Job description

The role

You will take the lead on ensuring successful delivery of our existing portfolio, and negotiate new services, working in partnership with the NHS, voluntary and statutory organisations in locations across Scotland and Northern Ireland.

You will be responsible for managing a team of permanent and contract staff and supporting our vital services’ volunteers, working closely with the other services’ teams to increase access, reach and influence across the UK.

About you

Thriving on challenge, you will have the determination to see through the service set-up process from initial discussions to operational delivery. With a willingness to travel, you will have proven people and project management skills, and the ability to work flexibly as part of a busy team and with other teams across different geographical sites. It goes without saying that you’ll need exceptional organisational and time management skills and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
