Job description

Are you ready to take a global role in managing our Young Health Programme (YHP), Plan International UK’s largest corporate programme? Are you prepared to provide technical leadership on Public Health with a focus on adolescent health ensuring quality delivery of the programme?

We are looking for a Programme Manager with exceptional Management and Leadership skills to oversee and manage the Young Health Programme as part of the Development Programme Unit. In this role, you will lead a team of Programme Specialists to successfully manage this Programme in compliance with our donor requirements (AstraZeneca).

You will have extensive project and budget management experience, managing donor liaison for all matters related to the programme including but not limited to technical queries, compliance and accountability, monitoring and evaluation. You will be a successful manager and leader, setting a strong role model example with proven ability to create cohesive professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will possess excellent organisational skills and be skilled at problem-solving and dealing with sensitive situations in a diplomatic way.
