The role of the Senior Digital Marketing Executive is to ensure we provide a great supporter experience to any person, company or organisation who donates to the Epilepsy Society and to help the fundraising and marketing teams increase our number of supporters and fundraisers through digital acquisition.
As part of the Charity’s in-house marketing agency, you will support in responding to briefs from other departments and work closely with their teams to create and deliver marketing plans which deliver on revenue and strategic priorities. You will also work closely with multiple stakeholders, including our digital agency and the other teams within the Fundraising and Marketing Department and the wider organisation.
This role involves supporting various digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and data analytics. The postholder will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the efficient and effective running of a fundraising and marketing team dealing directly with donors at all levels to ensure they have the best donor experience. We need someone to help us to reach new people online, drive income and build an enhanced online supporter experience.
There is flexibility within the role; with a hybrid working approach of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. We’re looking for a Senior Digital Engagement Manager to head up our Digital Team, taking the lead on driving forward the organisation’s digital marketing and communications. You’ll work with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop and deliver the digital elements of the wider marketing and communications strategy, and line manage senior officers who lead the operations and development of our website, social media, email marketing and paid advertising activities.
You’ll play a lead role in maximising digital marketing opportunities, raising the profile of the organisation, communicating information, services and campaigns to new and existing supporters, and using insights and data to drive engagement and growth across the organisation. You’ll be the go-to expert for major initiatives that require digital support, from communication campaigns to change projects. You’ll also bring insights into the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing landscape.
You’ll be a digital all-rounder with enough hands-on knowledge and experience to support your operational leads, and the ability to think strategically, guiding the team and driving forward new ideas and initiatives.

GFS is a feminist organisation with a mission to empower girls and young women in England and Wales to live their best lives. Girls as young as 6 tell us that they cannot be themselves. This is an exciting role with an opportunity to lead the charity into the 150th Year of delivery and with a new strategy to address need. You should have experience of writing successful funding bids and reports. A detailed understanding of the wider funding environment in the voluntary sector is also highly desirable.

We are seeking a Fundraising Coordinator (Individual Giving) to join our small but dynamic Fundraising team.
The role requires excellent donor care and stewardship skills. All forms of communication will be required including the proactive use of digital channels such as the website and social media platforms.
The Individual Giving Fundraiser will play a vital role in increasing income from our existing supporters. You will support donor acquisition as well as taking the lead on retention of our supporters across multiple channels including cash appeals, regular giving, lottery and in celebration giving. The role will also support the Head of Income in the delivery of a legacy and major donor program.
You will develop and deliver excellent stewardship programmes that drive retention by deepening audience understanding of the challenges that people affected by cleft face and the impact that their donations make. Using data and insight, you’ll deliver compelling campaigns, with people affected by cleft right at the centre. You’ll use creative tools and techniques to demonstrate impact and inspire future action.

Headway is seeking a new Justice Programme Manager who will expand the current services to have a greater impact on police and probation services, improving knowledge and understanding and the support offenders with brain injuries receive.
We want someone who can both oversee the existing projects, such as our brain injury ID cards, whilst expanding the services in line with our new strategy, due to launch in the summer of 2024.
What will you do:
- Develop and implement a strategy for Headway’s work within the criminal justice system.
- Work with and develop key relationships across, police, probation services to improve knowledge and systems for offenders with brain injuries.
- Develop new justice related projects, including working with Headway’s fundraising team, to generate new income to expand the services.
- Work with the network of local Headway charities, to expand their work, within the justice system.
- Manage and deliver Headway’s justice related training initiatives.
- Oversee the successful delivery of Headway UK’s Brain Injury ID Card, including the line management of the project lead.
About you
