Summary
The Church of England's Digital Team was created in 2016 to develop the Church's approach to the web, social media and wider technological innovation. The team works to support teams across the Church in line with its wider vision and strategy, while identifying digital opportunities to engage new audiences with messages of the Church. Based in the Communications Team, it also works closely with Church House Publishing on national campaigns, such as Christmas and Easter. The team has developed a strong social media presence, transformed national websites and pioneered the use of technology such as voice and apps to help people grow in their faith.
As Digital Labs Officer, you will build confidence in the local churches of the Church of England to use platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, A Church Near You and their own websites to reach new people and encourage members of their worshipping communities in their faith. You will help run a national training programme to upskill the Church to use these digital platforms. You will also curate and create new content for the Digital Labs webpages, blog, on-demand training library and newsletter.

About the role
As Fundraising Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting RFUK’s income generation and donor engagement strategies. Working closely with the Senior Fundraising Coordinator, you’ll contribute to a range of activities—from researching trusts and foundations, assisting with grant applications, and managing donor care, to supporting events like the London Marathon and helping implement our digital engagement strategy.

- Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing and fundraising campaigns and events to achieve income targets, ensure consistent messaging and strengthen supporter engagement across all channels.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and delivering marketing campaigns that raise awareness of our care homes and housing schemes.
- Working with our digital agency to run paid campaigns (PPC, social, lead generation) and supporting traditional methods where effective.
- Managing and updating the website to ensure content is clear, relevant, accessible, and SEO-optimised.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the charity to provide consistent, joined-up messaging.
- Protecting and promoting our brand identity and tone of voice across all materials.
- Using research and insight to understand audiences and identify trends.
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and communities to deliver joined-up marketing.
- Measuring and reporting on campaign impact using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.

Experience/skills:

Role Summary
As Communications & Operations Officer, you will strengthen how Acumen Academy UK communicates and delivers its mission - supporting bold social leaders and amplifying their stories of change.
Your focus will be on communications: creating and sharing campaigns that tell the story of our Fellows, programmes, and partnerships. Alongside this, you will play a key operations support role, ensuring the smooth running of our programmes, events, and participant communications.
Working closely with the UK Director, Senior Programme Manager, and Acumen Academy’s global marketing team, you’ll help shape how we reach new audiences, engage our growing community, and turn insights into action - while developing your own professional skills and networks.
This role is a full-time role and has a salary of £25,000 to £28,000 per year (depending on experience).

The MSF UK Digital Team is made up of 10 specialist staff who act as an internal agency and provide expertise, project management, training and support to all other departments. We tell the human stories of how everyday people, communities, and places are building fairer, greener futures, especially where narratives around climate action are more contested. Our place-based storytellers use community insights, journalistic expertise, and creative storytelling to shift narratives and humanise the transition.
About the role
We are looking for a Digital Innovation Lead to position us at the cutting-edge of digital, locally based storytelling about the climate transition.
Part of this role will be overseeing our approach to social media. But more than that, the successful candidate will bring their know-how and entrepreneurial flair to help us reimagine our digital storytelling on the climate transition.
From TikTok to hyper-local Facebook groups, from AI-powered analysis to multimedia experimentation, you will help the Exchange build a digital game that’s contemporary, sector-leading, ethical and true to both our mission and our USP as locally rooted, authentic, people-led storytellers.

This important role supports the operational delivery of the charity’s busy events programme and supports the team and running the office.
The events programme is diverse - from drinks receptions and report launches to events at agricultural shows across the UK - and support on administration for the wider charity, including some communications activity. You will be also ensuring effective follow-up to each event such as wider dissemination of event content, evaluation, and reporting.
Working on events will account for approximately 75% of the role. The remaining time will be spent working across the charity undertaking a variety of administrative tasks. This will include supporting the team with mailings, coordination of specific activities and some general office management. Whilst reporting to the Head of External Affairs, this role will work closely with several team members, particularly the Executive Support & Governance Manager, providing a unique opportunity to gain knowledge and experience of different aspects of the charity’s work.
What we are looking for
This is an important role, and we’d like you to have a sound working knowledge of end-to-end event management and office experience within a charity or other professional environment. To be successful you will be required to demonstrate a confident attitude supported by good written and verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable using Microsoft office suite, events management platforms and our CRM system (currently Salesforce). You will be able to manage your time and prioritise your workload. An ability to engage with a wide range of people is also advantageous. Most of all is the desire to provide first class customer service.
This position requires you to be a reliable individual with a detailed, methodical and organised approach who can work independently as well as part of a team.
