Job description

The role is responsible for managing our Paper & Cup Charity Coffee Shop, curating donated goods to maximise sales, day to day running of the shop, financial oversight, general administration and ensuring health and safety policies are followed.

A key part of the role is creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both staff and customers, using strong interpersonal skills to foster a sense of community and promote customer satisfaction.

The postholder will also work closely with the Progressions Manager to support individuals in recovery from addiction. This includes training them in various aspects of shop operations such as managing the retail offer, making coffee, handling tills, and carrying out general administrative tasks.
