We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive individual to play a key role in shaping and enhancing our direct marketing programme. Working closely with the Supporter Experience Manager you will be responsible for the achievement and development of direct marketing income at The Christie Charity and will support on the development of our supporter experience programme.
The Charity team is responsible for raising millions of pounds each year to ensure Christie patients receive the very best care and treatment. This includes everything from access to world first clinical trials and receiving radiotherapy in state-of-the-art treatment centres, to young adults being cared for in a bespoke age-appropriate centre and being able to offer patients anxiety reducing complementary therapy, or even creative sessions in our art room.

Partner Network (Corporate & Commercial) ~ Design the 20/20 Levels Partner Network proposition, intentionally articulating what partners and mentors give and receive, to strengthen commitment, retention and long-term reciprocal relationships across all partner types.
Commercial Development & Unrestricted Income ~ Design and package tiered corporate sponsorship propositions with clear, differentiated value for partners at each level.
Employer Brand ~ Worrking with the Chief of Staff to develop the employer value proposition, recruitment pack and employer presence (LinkedIn, Glassdoor) to support recruitment of staff, facilitators and mentors as the organisation grows.
Team Leadership & Budget ~ Lead and develop the brand and content team, including recruitment, task allocation, coaching and performance management.
Evaluation & Reporting ~ Track performance against strategy targets using Impact Hub data and platform analytics, and report quarterly to senior leadership and the board on achievements, risks and opportunities.
Organisational Leadership ~ Contribute to organisational strategy, annual planning and budgeting as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with Help Musicians and Music Minds Matter to support the recruitment of their new Head of Communications & Integrated Marketing. This leadership position involves designing & implementing strategic communication and marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence, engagement, and outreach.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Communications & Engagement, the post holder will help create departmental strategy and lead its execution across marketing, digital, communications and PR, social media, content and people stories. They will ensure that activity is innovative, audience led, insight informed, creatively strong, well integrated across channels and measured for impact, while providing strategic challenge, leadership and identifying opportunities that could strengthen organisational impact.
