ROLE PURPOSE
You'll be the main point of contact for clients throughout their Tailored Support journey. This involves making sure they feel part of the TLC family, understand each stage of their support, and always know who to turn to with a problem. Additionally,
you’ll be growing and developing TLC's Tailored Support department. Lived experience of the challenges clients face is central to the role, helping you offer the understanding and encouragement clients need to keep going through setbacks.
