We are looking for a Deliveries and Stock Collection Driver to work on our vans delivering and collecting furniture, and support the Logistics team to maximise sales. Successful applicants will be part of an awesome Logistics team led by the Logistics Co-ordinator and will have key responsibilities within that team.

The successful candidate will be comfortable and experienced both in a customer service/retail environment and driving a 3.5t Luton van. So, you will be working in a team with volunteers and our residents, so a positive, “can do” we would love to hear from you. You will be joining a friendly and enthusiastic team who are passionate about what they do.

About the Role:

You will play an active role in identifying, cultivating, securing, managing and retaining donors, and soliciting major gifts, with the full support of the Executive Leadership Team and Chair of Trustees.

Here's a summary of your key responsibilities:

• Prospect and cultivate new individual supporters to donate 5 figure gifts using a variety of tactics, such as attending in person networking events, gaining introductions from our Development Board, Trustees and other senior supporters
• Personally manage a prospect pool of individuals to steward and re-engage to donate 5 figure gifts
• Maximise the partnership opportunities with the Lord Mayor’s Appeal.
• Develop written materials and proposals to engage prospective individual donors and report on the impact of their donations
• Develop stewardship and cultivation activities (e.g. webinars/ drinks receptions for mid-level donors)
• Use the support of senior leadership and members of the Board of Trustees to cultivate prospects as needed
• Work with colleagues to identify and scope new high value partnership prospects and application opportunities
• With the support of the Head of Development, develop and implement the donor giving strategy
• Report against income, expenditure and other targets
• Keep MQ’s central database up to date with all prospect actions

About You:

This role is for you if you are self-motivated and an experienced relationship fundraiser and driven to ensure that targets are hit and projects are delivered to the highest possible standards.

You will have demonstrable experience of managing 4 and 5-figure+ gifts from donors and be a sophisticated communicator with the confidence to build relationships with and inspire colleagues and donors.

Essential role requirements include:

• Previous major donor fundraising experience
• Exceptional communication skills particularly in understanding and translating complex information and turning it into compelling written proposals
• Has a can-do attitude
• Demonstrates a commercial mindset
• Good interpersonal, influencing and relationship-management skills, at all levels.
• Willingness to attend networking events as required

Desirable Skills:

• Experience of Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge/NXT is desirable but not essential.
• Background or study in relevant fields of mental health sciences

Legacy and In Memory Marketing Manager

About the Role

As our creative, innovative and data led Legacy & In Memory Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering WaterAid’s legacy and in memory fundraising programme with the support of the Legacy and In Memory Marketing Officer. You will deliver multi-channel campaigns across TV, digital, direct mail, email and events to raise awareness of gifts in wills, generate legacy enquirers and create inspiring journeys to nurture and engage legacy and in memory supporters.

In this role, you will plan, manage and execute multi-channel campaigns across the marketing funnel, as well as work with the Legacy and In Memory Marketing Officer to deliver exceptional stewardship, through personal communications and events, to our committed supporters.

You’ll also: 

• Be responsible for using data, analysis and insight to innovate and maximise both existing campaigns and seek to test new audiences and channels that meet specific objectives within the LIM Team plans
• Undertake Project Management responsibilities required for the successful and timely delivery of multiple channel campaigns – including delivery of the award-winning legacy consideration campaign What Jack Gave across TV and digital
• Manage, coach and motivate the Legacy and In Memory Marketing Officer to deliver their campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the effective and timely delivery of campaigns 
• Operate a rigorous test to learn methodology, regularly monitoring, evaluating and analysing campaigns

Requirements

You’ll be passionate about using your experience in fundraising and marketing to make a difference by creating inspiring and supporter-led communications that effectively raises consideration for legacy giving and uncovers new legacy prospects and legacy pledgers.

To be successful, you’ll need: 

• Proven experience in direct marketing – print and digital
• Experience of leading and motivating internal and external stakeholders

Research grant management

• Managing the delivery of GOSH Charity’s response-mode funding schemes, including our National Research Project Grant and ‘Lift Off’ pilot study funding call and others.

• Providing operational and secretariat support to the Research Assessment Panel and Lift Off Scientific Assessment Panels, and other expert research review panels as required.

• Preparing papers and reports, and collating these from across the team for delivery to the Committee in good time.
• Preparing high quality minutes that provide a clear record of discussions, decisions, and actions, and disseminating these following internal and Chair approval.

In this role, you will work within a team to empower residents to access local charities, community groups, and services. Working alongside healthcare professionals and local organisations, you’ll help create personalised action plans, provide ongoing support, and ensure that everyone receives the care and guidance they need.

Key responsibilities:   

This position can operate from any of our national bases, working from either our London, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, South or North England hubs - Hybrid working 

Programme development:   

• Support the design of Money Ready’s programme development cycles.   

• Support with the development of the content and standards for all Money Ready programmes; structure, model and design.   

• Work with the monitoring and evaluation function to understand the impact of how we are designing our programmes.   

• Gain feedback through the internal ‘looking and listening’ processes to support improvements on programmes, balancing learner, trainer and external views.

