A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the organisation to Manage/Lead the Drive programme across Warwickshire.
Drive is an innovative national project that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children, by holding high-risk perpetrators to account. The project combines case management of perpetrators with a co-ordinated multi-agency response.
As Service Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of the Drive programme and interventions. You will champion the Cranstoun values across the organisation and drive the Cranstoun ‘people’ agenda ensuring a culture based on fairness, collaboration and trust. You will support the team leaders and Case Managers in their work, ensuring high quality and safe practice by completing regular case reviews of active cases.
As Service Manager, you will manage a team of Case Managers and Panel Coordinator.
You will work closely alongside and within a wider team of multi -agency stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have management skills and a demonstrable track record within the field of domestic abuse and/or with highly complex cohorts. You will have experience and passion for collaboration, partnership, strategic and organisational development.
Post holder will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check against relevant barred lists.

Young Carers Service Manager role

Our charity, Carers Support, works across Bristol and South Gloucestershire to support unpaid family carers who are supporting their loved ones at home.
We currently have a vacancy in our Young Carers Service Team to support the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team and lead the Young Carers Service. This is a senior role that requires managerial experience, an understanding of the youth sector, safeguarding, and the ability to work with different employed teams and volunteers.
Main duties will include:

· Be a member of the Senior Management team and actively participate in the overall strategic management and development of the organisation.
· Ensure that the strategic development of the young carer service is co-ordinated and services are delivered in line with funded contract and grant requirements, CSC's development plan and local and national strategies and priorities.
· Be responsible for the support, supervision, management and development of the Operational manager, Schools Development Officer and Engagement worker
· Be the Children and Young People’s Safeguarding lead, working in conjunction with the Adults Safeguarding lead and deputies.
· Ensure young carers voice leads service development internally and externally improving the identification and support for young carers across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
· Ensure sustainability developing service plans and working with Fundraising manager to raise the funds to sustain services that meet young carers needs.

Mental Health Service Manager Central Bristol
£48,000 per annum (rising to £49,440 from 1st April 2026) + excellent benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Milestones Trust Mental Health Division as a Service Manager, overseeing the management of a cluster of four established services in central Bristol.
Cranbrook Road, Northumberland Road and Coronation Road are registered residential homes in Redland and Southville while Linden Rd is a supported living project in Westbury Park. Three of the four services are within ten minutes’ walk of each other. There are a total of 16 registered and 4 unregistered beds across the cluster and the Service Manager has the support of 2 full-time Service Coordinators to ensure the day-to-day delivery of the service is effective and efficient. The services provide individualized recovery services for people with complex mental health needs, with the aim of enabling people to graduate to step-down accommodation when they are ready.
As a Service Manager you will be accountable for the safe, cost-effective and personalised running of the services in line with Milestone Trust’s values and organisational priorities. You will lead your teams to meet all compliance requirements and consistently meet and exceed service KPIs as you develop and implement your vision for the services.
As the Service Manager you will:
- Have extensive knowledge of working with people who have complex and enduring mental health needs
- Have extensive experience of managing risk in a Social Care setting
- Have previous experience of leading and developing teams
- Be able to work alongside your team to coach individuals and provide a positive and professional role model to all staff
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, people we support and a range of stake holders, family and friends
- Have effective time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Be confident in delegating effectively to achieve timely outcomes
- Have experience of managing budgets and rotas effectively
- Have good IT skills and be familiar with packages such a Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Additional information:
- Participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota, approximately once in every 15 weeks.
