PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting to the Membership Manager, the Corporate Membership Officer – Commercial Relationships and Fulfilment will:

• Manage and grow relationships with corporate and university members.
• Drive new partnerships, membership sales, and sponsorship opportunities, with clear revenue targets, while maintaining strong long-term relationships with existing members.
• Identify and convert opportunities that enhance IWA’s profile and support membership growth.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management

• Act as the dedicated account manager for IWA’s portfolio of over 400 corporate and university members.
• Deliver expert advice, support, and engagement to maximise member value.
• Manage the end-to-end membership cycle (prospecting → onboarding → renewal), ensuring timely renewals and accurate CRM record-keeping.

Business Development

• Drive growth by identifying and securing new members, sponsors, and revenue opportunities.
• Own and report on a personal sales pipeline; meet or exceed agreed sales/retention targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant services to both new and existing members.
• Promote IWA by developing a network of influential contacts within political, economic, social, and water sector communities.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with internal stakeholders including membership engagement, marketing, and IT teams to deliver the corporate membership strategy.
• Manage member queries and administrative processes, including billing and invoicing coordination, in line with the company’s SLA guidelines.
• Ensure a seamless client journey from prospecting to onboarding and retention.
• Represent IWA at events (where required), both within the UK and internationally, to promote membership and build commercial relationships.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Skills & Knowledge
The ideal candidate will:

Head of Programmes is a key role with significant scope to grow as the charity evolves. You’ll lead on the day-to-day delivery of our programmes, including our largest single programme, Maths Circles: a small-group-based maths enrichment programme engaging talented young mathematicians nationwide. ROLE OVERVIEW

The role is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across the organisation covering recruitment, onboarding, training, and support for performance management and employee relations.  It includes managing volunteer processes and working closely with both internal managers and external HR and training providers.

This vital role helps ensure that Dogs Trust receives the legacy income needed to continue our life-saving work with dogs, while working closely with colleagues across the Legal Department to keep the charity operating smoothly and effectively.

As a Legacy Administrator you will: 

• Process incoming legacy notifications, involving managing post, opening new files on the First Class 4 database, and accurately inputting data from solicitors and Smee & Ford notification reports.

The Candidate
A creative, hands on fundraiser, happy to lead the startegic and donor facing aspects of high value fundirasing.

A demonstrable track record of securing significant gifts from a range of trusts and foundations.
An ability to write and submit a regular stream of applications.
Experience of researching and writing high-quality, well-structured and persuasive communication materials, and delivering convincing verbal presentations to a variety of stakeholders.
Experience in working with major donors/high net worth individuals, ideally of setting up an income stream to support high net worth giving.
An understanding of funders needs, and how to meet these needs through thorough and relevant research, and creating compelling applications for support.

As the Head of Engagement and Communications, you’ll support the Executive Director in leading AMOSSHE as a senior leader. You’ll also act as the Deputy Director, contributing to operational management, strategic development and stepping in for the Executive Director as needed. You’ll have line management responsibilities for members of the team. As well, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering impactful communications strategies that drive member engagement, promote AMOSSHE’s events and initiatives, and elevate the organisation’s profile.

Contract type: Permanent, full time (37 hours a week).

Location: Hybrid. Two days (Tuesday and Wednesday) in the office, central London. This is a requirement of the role.

Salary range: £45,000 to £50,000, with an expected starting salary between £45,000 and £47,000, depending on experience.

We're hiring: Interim Director of Research (Maternity Cover)

Part-time / £60,000-£70,000 / Hybrid role

We are looking for an Interim Director of Research (Maternity Cover) who will lead a talented research team of staff and associates providing direction and oversight for a diverse, ambitious research portfolio. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play an essential role in strategy and have a hands-on approach from quality assurance and developing research practice, to managing projects and nurturing partnerships.

You will need to have deep roots in qualitative research, as well as the work of charities and funders, with experience of line management, team supervision and leading on new work development.

You will play an essential role at a key moment for IVAR. Charities are facing mounting pressures and ongoing complexities, and IVAR’s work is critical in supporting the response.

At the Institute for Voluntary Action Research (IVAR), we work with charities, foundations and public agencies to strengthen UK communities through action research. We champion the role and contribution of the voluntary sector. We listen, learn and share what helps – and what gets in the way – so that funders and decision-makers can put charity voice at the heart of change.

As Interim Director of Research, you will lead a motivated and talented team of research staff and freelance research associates. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing a strategic and balanced research portfolio, including leadership of project design and new work development.

You will work closely with the Director of IVAR and both the Deputy Director of Research and Director of Communications to support quality assurance, supervise specific projects, and ensure that IVAR meets its ethical standards. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will also support and feed in on all people matters and contribute to embedding an inclusive and equitable approach and internal culture. You will have a proven track record at the senior leadership team level and in line management, experienced at moving between strategic and operational priorities, and be confident to lead a research team in a collaborative and developmental way. 

You will have strong experience of research design, bid writing and generation of new work. You will be skilled in qualitative and action research, including significant experience of facilitating complex processes and discussions.

It is essential that you have experience of the voluntary sector and working with funders.

About the role:

We are looking for a Clinical Transformation Lead to drive and deliver strategic and operational transformation initiatives across Princess Alice Hospice, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service innovation. The role will also help us deliver on our ambitious strategy to support more people who need our services and expertise.

You will lead on the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical transformation projects, including our clinical strategy, working collaboratively and alongside multidisciplinary teams to embed sustainable change and continuous improvement, whilst ensuring the strategy aligns with our vision and objectives.

Engaging colleagues, volunteers, patients and families throughout the change journey, you will work with internal and external colleagues to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in clinical services, ensuring best practice and evidence-based care.

We are open to a secondment as we would be happy to explore different options with the successful candidate’s organisation.

About you:

You will be motivated, have excellent communication skills and strong leadership capabilities. 

You will have a degree or diploma in health, management or a related field, and a high level of experience in leading and delivering successful transformation or improvement projects.

You will have experience of working with complex data and will be able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills ensuring robust analysis and clear presentation of data to a wide range of audiences. You will have experience of managing projects and / or programmes in complex organisations and a track record of delivery. You will be comfortable with preparing reports in different formats, and be confident in reporting to executives and Trustees on delivery and impact.

The role works alongside clinical teams to lead, develop and embed changes. You may or may not be a clinician, but it is critical that you understand how clinicians work.

You will be supported in your efforts by our experienced central change team, along with our established approach to managing change and change processes.
