Our Events Officers work with colleagues across the Institute to deliver our range of public events, roundtables, workshops and conferences.
As part of the events team, within the wider communications team and reporting to the Head of Events, you will:
- Support the design and co-ordination of the Institute’s programme of public and private events, including panel discussions, conferences, receptions, workshops and roundtables.
- Manage all logistics and marketing for timely, professional event organisation and delivery.
- Help prepare for and deliver Institute events outside of London, including our party conference programme.
- Share management of the busy events email inbox and deal with internal and external event enquiries.

Established in 1997, Jigsaw4u provide a range of services for children, young people and families experiencing complex social and emotional difficulties in South West London. Jigsaw4u has experienced considerable growth and development over the past several years, and this new role has been identified by the Board of Trustees and Chief Executive Officer to support Jigsaw4u’s position and aspirations for the future.
As a member of our Senior Management Team (SMT), you will help to deliver and shape Jigsaw4u's vision and strategy. 6. Internal ED&I Liaison:
- Whilst not responsible for WorldSkills UK’s internal ED&I activities and agenda it is anticipated that the post holder will spend up to 10% of their time supporting and working with the Corporate Affairs team on internal ED&I matters, with the remaining 90% spent on external work.
- It is not essential that the postholder has extensive experience in this area.

The Finance Director will be responsible for ensuring an effective finance function; leading on the financial management of the Trust; overseeing financial compliance and governance; and the development and oversight of our Financial Strategy.

The key duties of the Director of Finance are as follows:

About the role

About the Role
Under the direction of the Chief Executive, the Deputy Chief Executive (Operations and Services) will be responsible for the overall financial management, business reporting and operational services for the organisation.
