This is an exciting opportunity to establish RLSS UK’s first-ever corporate fundraising function. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will build, lead, and deliver a new programme that maximises income from corporate supporters and aligns partners with our mission to save lives. You will be responsible for developing the strategy, creating the tools and foundations, proactively generating new business, and delivering excellent stewardship as partnerships are secured.
This role requires a commercially aware, results-driven individual who understands how to position partnerships in a way that delivers mutual value and translate opportunity into income through focused action, strong relationship building, and a clear understanding of corporate priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a build from scratch environment, combining strategic thinking, creativity, and hands on delivery.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of RLSS UK’s new corporate fundraising function, create a sustainable strategy, and build a strong pipeline from the ground up.
You will identify, secure, and grow high-value partnerships that align with corporate priorities, producing compelling and commercially compelling propositions that demonstrate clear mutual benefit. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will ensure partnerships support RLSS UK’s mission and contribute to long term income growth.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Planning
- Develop and deliver RLSS UK’s first corporate partnerships strategy, setting clear priorities and income targets for year one and beyond.
- Lead the development of a corporate partnerships income stream, building a sustainable portfolio of partnerships and relationships.
- Create the foundations for growth including a case for support, stewardship framework, pitch decks and templates and KPI and reporting tools.
- Establish systems and internal processes required for a corporate fundraising function.
- Use sector insights, benchmarking, and data to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
Partnership Development
- Build and actively manage a new business pipeline from scratch, ensuring consistent prospecting and follow up.
- Conduct in-depth prospect research to identify target companies, align commercial priorities, and map key decision makers.
- Develop compelling, tailored proposals, pitches, and partnership packages that clearly articulate impact and mutual value.
- Secure a diverse portfolio of partnerships including multi-year strategic, six-figure, Charity of the Year, cause-related marketing, and sponsorship agreements.
- Create cultivation journeys for high-value prospects, maintaining momentum from first contact to close.
- Represent RLSS UK externally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities, confidently positioning the organisation with senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with commercial colleagues to ensure alignment and avoid overlap with existing commercial contracts.
Account Management
- Provide effective day-to-day relationship management to ensure partners feel supported, informed, and engaged with RLSS UK’s mission.
- Deliver clear partnership growth plans that maximise income, engagement, impact, and mutual benefit.
- Identify and activate opportunities to expand partnerships across corporate philanthropy, payroll giving, strategic volunteering, sponsorship, cause-related marketing, and employee engagement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted and credible partner.
- Monitor partnership delivery against agreed KPIs and use insight to refine and strengthen activity over time.
- Produce high-quality written communications, proposals, and impact reports tailored to individual partners.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, Education, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
Reporting and Evaluation
- Use data-driven insights and KPIs to evaluate and refine strategies for maximum impact, income growth, and return on investment.
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations, UK GDPR, and RLSS UK policies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information within the CRM system.
- Deliver annual reviews for partnerships to demonstrate impact and ensure all partnerships are meeting agreed KPIS.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to diversify income streams and enhance brand visibility.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- All other duties reasonably associated with your role, as directed by the Line Manager.
- Line management responsibility for the Supporter Engagement Executive, including performance and development, assigning day-to-day tasks and projects, and providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 by complying with internal information governance policies and maintaining up-to-date documentation as part of RLSS UK’s compliance programme.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Relevant Experience, Skills and/or Aptitudes
- Experience in business development, fundraising, partnerships, or relevant commercial roles.

- Previous experience of line management.
- Experience of working in a charity or organisation where corporate fundraising or partnerships have been developed from the ground up, including building systems, processes, and pipeline momentum.
- Experience working in a small team or start-up environment.
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of the corporate landscape and the ability to shape compelling, mutually beneficial partnership opportunities that align business priorities with charitable impact.

Position Overview:
Epic is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Programs team to manage relationships and grants of nonprofits in our portfolio, and monitor and support their work over time. In particular, this role will lead the development and management of a learning community to support our grantees and alumni beyond our financial support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit strategy and/or social entrepreneurship, experience in designing and facilitating peer learning and capacity-building initiatives, and a deep passion for social impact and strategic philanthropy.
The Senior Programs Manager will work under the supervision of the Programs Director and they will be part of a growing team with colleagues in London and Paris.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the relationship and continuous monitoring of portfolio organizations. This involves acting as the point of contact for a portion of the portfolio's organizations, including reviewing and analyzing monitoring data and supporting grant-making processes. .

