Our Greenwich Counselling Service, including our culturally specific African/African-Caribbean service, has been offering free counselling to Greenwich borough residents for more than 40 years. It has grown organically from telephone counselling and crisis intervention to longer term and culturally-specific counselling and relationship work. Counselling sessions are delivered by our dedicated and highly professional volunteer counsellors, as well as a small team of counselling coordinators. We consider accessibility, responsiveness, and a client-centred approach to be the key strengths of our service.
We are currently seeking an African/African-Caribbean Counselling Service Coordinator who will work directly with clients as well as managing and supervising the team of volunteer counsellors. You will work closely with the Clinical Leads and other members of the clinical team.

Role purpose

The main purpose of this role is to support and assist Facilitators, Advanced Practitioner, Responsible Officers and Service managers in the administration of the Domestic Abuse contracts delivery by co-ordinating project resources such as people and equipment. The post holder will also be responsible for maintaining information systems linked to specific DA contracts.
Key duties and accountabilities
- To undertake a range of administrative duties, including log on cases, tracking and issuing documents to clients.
- Be adept in managing a new client based system.
- Working closely with practitioners to facilitate and schedule service users onto courses or appointments or chasing information.

About Woman's Trust
Woman’s Trust was established almost thirty years ago and is the leading specialist in mental health services for women. Role responsibilities include:
· Salesforce administration, including managing user roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, and flows.
· Troubleshooting issues, data cleansing and implementing secure system changes.
· Evaluating and deploying Salesforce updates, manage Mass Action Schedulers and document workflows. Advising on system development viability and working in sandbox environments to test and deploy changes effectively.
About You
Someone with previous experience implementing, configuring, or administering Salesforce (1-2 years) would be ideal, as would having experience in an educational or non-profit organisation, but this isn’t essential.
Skills and Competencies:
· Salesforce administration: Ability to manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
· Reporting and dashboards: Knowledge of how to configure and maintain custom report types, reports, and dashboards
· Customisation and configuration: Ability to configure, build, and maintain custom Salesforce functionality including custom objects, fields, page layouts, process builders, flows, and workflows
· Data cleaning: Good knowledge of Excel to cleanse and analyse data (knowledge of Power Query desirable)
· Integration: Knowledge of Salesforce integrations such as Form Assembly or Zapier (desirable), and how to import and export data into Salesforce using Dataloader, XL Connector, or equivalent

As Specialty Training Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team by managing various administrative tasks efficiently and effectively. From organising meetings and maintaining educational product content to handling correspondence and managing databases, your attention to detail and organisational skills will be instrumental. You will collaborate closely with team members to streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of our specialty training programme and high-stakes membership exams.
The role:
Project Administration
- Provide administrative support for specialty projects, ensuring key deadlines and milestones are tracked.
- Assist with project documentation, including maintaining records, updating trackers, and organising files.
- Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes, ensuring follow-up actions are recorded and monitored.
- Support project reporting by collating data and preparing summaries for stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate project activities.
Administration of examination database and systems
- Maintain digital question banks in line with policy and procedures
- Process examination candidate applications
- Process examination candidate requests and complaints/appeals
- Proof-read examination materials
General administration
- Manage the specialty team mailbox and act as first point of contact for queries
- Maintain up to date records on Customer Relationship management system (CRM) and ePortfolio, ensuring accurate and accessible information
- Provide administrative support for Specialty Training Board and its sub-committees, including managing meeting attendance, circulating papers, taking minutes and tracking actions.
- Maintain accurate version control of documents by systematically updating and tracking revisions, ensuring proper documentation of changes and adherence to version control protocols
- Assist in organising online and in-person events, workshops, and training as needed
- Assist with diary management and scheduling of meetings for team members.
- Maintain assets and resources on Training Hub and website
- Provide ad hoc administrative support throughout the year, across the portfolio
