If you have over three years’ experience working in a fundraising position or environment then read on….. our new role may be perfect for you.

Our exciting new role will give you the opportunity to join a small team, that has ambition to grow in size and income in the coming years. You will develop and maximise income from community and events fundraising streams to help deliver our services to every client facing rough sleeping, homelessness or severe poverty.

As NOAH’s Community and Events Fundraising Manager you will be responsible for generating over £100k per annum by developing our new community fundraising strategy.

You will recruit, encourage, support and develop third party supporters and donors and help them maximise their fundraising and events.  In addition place and organise NOAH branded events and activities into our own calendar on an ongoing basis.

We have key activities planned such as cuppa and cake events, VLM, wear blue to work days, Sky Dives etc. You will have opportunity to innovate your own ideas as well.

You will have proven event experience to deliver one annual mass participation event (500+ people) and know how to rally the troops to man it with volunteer support to make it a true community event.  

What fundraiser doesn’t love a collection tin, you will be keen to get these out and track and monitor them for NOAH, be that collection days or on a busy shop counter.

This role will lead on providing first class stewardship and event support to supporters and groups.  You will play an active part in creating our own voluntary fundraising groups, ensuring those you interact with have an exceptional experience and come back for more.

Excellent communication, stewardship and relationship building skills are essential. As a highly motivated individual you will have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage this varied workload. You will also enjoy taking ownership over your work, with an ambitious drive to progress the fundraising streams within NOAH.
