SCI is recruiting for the Director of Stakeholder Engagement, reporting to the CEO, with responsibility for the membership and innovation programmes. The role has responsibility for engaging and growing membership, including continuing to build the expanding corporate partner network, which includes large global blue-chip companies as well as SMEs. Responsibilities also include management of the team of six to deliver the range of membership programmes including the awards programme, careers programmes and the innovation programmes. The role sits on the Senior Management Team responsible for driving the strategy of the charity.
Key areas of responsibility are:
§ Growing membership and membership income.
§ Management of the growing blue-chip Corporate Partners Network.
§ Management of the SCI Awards Programme with awards across the range of early, mid, and senior levels.
§ Management of the SCI Early Career programmes, including the College of Scholars and the SCIdea Entrepreneurs Programme.
§ Coordination of the Innovation Programmes (in collaboration with the CEO and Head of Innovation).

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and driven Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive to join our team in this integral and newly created role. The role will lead on identifying and securing collaboration and funding opportunities with both existing and prospective partners, and developing and managing a pipeline of strategic corporate partners that align with PCR’s mission and core programmes of work. You will help proactively shape and deliver Clean Air Fund’s strategic communications activities to tackle global air pollution. You will lead our social media strategy and management to grow our digital audiences and foster deeper engagement. From delivering compelling content to executing digital campaigns to coordinating events, you’ll play a critical role in raising our profile and
supporting the clean air movement. Reporting to the Digital Communications Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day delivery of compelling communications and developing our digital channels. You will also support our wider campaigns across all our channels including earned and paid activities.
To be successful in this role you will have
- Proven experience in a wide-ranging communications role in a similar sector.
- Significant experience managing social media channels, and developing and delivering social media strategy.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multichannel communications campaigns and plans.
- Experience managing projects and running events.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience creating and optimising a range of impactful content, from blogs and webpages to graphics and social assets.

About the role
Are you an experienced corporate fundraiser with an interest in working in the international development sector? Are you creative, strategic, highly organised, a confident and effective communicator and strong team player?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager to work closely with the Head of Programme Funding to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. If you are seeking a dynamic and engaging fundraising role which offers you the chance to play a pivotal role within a small but ambitious organisation, then this could be the job for you.
You will be an exemplary relationship builder and have experience in developing multi-faceted corporate partnerships (ideally with experience and success in employee engagement, corporate sponsorship, and/or operational partnerships).
The role also line manages the Senior Fundraising Officer post, a position that provides administrative and fundraising support across the whole fundraising team. Please note that we are a small team and so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help out team members and to support new business across other restricted income streams.
If you think you have the skills, qualities and drive to fulfil this role, but don’t meet all of the specifications, or perhaps you’ve gained your experience in (for example) commercial sales or within relationships management and are looking to move into development work, we would still welcome hearing from you. We have three great Senior Individual Giving Executive roles at Great Ormond’s Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSHCC), in their individual giving fundraising team. The extraordinary Great Ormond Street Hospital sees 750 seriously ill children and young people from across the UK and this is your chance to make a difference for them. The purpose of the roles is to lead on the day-to-day campaign management as well as explore new digital channels to develop and improve supporter journeys and maximise donor lifetime value.
