About the role
As Crisis’ Creative Lead, you are our most senior creative. You will lead the development of impactful concepts and content that meet our ambitious strategy and ultimately, support Crisis to end homelessness.
You’ll lead our creative studio to develop high-impact campaigns and content, based on audience insight and fresh creative ideas. - Ensure monthly financial summaries are reported to Work Teams through the Senior Legal Committee.

- Support short-term investment strategies.
- Monitor and report on operational budgets, ensuring accountability and fiscal responsibility across departments.
- Liaise and coordinate with the ELSC Treasurer Board member.
Training
- Standardise training and qualifications frameworks across departments to ensure transparency, fairness, and consistency in line with the ELSC Pay & Benefits Scale.
- Lead investment in staff training and development initiatives to strengthen organisational capacity.
- Support the qualification and professional development of junior legal staff through structured learning pathways in three jurisdictions with the support of the Director of the Legal Department.

The Researcher is a new, important post at Arthritis UK. Working within our Health Intelligence team, you will lead on providing expertise on the latest relevant research evidence, providing a responsive, robust and balanced assessment of the available evidence and any key gaps to shape the charity's UK advocacy agenda, and drive organisational priorities. Working across a range of issues you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the experiences and needs of people living with arthritis are understood and acted upon, and that arthritis is taken seriously across the UK.

The Role
- To be the strategic lead for income, service, and performance management of Causeway’s Property portfolio. To support housing staff to achieve tangible social impact and/or recovery outcomes in line with Causeway’s mission and with funder’s contractual obligations.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

The Purpose of the Role
IRC’s External Relations (ER) department brings together Fundraising, Communications and Policy & Advocacy functions. With the aim to raise money, awareness and influence for crisis-affected populations worldwide, the department combines knowledge and expertise across multiple national markets.

The Director of UK Mass Markets is responsible for the leadership and direction of the Mass Markets team in the UK and for securing long-term sustainable income for the IRC through individual donor acquisition, retention and supporter care. Occupational Requirements
This role is subject to legal Occupational Requirements under the Equality Act 2010. The postholder must both a woman and a practicing Christian. These requirements are essential due to the nature of the role, including spiritual support, trauma-informed care for women, and active church partnership development.
