We seek a proactive Philanthropy Manager to join its successful Fundraising Team and lead the organisation's first-ever major donor programme. This new role offers the opportunity to shape how the charity engages with high-net-worth individuals from the ground up. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, the postholder will develop and implement a new major donor strategy and cultivate long-term relationships with major donors. The role will also involve working closely with senior leadership, subject matter experts and trustees to identify and engage prospects, host donor events, and steward high-value supporters.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and hands-on fundraiser with a strong track record in major donor giving. They will be skilled at building meaningful relationships and crafting compelling communications that inspire support. The Role
This Senior Research Fellow post offers the opportunity to join our team of researchers working to achieve PLP’s strategic objectives. This role will focus on ensuring that justice is accessible to all.
As a Senior Research Fellow, you will help us shape and deliver our research agenda. With support from PLP’s Research Director and colleagues across the organisation, you will develop and lead high-quality research. Main duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a robust prospect research strategy supporting high-value fundraising across philanthropists, trusts & foundations, and corporates in the UK.

About our office
