The Salvation Army is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing & Fundraising Officer to help drive our digital fundraising ambitions and expand our reach to new audiences.
Working within our Digital team, you will act as the Digital Lead for a number of fundraising teams, providing expert guidance and support to help them deliver effective digital activity. You will lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of digital campaigns across channels including paid social, PPC, display and email, helping to generate new supporter leads and grow income for the organisation.
You'll play a key role in developing innovative lead generation campaigns, creating engaging supporter journeys, analysing performance and sharing insights that improve results. You'll also help build digital capability across the department through training, coaching and collaboration.
We're looking for someone with strong experience in digital marketing and fundraising, a test-and-learn mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering measurable impact.

About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You’ll lead on all content across the organisation, including two blogs (our Career Advice blog for candidates and our Recruiter Insights blog for recruiters), our email and e-newsletter copy, sales collateral, product messaging, PR campaigns and anything else needing an expert editorial eye.

The Senior Legacy Officer will lead the delivery and development of St Luke’s legacy fundraising programme, taking ownership of one of the hospice’s most critical income streams. Reporting to the Head of Public Fundraising, the role will focus exclusively on growing legacy income through strategic marketing, supporter engagement and stewardship, pipeline development and internal advocacy. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the legacy programme, using insight and best practice to maximise long-term income while delivering an outstanding supporter experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing St Luke’s legacy fundraising programme
- Planning and delivering multi-channel legacy campaigns
- Managing Free Will Writing initiatives and legacy events
- Building strong relationships with legacy supporters, pledgers and professional partners
- Developing engaging supporter journeys and stewardship communications
- Monitoring pipelines, income forecasts and campaign performance
- Acting as an internal advocate for legacy giving across the organisation
- Ensuring all activity complies with fundraising regulations and GDPR
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in legacy fundraising, direct marketing or supporter led fundraising
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
- Confidence using CRM systems, data and reporting tools
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Sensitivity and empathy when working with donors and bereaved families
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations and data protection requirements
- A relevant fundraising or marketing qualification is desirable but not essential.

Senior Marketing Executive

About the Role
Our Senior Marketing Executive will be expected to engage with all areas of Unity & TSA’s activities and will be expected to attend meetings with peers across the association. The role will contribute ideas and co-lead the marketing strategy to support Unity’s growth.
The Senior Marketing Executive will take responsibility for leading the delivery and implementation of Unity's marketing strategy, supporting the company’s business plans for the next 3-5 years.
Collaborative working is essential, with partners, clients and internal teams to enhance Unity’s brand positioning, marketing effectiveness and client engagement for Unity products and services, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lead generation campaigns to achieve company financial goals
- Create & execute marketing plans including marketing campaigns that align with strategic objectives.
- Brand-building initiatives including communications to prospective clients and existing clients.
- Content creation (blogs, white papers, newsletters, print and social media posts) and monitoring performance, including optimising landing pages and improving SEO rankings.
Marketing Activity and Responsibility
- Oversee the annual planning of marketing activities by setting clear objectives, goals, and measurable KPIs.
- Deliver cost effective solutions for successful social media campaigns, email newsletters and campaigns, SEO, CRM, PPC, advertising, sponsorship, photography, SMS, print, CRM, online, direct mail, printed collateral, website analytics, and web optimisation
Stakeholder Management
- Working closely with the Head of Sales to determine priorities and drive more commercial growth through brand building and lead generation
- Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-marketing activities and ensure alignment between New Business and Existing Business teams for well-prepared campaigns

We’re looking for an Associate Director of Fundraising and Communications who is primed to play a major role as the driving force behind a new era of income growth and brand influence in the Third Sector.
Working 35 hours per week in a hybrid role you can work effectively from home with a willingness to regularly network across Wales and attend Cardiff City Centre Head Office as the nature of the role requires.
The Role
You’re a people focused leader with a passion for driving transformation to spearhead our income growth and elevate our brand. This is a high impact, critical and senior leadership role where you’ll have direct responsibility for financial performance and leading integrated functions to ensure no opportunity for impact is missed.
You’ll balance high-level strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to delivery. From identifying and converting high-value corporate partnerships to leading a multi-disciplinary team across fundraising and marketing, your work will directly fund essential cancer services across Wales. You’ll use data-driven insights to sharpen our performance and generate income to make a difference to our communities across Wales.
You'll have 4 direct reports and oversee a headcount of circa 20 and have a seat with the Senior Leadership Team working closely with all our Directors and department Heads.
