The role
We’re looking for a high performing, creative and driven Digital Manager to work in our communications and marketing department on a temporary basis, to drive all areas of Family Fund’s digital work. You’ll develop digital strategies and campaigns that improve conversion with our key audiences, raise vital income and boost brand profile. You’ll also provide expert advice on the evolution of our digital channels and communications, to ensure we keep pace with fast-changing digital developments.
The person we’re looking for
To be considered for this role you’ll need to evidence significant experience managing and improving the performance of digital channels (including social media, e-marketing and websites) using analytics to inform decision-making. You should have specialist knowledge of digital across a range of techniques and have experience in managing paid-for digital advertising budgets and campaigns. With experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) and of platform analytics tools including Google Analytics, Facebook and X, you should have a sound understanding of an integrated approach to digital marketing and knowledge of data protection best practice and legislation.
A confident communicator with strong analytical, literacy and numeracy skills, you’ll be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a wider team. Along with the Assistant Head of Individual Giving, the Supporter Acquisition Managers will be responsible for growing the organisation’s supporter base and hitting an annual Individual Giving team fundraising target of £50 million in unrestricted income. As a direct marketing subject matter expert, the Supporter Aquisition Manager will lead cold recruitment campaigns and support in identifying and delivering new products or acquisition streams. The role will lead on planning and project managing delivery of a variety of media channels, both online and offline. This role will hold some strategic responsibility for either the Christmas Campaign, or ongoing Acquisition Innovation. The role will be responsible for seven figure expenditure budget and line management a Supporter Acquisition Officer or a Supporter Acquisition Executive.
As planning for the Christmas Campaign is already underway, the charity is open to temporary or interim candidates who might be interested, as well as permanent candidates.
The successful candidates will have significant direct marketing expertise with a strong background in project managing multiple campaigns across a range of channels, ideally in a fundraising role, and with proven success at recruiting new donors. As well as previous experience in identifying areas of innovation and devising testing plans to launch and roll out, you will also have a track record in successfully leveraging value from data collated on supporter databases, to maximise targeting and data segmentation.

The Role

About the role

You will assist our Management Accountant with the accounting, management and reconciliation of Hastoe’s solar photovoltaic portfolio, including the income that Hastoe receives from Feed-in-Tariff (FIT) payments. You will also assist with general management account duties.
The role will require close working and collaboration with colleagues within the Finance team and wider organisation (in particular our Housing and Property services teams), as well as communicating externally with other stakeholders regarding our PV panel portfolio. You will also need to liaise with Hastoe’s FIT licencee and other external organisations.
You will also assist with an exciting project to modernise Hastoe’s PV panel metering and data collection processes.
Duties will include:
- Assist the Management Accounts team to input accruals, Feed-in-Tariff (FiT) payment schedules and invoices relating to Hastoe’s solar photovoltaic (PV) panel portfolio.
- Assist with administration for said PV panel portfolio, accessing online portals, monitoring status of PV panels and payments.
- Liaise with Hastoe’s FiT licensee(s) to submit and receive information relating to the panels.
- Assist with the maintenance and servicing as required of the PV panel portfolio, working closely with Hastoe’s Property Services Team.
- Assist with completing reconciliations to ensure payments are allocated and accounted for correctly.

About the Role
The weekend Studio Assistant supports visitor engagement in the Studio and Ground Floor Gallery at Modern Art Oxford. You will create a safe and friendly welcome, to support a lively, social atmosphere within the Studio which plays a significant role in building lasting relationships with visitors and families. The Studio Assistant will encourage reflective conversations with visitors as they arrive, providing context for the space and resources by demonstrating their use with the prompts provided. This is a practical role, and you are encouraged to develop your own creative skills while keeping the space tidy and presentable throughout the day.

Families with young children regularly use the space to play and visitors of all ages enjoy spending time in the studio to experiment with the materials provided. Modern Art Oxford invites the practical use of this space to anyone who will benefit from having access to a studio like atmosphere. The studio is a shared space which is open to the public throughout the week and weekends and is also home to our regular projects Make Play and Young Creatives, as well as holiday workshops, short courses and evening classes which take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Please note: This role offers weekend hours only, with additional opportunities to assist other programme activities with the Communities, Practice & Participation team as appropriate.
Duties
- Facilitate activities in our Studio on Saturdays and Sundays, utilising the materials provided.
- Encourage visitors to take part in the current programme activities and upcoming events.
- Support Modern Art Oxford Producers with delivery of weekend workshops.
- Maintain accurate records on attendance..
- Set up and pack down workshop activities with the guidance of producers.
- Engage families with Activity Backpacks, maintain materials, and record feedback.
Responsibilities
- Assist all visitors in accordance with MAO’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy
- Ensure the Ground Floor Gallery and Studio are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Encourage visitor feedback via comments cards and surveys, alert the Duty Manager of any complaints.
- Treat all visitor feedback in a calm and professional manner.
- Follow Health and Safety and building security practices at all times.
Person Specification
Essential Skills and Interests
- An active interest and commitment to contemporary arts practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the Charity, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO of a dynamic and life-saving Charity. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality executive support that enables the CEO to focus on strategic priorities, external engagement, and organisational leadership. You’ll be a trusted advisor and gatekeeper, anticipating needs, streamlining communications, and ensuring the CEO’s time is used effectively.
In addition, you will act as the Company Secretary, supporting the Charity’s governance framework, maintaining statutory compliance, and ensuring effective administration of the Board of Trustees and its subcommittees. There will also be the opportunity for Project Management.
Success in this role will require someone who is highly organised, discreet, and proactive, with high levels of integrity and resilience. You’ll need to be comfortable working at pace, able to manage competing priorities, and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders including Trustees, crew, funders, MPs and members of the public. Setting up user accounts, permissions and access rights, with a focus on security and good cyber hygiene.
Helping with onboarding new staff, setting up laptops and workstations, and delivering basic Office 365 training.
Keeping IT documentation up to date – including inventories, guides and user manuals.
Supporting with basic facilities tasks, including office moves and covering the Fulham site reception on occasion.
What we’re looking for:
A qualification in IT (e.g. diploma or degree) and strong working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint.
Experience supporting hardware (laptops, phones, tablets) and networking infrastructure.
A good grasp of cyber security best practices.
Someone proactive, organised and approachable – a natural helper who’s happy juggling different tasks.
An understanding of, or interest in, the challenges faced by ex-Service men and women.
This is an office-based role working 9am–2pm, Monday to Friday. You'll be based in Fulham, with occasional travel to other sites across London.

About the role
As our Temporary Finance Manager, you will be managing a finance assistant and will be part of our organisation’s Senior Leadership Team, helping to collaboratively shape and steer the charity as we work towards our 2022-2027 strategy. The Finance Manager is at the heart of Woman’s Trust; you will play an essential role and have oversight of not just the finance team - you will have direct exposure to CEO/Board Members and decision-making for the future of the organisation.
We are looking for a highly motived Temporary Finance Manager with demonstrable experience working in a similar senior level role. You’ll be a fully or part qualified accountant e.g. CIMA/ACA/ACCA/Cipfa, with a thorough understanding of charity accounting.
