The Head of Corporate Partnerships will join at an incredibly exciting time for the charity and corporate partnerships programme. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing an HR case work portfolio, which includes conducting discipline and grievance investigations, hearings and appeals, and ACAS Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunals, as well as overseeing attendance and performance management processes. Established success in coaching managers and leaders on various HR matters is essential to this role, empowering them to manage risk, resolve conflict, support their team members to excel at work, and foster cohesion and trust within a hybrid workforce. The postholder will have experience and interest in managing employee wellbeing and diversity and inclusion initiatives; be CIPD qualified; have excellent and adaptable organisation, communication and interpersonal skills; and will enjoy working with a variety of people, with a strong ability to listen effectively.

Main responsibilities
Strategic planning and reporting
- Contribute to developing, implementing and evaluating policy and public affairs (PPA) strategies, campaigns and plans aligned to member priorities and our wider strategic aims.

The Role
Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Rentention team including the Major Donor Manager, IG Senior Fundraising Officers and IG Fundraising Officer.
Be responsible for the delivery of the cash appeal programme as well as the stewardship and development of regular givers.
Lead the merger of the major donor and mid level retention programmes and oversee the management of retained major donors.
Optimise the mix of marketing channels, appeals/products and audiences to meet supporter volume and lifetime value targets.