Develop, promote and manage a program made up of initiatives and practices that contribute to the organizational development and growth of nonprofits. This would include developing capacity building initiatives and facilitating peer learning spaces responding to grantees’ needs.

Contribute to the selection of strong organizations for the Epic portfolio. This will notably involve conducting due diligence following Epic's framework, reviewing processes and documents, conducting interviews with candidate organizations, and carrying out selection visits.

Contribute to the development and management of effective partnerships for Epic's programs (e.g., sourcing partners for selection, pro bono partners for capacity building, etc.) and identify collaboration opportunities.

Work with the Programs team to implement systems and processes to evaluate the impact of Epic's programs worldwide and contribute to demonstrating the value of unrestricted funding.

Contribute to Epic's research program and knowledge management (reports, case studies, analysis of trends and developments in the philanthropy field) and help develop Epic's thought leadership and reputation as a key player in the philanthropic sector on smart-giving.

Required skills and qualifications:

7+ years experience in non-profit organisational development and programs and / or philanthropy strategy and grant-making.

Technical expertise in one or more of Epic’s key priorities (i.e.: social entrepreneurship, social impact evaluation, youth empowerment and trust-based philanthropy).

Previous experience and knowledge of appropriate tools and methodologies to build capacity and learning processes for organisational development and scaling social impact.

Expertise of working with relevant IT, such as CRM systems and project management tools. In particular familiarity of working with AI, to help enhance efficiency, learning and analysis.

Strong understanding and expertise in nonprofit management, design, and impact analysis and the ability to assess a nonprofit across impact, operations and governance.

The Partnership Development Team at Alzheimer’s Research UK prides itself on delivering sector-leading partnerships. We are a friendly, collaborative, and ambitious team driven by our goal to fund vital dementia research and ultimately find a cure for dementia.
Our Partnership Development Officer is responsible for establishing and managing some of our corporate partnerships under the guidance of the Partnership Development Manager (PDM). This role will hold and develop strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders within some of our highest-level corporate donors.
You’ll have some experience in relationship management and project management skills, as well as attention to detail and an organised approach to a busy and varied workload. These skills will have been developed in either a charity or corporate role.
The Partnership Development Team sits within the Corporate Fundraising function, which is part of the Philanthropy and Partnerships Directorate. We collaborate closely with all teams across the charity, so communication, collaboration, and strong relationship skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the PDM, hold responsibility for the account management for our corporate supporters. Acting as the day-to-day contact point for the company and its staff, overseeing all partnership activity, and ensuring the highest standard of supporter care at all times.
· Work closely with the PDM to implement new partnership set-ups, create and execute partnership engagement and fundraising calendars and reporting methods.
· Respond promptly and professionally to your accounts, ensuring high-level customer service is maintained from across the charity.
· With the support of the PDM, create and support Partner Charity Committees and Ambassador networks.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Leadership Team.
· Effectively communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
· Offer extensive, creative fundraising ideas to support partner companies, using support from the PDM and the wider Partnership Development Team.
· Assist with the organisation of innovative, engaging corporate fundraising events and attend events where relevant.
· Ensure partnership activity follows policies, procedures and regulations; and that each partnership follows the legal and accounting rules ARUK has in place.
· Ensure effective management of all partnership activity, clearly communicating progress.
· Support the PDM to identify and pursue opportunities to broaden and lengthen relationships, creating multifaceted partnerships.
· Together with the PDM, work closely with the communications team to create clear partnership communication plans and ensure corporate fundraising press opportunities are maximised and the impact is communicated clearly to the partner company.
· Achieve agreed financial and non-financial targets, to include partnership income and stewardship goals. Monitor and track quarterly changes against financial goals and ensure this is effectively communicated both externally and internally to inform quarterly re-forecasts.
· Work proactively with employees at all levels within the companies you are supporting to maximise potential income.
Support the PDM and Senior Partnership Development Manager (SPDM) in executing the corporate fundraising strategy for ARUK, to increase the team’s income.
· Work with the PDM to ensure that the most appropriate use is made of internal and external contacts to support the work of ARUK, identifying networking, influencing and engagement opportunities.
· Ensure the operational delivery of the Partnership Development Team’s strategy through your partnerships.
· Ensure new business prospects within partnerships are identified and passed to the New Business Team.
· Undertake project work as requested by the PDM to increase engagement with ARUK from within our corporate partners and develop Alzheimer’s Research UK’s offering to our partners.
· Share any learnings with the team.
Represent the charity professionally in a high-level corporate context
· When representing the charity externally, influence and engage external contacts at all levels to maximise corporate fundraising potential.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments within the dementia research field.
· Communicate confidently about the research we are funding and dementia/ARUK more broadly. Including presenting to large audiences.
Knowledge, skills and experience needed:
· Building and maintaining high-level relationships through networking and influence both internally and externally.
· Confidence working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Ability to ensure effective reporting with partnerships when tracking charity income via various sources, including our CRM system.
· Ability to execute projects from beginning to end under the guidance of a line manager.
· Experience in tracking income and identifying any risks or upside in target attainment.
· Good account management and relationship management skills in either a charity or corporate role; transferable sales or marketing skills also relevant.
· Effective planning, prioritisation and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability and confidence to present to corporate audiences.
· You work well as part of a team but are proactive and can work independently.
· A confident and friendly manner; would feel at ease representing the charity to high-level external contacts.
· Willingness and ability to travel independently in the UK and to work outside of regular office hours when needed.

