Main purpose of the role
We have a dynamic Fundraising team and over the last three years we have seen an incredible growth across established income streams and creation of new exciting income streams. At the same time, the organisation is passionate and committed to increasing our activities so that more food can reach the 8,500 charities and community groups nationwide. To meet this ambition, we are looking to recruit a talented and experienced fundraiser as our Corporate Partnerships Officer who is able to jump straight in to help deliver our Corporate Fundraising strategy.

We are looking for an ambitious Corporate Partnerships Officer that wants to maximise fundraising opportunities with existing partners through excellent account management and also enjoys new business and converting leads to new partnerships. This role will be split with 60% of your time allocated to Account Management and 40% to New Business.
To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge and experience of managing and growing fundraising partnerships, as well as experience of working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be self-motivated with strong organisational skills and an ability to set priorities, contribute to a prospect pipeline and meet deadlines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management
- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate partnerships including strategic partnerships, commercial partnerships, charity of the year and corporate donations, and support Corporate Partnership Managers with responsibilities relating to larger partnerships.
- Deliver excellent partnership management including developing a partnership plan, meeting with stakeholders, delivery of partner benefits and account stewardship.
- Develop and deliver timely, relevant and engaging impact reporting.
- Develop new and grow existing corporate partnerships, drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, for the best outcomes across FareShare’s work and maximising the income potential.
- Maintain robust account growth plans, update pipelines and stakeholder mapping for your partners.
- Produce high quality communications, reports, propositions and pitches for partnerships - delivering excellent account management through the highest levels of supporter centred stewardship.

New Business
- Proactively approaching corporate opportunities following our new business strategy, writing funding proposals and approaching community groups for new partnerships
- Responding to volunteer enquiries from companies who want to work with FareShare and converting enquiries to new business leads when viable

- Maintaining accurate cultivation plans and reporting for new business approaches

Communication and Administration
- Develop PR and communication plans for corporate partners, working in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team.
- Manage the general administration and accurate data management for your partners.
- Support annual budgeting and planning in line with the fundraising team’s strategic objectives. Report on any variances of income against budget and undertake contingency planning to minimise risk.
- Where necessary, work with the wider teams at FareShare and with our regional centre partners to deliver greater partner impact.

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and organised Engagement and Communications Officer to join our team. Parkinson's UK is there for everyone affected by Parkinson's. By funding the right research into the most promising treatments, they are moving closer to a cure every day and are the largest European charitable funder of Parkinson's research.
This role will support and inspire an ambitious and high performing team to build propositions, proposals and pipelines in order to unlock opportunities to engage the charity’s supporters and untap networks across the charity, securing vital funds to underpin their strategic programmes and ambitions for people with Parkinson’s. The post-holder will inspire supporters to give their biggest donation and ensure that the organisation is giving its supporters the best experience possible, delivering an annual income target of £6m+. The role will also play a pivotal part in driving a new multi-year, multi-million pound charity appeal.
Maximising the value and contribution of supporters is fundamental to Parkinson’s UK; building networks, understanding what motivates their supporters, and aligning programmes to their charitable interests is key to the charity’s growth plans for Major Gifts. This role will be critical to leading the philanthropy, trust and statutory, special events and prospect research and insights teams (approximately 18 people) and working with colleagues and leaders across the charity to identify prospects and opportunities to give at a transformational level. ● Developing a comprehensive income generation and marketing strategy that supports the delivery of the charity’s objectives and activities

Skills & experience:

This post plays a crucial role as part of the WW Development team, who are responsible for developing high-quality products, and supporting the delivery of paid for services to our clients and ensuring we meet their needs.
Our clients are employers and their employees, operating across all sectors and industries Our current portfolio of paid-for services include eLearning courses, employer and staff surveys (Index and Snapshot - benchmarking and reporting on best practice in policy and practice), and policy reviews. WW has a Client Services team responsible for sales and account management, but both teams collaborate closely to ensure high quality services and products are delivered to all clients throughout the year.
Key duties and responsibilities
The post holder will:
-Be responsible for the ongoing delivery of our Workplace Wellbeing Index and Snapshot. Building surveys, generating links and producing reports for delivery to clients
-Lead infrastructure management of the Index and Snapshot (LMS) and Qualtrics survey platform and digital and physical reporting interface
-Within Qualtrics, script and test surveys for the WW Index and Snapshot. Liaising with Qualtrics support teams (service providers) as appropriate
-Deliver WW Index and Snapshot quality assurance activities.
-Oversee the management of the Snapshot LMS as a Super user, creating and managing client accounts, uploading client surveys and client reports
-Provide frontline support to clients and our team members in accessing, managing and implementing the Index and Snapshot
-Liaising with Mind's legal and compliance colleagues to ensure processes are documented and adhered to and ensure Workplace Wellbeing's data handling is fully compliant to UK data legislation and Mind's policies and guidelines
-Supporting integration activities relating to touch points connecting our Index, Snapshot and eLearning (also on LMS) to the Workplace Wellbeing's online sales platform, Marketplace
-Design, collate and deliver internal training / guidance collateral to provide up-skilling and refresher briefings to ensure high levels of product knowledge across WW.
