accounts for both the hospice and its commercial companies. About you

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience managing and developing a corporate partnerships account management team within a charity setting. We are a mission-driven, innovative social mobility charity that believes a young person’s start in life shouldn’t limit their future. We work with state schools and colleges to develop and build their alumni and employee volunteer communities, helping young people ‘see who they can be’ and helping to open up genuine routes to previously gatekept sectors. Our partners have a key role to play in this. We celebrate our 15th anniversary this year, and over that time have supported over 465,000 young people and built 1,250 alumni networks.

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client with its search for a Senior Partnerships Manager – Corporate.

There is a school attendance crisis with 1.7 million children missing more than 10% of their schooling each year. This figure has doubled since the pandemic. Children are missing weeks, months, even years of their education, severely affecting their future life chances. This charity looks beyond the classroom to tackle the underlying causes of school absence and get children back to school, ready to learn. Whatever it takes.

This role leads the corporate partnerships team to achieve income targets and grow the opportunity pipeline. The postholder will shape and update the corporate strategy and operational plan, working with the Head of Fundraising and Communications on budgets. You will manage key partnerships, engage current and potential supporters, and ensure excellent stewardship through account plans. A key focus will be fostering a culture of new business development, identifying prospects, and mobilising senior volunteer support.

The successful candidate will have proven experience securing five- and six-figure corporate partnerships and consistently exceeding ambitious targets. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders and produce high-quality written materials. You will need to identify and convert new opportunities while effectively managing long-term partner relationships. The role also requires strong organisational, analytical, creative, and numerical skills, along with the ability to prioritise competing demands to drive income growth and maximise opportunities.

The postholder will develop and lead fundraising and partnerships, raising crucial funds to support MumsAid’s growth. We are looking for an experienced, versatile fundraiser who can hit the ground running, bring a holistic approach and work with a range of donors and funders to help MumsAid develop a sustainable income pipeline. 

This role has strategic accountability for fundraising and managing funder relationships. You will lead our competitive tendering and grant application work, and develop our corporate partnerships.

This is a part-time post, flexible on location, although some travel within the UK may be required. The role will provide support at fundraising events, requiring some occasional evening and weekend commitments (for which time in lieu will be granted).

Main Duties 

Leadership and Management: 

· Work alongside the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board (particularly the Fundraising and Marketing Subgroup) to proactively identify potential sources of funding and realise opportunities for growth. 

· Devise and develop appropriate strategies, produce and deliver strong proposals and pitches. 

· Provide knowledge of current fundraising practice and develop a consistent working strategy that is sustainable.

· Assist in informing long-term financial/business planning and clarifying priorities. 

· Support the SLT and Board in developing a comprehensive framework for reporting on the charity’s impact, including to funders. 

Oversee and support monitoring submissions.

Fundraising:

· Develop, implement and evaluate a fundraising strategy in line with MumsAid’s priorities, to include key areas of focus – fundraising from trusts and foundations, statutory fundraising, corporate fundraising, to secure c. £500k over the next 2 years.

· Research, formulate and write applications, bids and tenders, including to statutory funders and trusts and foundations, coordinating with other team members for input as necessary.

· Build strong relationships with existing and potential funders, partners and stakeholders.

· Write reports for funders to meet deadlines and submit further applications for existing funders where appropriate.

· Work with the SLT and Board to develop and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, funders, partners and corporate organisations to ensure good communication about organisational/project progress, address any issues that arise, and identify new income streams. 

Organisational and General Duties: 

· Maximise fundraising efficiency by using and developing our CRM to ensure there is a clear process for recording and managing fundraising activity. 

· Contribute to the financial planning, budgeting and management accounts process. 

· Contribute to the development of MumsAid’s understanding and communication of our Return on Investment (ROI).

· Report regularly on KPIs, monitoring and evaluating against social impact and ROI. 

· Develop and manage a reporting schedule for the Board and funders to ensure monitoring and reporting is in done in an effective manner in line with organisational priorities, tracking restricted and unrestricted income, project development and targets. 

· Maintain awareness of fundraising and charity law and ensure that activity adheres to relevant legislation and guidance. 

Communications and Marketing: 

Liaise with colleagues to help shape and implement our marketing and communications plan, ensuring our reputation is upheld and our knowledge is shared through positive, consistent and accurate communications and messaging.

Promote and support equality, diversity and inclusion, e.g., ensuring that the views and voices of MumsAid’s service users are considered in all aspects of fundraising initiatives, including in the discussions of need and impact.

Key Experience and Skills:

· Proven track record of working with trusts and foundations, corporate and statutory funders, including expertise in writing applications and stewarding grants.

· Experience of major donor fundraising.

· Ability to bring creative ideas to the table that mirror our strategic direction.

· Financial literacy and management experience, confidence in working with budgets, creating a financial narrative, and working with databases.

· Demonstrably outstanding written communication skills with the ability to write compelling copy, tailored to a range of audiences and platforms. 

· Proven track record of building positive relationships with funders, partners, volunteers, and supporters; you may already have a network of relationships this role could benefit from.

· Articulate speaker, able to present and repackage complex information in succinct and digestible format.

· Microsoft Office proficient, Proficient with Word, Excel and able to put together PowerPoint presentations.

· Ability to develop strategies, operational plans and KPIs in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders. 

· Excellent working knowledge of voluntary sector funding streams.

· Excellent teamwork skills but with the ability to work independently. 

· Proactive and confident in using own initiative and prioritising workloads.

Desirable Experience and Skills: 

· Experience of representing an organisation externally, e.g., through presentations, events, conferences. 

· Experience of working closely with communications and/or marketing to optimise fundraising and profile-raising opportunities.

· Experience in using a CRM system to support relationship management and reporting.

The role

Due to the continued expansion and sustainability of our programmes, we are seeking a new team member to support our next period of growth in the new 2025-2026 academic year.

You will be a consumate account manager to support our skills and employability programmes designed in partnership with industry. You will work collaboratively with our corporate and industry partners to support teachers and students in schools and further education institutions access a range of TTF educational programmes.

*Hybrid working

This is a hybrid role. You will be working from home and will join our Team Together Days in a co-working space in London a min of 1 a month, up to a max of 3 per month.