Ways of working:
As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.
Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals. This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.

Purpose of the Role:
The Senior Research, Policy and Influencing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Cerebra’s mission to influence national and local policy and practice. Senior Global Fundraising Manager
Contract: 12 Month Fixed-term contract, Maternity Cover, (Part-time or full-time, 4-5 days a week)
Location: This role may be based in one of our WaterAid member offices, London, United Kingdom, Stockholm, Sweden, Canada, New York, United States, Melbourne, or New Delhi, India, subject to right to work eligibility in the respective countries.
The role offers flexible location options. Candidates must align with UK working hours, as the hiring manager is based in the UK, while also maintaining flexibility to accommodate global time zones.

About the team
The Senior Global Fundraising Manager will report to the Global Lead for Communications and Fundraising (Executive Director), currently based in WaterAid UK. They will be an integral member of the Global Communications and Fundraising Executive, made up of senior colleagues from across the WaterAid federation.
The WaterAid Federation consists of the International Secretariat, 7 members - Canada, USA, UK, Sweden, India, Japan and Australia, 3 Regional hubs and 22 country programme offices.
About the role
This role will play a strategic part in driving income growth across the WaterAid federation by proactively collaborating and learning, and seeking opportunities to strengthen our collective action, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Critically they will play a lead role in developing a long-term global income plan, ensuring that we make the best collective decisions for organisational growth and impact, and ensuring that risk is managed globally. The role holder will work closely with the Executive Director who is the Global Lead for Communications and Fundraising, in overseeing and driving action through the Global Communications and Fundraising Executive (GCFE) made up of communications and fundraising leaders across the federation; and leading key initiatives identified by this group.
In this role, you will;
- Lead the process for the development of a long-term global income generation plan/strategy which maps WaterAid’s growth trajectory, income stream balance, and required enablers and dependencies.
- Takes a lead role in global fundraising projects which address the enablers and dependencies identified in the plan for multiple markets. This could include identifying new approaches such as emergency fundraising; addressing processes and ways of working holding us back; driving efficiencies through centralised procurement.
- Lead on quarterly global performance monitoring and trend analysis – ensuring and supporting all members to provide a qualitative and quantitative overview which enables us to identify trends, opportunities and threats and act upon them. Reporting key findings to WaterAid International where required
- Monitor risk across the income portfolio and support senior fundraisers in managing and mitigating risk identified.
- Identify and coordinate/lead global income generation activities which require central management – including project management of key programmes of work.
- Ensure global engagement in key initiatives is relevant and easy, with low resource impact, for smaller members and Country Programmes (CPs).
- Support the Global Lead for Communications and Fundraising with initiatives which drive global alignment, transparency and effectiveness.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Demonstrable experience in working on global initiatives with globally dispersed teams
- Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills with the ability to drive integration and alignment.
- Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders from across a range of cultures, locations and backgrounds
- Experience of developing complex plans and strategies - monitoring and reporting against them
- Strong knowledge of fundraising practices and experience delivering fundraising campaigns (restricted or unrestricted income generation)
- Ability to analyse fundraising data and create narrative and actions from that to shape continuous improvement
Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:
- Knowledge of all fundraising streams – public fundraising, philanthropy and trusts, corporate and institutional
- Knowledge of different fundraising markets.
- Ability to flex working hours to ease time zone challenges
