This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with demonstrable experience of coordinating projects to support the implementation of a new parish revitalisation programme that will enable 70-80 parishes over the next 9 years to grow and flourish through their participation in a two-year programme of learning, reflection and action.
This is a new role, giving the opportunity to be involved from the start of the programme and play a key part in supporting its development over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth running of the programme, engaging with parishes, trainers and other Diocesan staff teams.
- Oversee communication and coordination of training weekends, attend the weekends and support ongoing engagement and support for parishes.
- Contribute to ongoing evaluation of the pilot, ensuring that learnings are captured and applied in the future.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has experience in project coordination and management, able to deal with many and varied tasks and prioritise work to meet timescales.
- Is a confident organiser, with good interpersonal and social skills, who is flexible and can work with others and remain calm under pressure.

The Curriculum Lead will play a leading role in developing and delivering Frontline’s Approach Social Work programme, a fast-track master’s in social work and our internal Consultant Social Worker programme.
This role involves leading the design and implementation of curriculum content, as well as contributing to teaching, learning, and assessment—both academic and practice-based.
You will support the delivery of high-quality teaching materials across various formats, including online and in-person sessions. A key part of the role is developing and supporting Practice Tutors and Consultant Social Workers. Role Overview

About this job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Income and Gift Aid Accountant Assistant to help us make sure every penny counts in our mission to stop MS. You'll play a key role in managing our income processing and supporting Gift Aid claims to help us maximise the value of every donation.
You'll ensure that donations recorded in our CRM system match the funds received, resolving discrepancies and supporting our income processes to run efficiently. Working closely with our Customer Services and Fundraising teams you’ll be at the heart of making sure our financial data is accurate and robust.
You’ll also assist with preparing and checking Gift Aid claims, helping us claim back vital extra funds at no additional cost to our supporters. Your detail driven approach will help us continue to build a strong and transparent foundation for everything we do.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a good understanding of financial accounting principles, strong Excel and IT skills, and a collaborative problem-solving approach. The Role

About the opportunity

The Role
The Head of Fundraising is a pivotal leadership role, reporting to the CEO and joining the SMT.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People is seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Head of Service Design to shape the future of our services. Working at the intersection of innovation, insight, and lived experience, you’ll ensure every service we offer is thoughtfully designed, rigorously tested, and truly life-changing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Shape the vision and strategy for service design at Hearing Dogs for Deaf People
- Lead the development and implementation of inclusive, user-centred design methodologies, grounded in real needs and impact insights
- Collaborate with the Head of Service Engagement to ensure co-creation with people with lived experience is central to our approach
- Oversee content and experience design, ensuring consistency, clarity, and accessibility across all channels
- Partner with Marketing & Communications and IT to support digital transformation, ensuring inclusive and accessible services
- Guide iterative testing, piloting, and improvement of all services, embedding feedback and insight at every stage
- Work closely with the Head of Impact to embed robust evaluation into the design process, ensuring services are scalable and evidence-based
- Champion cross-team collaboration, embedding service design thinking across the organisation
- Build buy-in and advocate for the value of service design with senior leaders and stakeholders
About you
You’re an experienced service designer and collaborative leader with a deep commitment to inclusion, impact, and innovation. You thrive on translating complex user journeys into meaningful service experiences – and you know how to bring others on the journey with you.
Skills and experience:
- Expert in user-centred and inclusive design, with a strong background in service design, co-creation, and accessibility
- Strategic thinker with a holistic understanding of service systems, able to move seamlessly between high-level planning and hands-on delivery
- Collaborative and impact-driven, skilled at working cross-functionally and translating user insight into tangible improvements
