ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support the procurement function within Harris Federation. This role is essential in ensuring that all goods and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with public sector procurement regulations and institutional policies.
You will play a key role in supporting the Procurement Team by ensuring timely delivery of resources and services, providing administrative support to the Team and having responsibility for procurement processes and policies.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Procurement processes and files
- To maintain and have responsibility for the Procurement Team’s eFiling system/SharePoint folders.
- Responsibility for overseeing the registration of new suppliers onto the Procurement Team’s e-tendering portal.
- To issue, collate and consolidate information requests from stakeholders at various levels.
- Requisition and reconciliation of purchase orders with invoices and liaise with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- To manage low level categories where appropriate.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement reports and spend analysis for the Procurement Team and Senior Leadership.
Administration and diary management
- To provide administrative support to the Procurement Team; team calendar management, scanning, shredding, downloading and filing documents.
- To arrange and co-ordinate supplier presentations; organizing meetings rooms, receiving guests, taking meeting notes etc.
- To deal with day-to-day enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist academies with their requests relating to the scheme of delegation, approval thresholds, purchase requests, conducting benchmarking exercises and in some instances obtaining competitive quotes via our frameworks or recommended suppliers to ensure best value.
- Maintain a procurement calendar to manage contract renewals, tender deadlines, and key procurement events.
- Coordinate supplier meetings and performance review meetings with suppliers.
- Maintain and have responsibility for procurement mailboxes.
- To maintain Procurement’s intranet pages.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- A high level of computer literacy with practical knowledge and application of all Microsoft Office applications.
- English and Maths GCSEs at Grade C or above.
- A-Level / BTEC / HND or equivalent/similar with demonstrable experience of an office environment.

The Job

ABOUT INQUEST
Founded in 1981, INQUEST is the only charity providing expertise on state related deaths and their investigation to bereaved people, lawyers, advice and support agencies, the media and parliamentarians
Our specialist casework includes deaths in police and prison custody, immigration detention, mental health settings and deaths involving multi-agency failings or where wider issues of state and corporate accountability are in question, such as with Hillsborough and Grenfell.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Casework Team provide specialist casework advice and support to bereaved families and individuals following a contentious death in custody and detention settings or through multi agency failings, requiring an inquest. You will be working alongside an experienced Casework Team, led by two Senior Caseworkers. You will have close contact with the Family Engagement Coordinator and with the Policy and Communications team.
The purpose of the role is to provide specialist advice to bereaved families facing an investigation and inquest process into a state related death; advising on the process immediately following a death, secure legal representation for families through the INQUEST Lawyers Group; liaise with external organisations, including lawyers, coroners and public bodies such as the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman and the Independent Office for Police Conduct, work alongside the Communications Team on media engagement; and identify key cases and issues arising as part of INQUEST’s policy and campaigns work.
The successful candidate will have experience of casework and advice provision, preferably in inquest law and related investigations. They will be expected to identify themes and trends arising from cases and contribute to the organisations strategic work. In addition, they will be required to organise stakeholder meetings and represent INQUEST at external meetings.
They will possess outstanding communication and organisation skills, will enjoy working in a very fast paced environment, and will adhere to INQUEST’s values and commitment to social justice, as well as our commitment to tackling racism and discrimination.

It is a very exciting time to join the MS Society as Evidence Programme Lead. We are implementing an ambitious cross-organisational transformation programme. And we have just started a new 2025-29 strategy.
We’re looking for a person with strong social research skills who has the ability to lead our Evidence team. We’re looking for someone who can work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure we’re developing our evidence base to inform our work.
With extensive experience and knowledge of applied research, evaluation and data analysis, you’ll provide strategic leadership to design, develop and deliver a programme of evidence projects as well as managing a team of evidence officers, identifying gaps in our evidence and providing advice about how to fill them.
You’ll deliver internal projects and commission external research projects, working with colleagues in policy, press, campaigns and beyond to do so. Contributing to key internal working groups will be another key aspect of the role, as well as monitoring and responding to requests for evidence. And you’ll be committed to ensuring people with MS are involved in the design and delivery of evidence projects and to ensuring we seek views from people from a wide range of backgrounds.

You’ll also help to analyse results, test new ideas, and find ways to improve future campaigns.
You’ll speak to supporters regularly, ensuring they receive great supporter stewardship. And you’ll work closely with teams across the MS Society, including Supporter Care, Brand, Digital and Data and with external suppliers like creative agencies and print partners. This is a collaborative role where your ideas and input will be valued.

