Salary
The salary for this position is £33,234 and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact (telephone and email) for supporter calls and enquiries for the Legacy Marketing team.
 - Collaborate with the Supporter Relations team to manage queries.
 - Process third party invoices for approval, tracking against expenditure log.
 - Provide exceptional customer service and supporter guidance.
 - Provide administration and event management support for legacy events.

About this job
In this role, you'll oversee the delivery of our marketing strategy and insight-led approach to product development for our community and events fundraising team. A key part of your role will be to lead our team of supporter-facing Fundraising Executives and ensure they provide consistent and exceptional supporter stewardship to our incredible fundraisers.
Our role is to deliver engaging, high quality and innovative fundraising to our amazing supporters and provide an attractive, inclusive programme of events and activities throughout the year.

Primary location of role
This is a remote role, and the candidate will need to be based in Birmingham, Coventry, or the surrounding areas. Regular travel will be required to meet supporters and visit Asda stores in your region, as well as occasional travel to our London or Sheffield offices.

Leading a team of expert communications, content and digital specialists, the role will champion a strategic and scalable approach to brand, content, and communications. The Head of Brand, Communications and Entertainment will also oversee the strategic development of key entertainment relationships, including celebrity talent, influencers, media partners, and broadcasters, to amplify our brand presence and support wider organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM:
- Lead on management of Almeida’s central CRM database, Tessitura, and act as principal point of contact with Tessitura for all system maintenance, development, and upgrades.
 - Work closely with the Marketing and Development teams to maximise the use of our CRM systems and ensure they are fit for purpose and align with the goals of the organisation.
 - Ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and is an efficient sales process.

The Role