- Analyse research and policy trends, develop clear and inclusive policy recommendations, and produce high-quality outputs (briefings, consultation responses, blogs, reports).
- Build relationships with decision-makers, community organisations, and stakeholder networks to embed the voices of underrepresented groups in all policy work.
- Help ensure lived experience is central to our recommendations by co-producing projects with affected individuals and communities.
- Represent Marie Curie at external events, policy coalitions, and media opportunities; act as a spokesperson on relevant equity issues.

Key Criteria:

Main responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimise the Marketing Communications strategy, ensuring alignment across channels, teams, and priorities.
- Lead strategic communications planning, translating organisational goals into actionable, audience-led communications plans.
- Develop and oversee key messaging frameworks and thematic narratives based on insight and research.
- Manage cross-departmental audience insight initiatives, including segmentation, message testing, and establishing a shared insights repository.
- Monitor and report on performance against strategy and KPIs, using data to support continuous improvement.
- Advise and work closely with senior management, internal communications, teams across the income, innovation and engagement directorate and external agencies.
- Act as operational lead for crisis communications, coordinating responses and ensuring preparedness through robust planning and documentation.
- Oversee external agencies and ensure strategic alignment and delivery of contracted work.
- Line manage the Strategic Communications Manager and lead matrix teams on key projects.

Key Criteria:
- Extensive experience in a senior communications role, with a strong track record of developing and delivering integrated, high-impact strategic communication strategies.
- Confident and persuasive communicator with excellent writing, planning, and leadership skills. Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Expertise in audience segmentation, insight analysis, and message testing to ensure communications are targeted, relevant, and effective.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing issues and crisis communications.
- Experience leading relationships with external agencies to ensure alignment and quality delivery.
- Skilled in managing agency partnerships and working across teams. Highly capable of prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects and campaigns to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in the charity, health, or non-profit sectors is advantageous.

We are looking for a Grants Management Lead who will manage part of ClientEarth’s existing grants portfolio and provide strategic direction within the team and across departments to ensure successful grant management delivery and fundraising.

Meet your Manager

In this role, you will be managed by Jamil De Dominicis. Jamil joined ClientEarth in 2019 and is based in London. As Global Head of Grants, he leads the Grants Management team and oversees ClientEarth’s grants income from trusts, foundations and other statutory and institutional funders. Prior to joining ClientEarth, Jamil worked in various policy, research and grant management roles at the international affairs think tank Chatham House and the National Foundation for Youth Music.

Main Duties

• Manage existing relationships with major foundations and other institutional funders to ensure that funders are aware of project performance and receive regular updates in compliance with grants agreements
• Oversee relationships with senior stakeholders from current and new donors; act as a key facilitator and steward of relationships between funder staff and key programme contacts
• Support on developing and executing the Grants Team Annual Plans and strategy
• Oversee the development and production of well researched and comprehensive proposals and reports to existing donors that meet funding priorities and requirements within the submission deadline, in coordination with programme staff
• Line manage their team effectively by ensuring the Managers and Officers have support and are empowered to lead on their funding portfolios

We are looking for someone to join our Young People Learning team to support the coordination of our programmes for young people across England and Wales.

We are looking for someone with a passion for empowering young people and understanding of school’s curricula in England and Wales to coordinate.  Your role ensures that operational delivery plans are implemented in your defined area, meeting all targets and KPIs.  There is a significant external remit, and you will be expected to pro-actively manage relationships with schools and Local Authorities, to support schools as they participate in our programmes.

You will monitor the quality and impact of our programmes, ensuring this is captured and fed back to our Facilitators and Young People Development Lead to ensure continuous improvement.  You will also be working together with the rest of the Young People Learning team to coordinate activity, such as Workshops, Dragons’ Dens and Awards, to ensure a clearly mapped out timetable.  To support the Young People Administrator in scheduling activity, you will be expected to pass-on details from schools and partners in a timely manner.

You will also have opportunities to work with colleagues across the business, for example colleagues in sales and partnerships, to implement delivery plans as agreed by external partners and funders.

In addition to the ongoing remit of the job description, the post holder will work towards individual goals/outcomes as agreed with the line manager and aligned to the annual organisational business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinating delivery of our programmes for young people, achieving allocated targets in England and Wales and complying with programme systems and procedures.

· Support the effectiveness of activities for young people by appropriately preparing facilitators and following up with operational stakeholders, such as teachers, after delivery to ensure sessions meet highest standards expectations.

· Support the delivery of successful events for our young people, such as Awards and Dragons’ Dens, and responsible for implementing plans, coordination and logistical arrangements.

· Ensure effective recruitment and retention of schools and young people, driving impact and engagement in allocated areas through developing and maintaining operational level relationships and customer service.

· Responsible for gathering and collating evaluation data and case study information during programme delivery and at events to evidence impact.

· Maintain up to date records on our CRM system, HubSpot, and impact data on Microsoft Forms and SharePoint.  

· Providing accurate management information and case studies for reporting to external stakeholders.

· Gathering intelligence and local insight, needs and funding opportunities to help inform the overall UK Young People sales and strategy.

· Work collaboratively with fellow Coordinators to lead the continuous improvement and innovation of processes and procedures, enhancing efficiency while developing your capability, confidence, and skills.