The Head of Member Experience is a high-profile leadership role at the College, responsible for shaping and delivering an innovative and inclusive membership experience for over 25,000 paediatricians and child health professionals globally. As Head of Member Experience, you will oversee the development and delivery of a compelling member benefits offer, using data, insights and member feedback to enhance satisfaction, retention and income (currently over £7.5 million). Job Purpose
The Business Support Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the day to day running of the business. FPA is a campaigning organisation that sets out to attack the root causes of fuel poverty along with the specific injustices facing people and communities. We want to see the UK’s energy system decarbonised as rapidly as possible, with a just transition for communities and workers.that includes affordability.
Working closely with pensioners groups, trades unions, disabled campaigners, tenants’ organisations and others on the frontline of fuel poverty, we’re using protest and direct action to fight for real, sustainable solutions to the cold homes crisis. We are looking for a committed senior organiser, who shares our passion and values, to bring energy and imagination to developing our base and supporting our members to build their power.
About the role
Fuel Poverty Action (FPA) was started in 2011 by climate activists who wanted to ensure that the green energy transition doesn’t happen at the expense of those with less social and economic power. Rather, they saw the break with fossil fuels as an opportunity to end the scourge of fuel poverty in the UK - a chance to rethink priorities and design inequality out of the energy system.
Immediately, they were drawn into community-based struggles for energy justice, against false, profit-driven solutions and maladministration of ‘green’ measures with no accountability to tenants and residents.
Over the years others joined the fight, growing FPA to a small membership-led organisation comprising people at the sharp end of fuel poverty - people of all ages and backgrounds, mainly located in London. Since 2022, funding has enabled us to employ a small, dispersed team who are accountable to directors and a membership that is now UK-wide.
We are now looking for an experienced, senior organiser to help FPA grow and evolve our membership network further. We want to reach more people and support members to be active within FPA so that we can build our political impact and remain meaningfully member-led.
We are seeking a flexible person with significant leadership experience who will be confident working as part of a small team, capable of outward facing work and internal management. You will have experience of organising in collective campaigns, including digitally, and a background in grassroots or community-based action, with a strong commitment to inclusive and anti-oppressive practice.
As the Organising Lead, you will join our Campaigns Lead and Operations Lead as the third pillar of our self-managing Coordination Team. While line-managing other colleagues and enabling the contributions of members who are unpaid, you will yourself be a member of FPA, and answerable to the group.
We use the digital platform Action Network to run campaigns and communicate with FPA supporters. Our ideal candidate would have the skills to incorporate ladders, tags and custom fields into our digital campaigns to maximise online to offline impact and convert list growth into membership. the skills to craft compelling calls to action and design digital content optimised for engagement

experience of providing training tools, skills and hand-holding to those at the sharp end of the polycrisis

links and ongoing relationships with networks and movements with similar aims or values to Fuel Poverty Action

experience of horizontal organisations and ways to promote staff wellbeing and sustainable remote working
Compensation Policy
We’ll compensate team members on the following basis:

All salaried team members are contracted on the same terms and conditions
-
We have a 30 hour week maximum for all team members - most commonly worked as 4 x 7.5 hour days

Team members are paid an equitable and sustainable compensation rate which is the pro rate equivalent to a full-time (5 day) salary of £40-45,000, regardless of role or level of experience

Annual salary (30 hours per week):

Band 1 - No dependents or children and inherited wealth: £32,000

Band 2 - One or more children or dependents and inherited wealth OR No inherited wealth but no children or dependents: £34,000

The Marketing Lead will drive targeted campaigns that promote government-funded CPD programmes like T Level Professional Development and Apprentice Workforce Development. Leading a small team, you’ll work closely with internal teams, government agencies, and partners to deliver coordinated, insight-driven marketing that boosts awareness and participation, while also supporting government bid proposals aligned with audience needs.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Manage the contracts marketing team to deliver multi-channel campaigns across government-funded CPD programmes and coordinate the annual marketing calendar.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including paid search, SEO, paid social, email, and marketing automation, ensuring ‘always-on’ activities broaden reach.
- Manage ETF’s website and platforms to keep content accurate, engaging, and aligned with campaign goals.
- Deliver seamless customer journeys online and offline to drive conversion and engagement.
- Select and manage events to maximise impact and align with KPIs.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality, on-brand marketing campaigns and assets.
- Support government bids by shaping proposals and coordinating with government agencies and delivery partners.
- Monitor marketing performance and ROI, applying improvements as needed.
- Plan and manage budgets, reporting on spend and impact regularly.
- Lead and motivate a team of around four, fostering an agile, customer-focused, performance-driven culture.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in marketing.
- Recognised marketing qualification (e.g., CIM, IDM).
- Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing programmes in education or professional services.
- Strong skills in lead generation, nurture campaigns, SEO, paid search, content marketing, and social media.
- Confident in marketing planning and project delivery from start to finish.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, including government agencies and partners.
- Results-driven with solid budget management and ROI focus.
- Excellent organisational, communication, presentation, and management skills.
- Team player with strong planning and influencing abilities.
- DBS check required (contractual with DfE).
