About The Role
The Unity Project (TUP) supports people who are facing poverty and homelessness because their immigration status allows them ‘no recourse to public funds’ (NRPF). We believe NRPF should not exist and we are working to end it. Until then, we seek to minimise its impact by supporting people to make the ‘change of conditions’ (CoC) application to access public funds. However, as the number of people living under NRPF continues to grow, we know we will never be able to meet the need for CoCs. Ensuring that our knowledge and experience is shared - with advisors, support services, community groups and individuals who could make applications themselves - is vital. Raising awareness of our work also supports our income diversification strategy by building corporate partnerships and individual donations.
In this role, you will be leading The Unity Project’s outreach and communications work in order to increase awareness of the Change of Conditions process and the support The Unity Project can offer to individuals and organisations. Your first priorities will include mapping CoC provision across the country; working with the Director to design and implement a communications strategy to engage applicants, advice organisations, corporate partners and donors; and creating a suite of CoC resources to share online. As you develop in the role, you will deliver outreach and information sessions online and in the community. We hope that over time you will have the opportunity to grow, take on new responsibilities and help to shape how we do outreach and communications as we evolve.

Job purpose
· To deliver Nourish in 6-8 schools in Birmingham (primary, secondary and SEND settings)
Key tasks include
· Support with recruitment of schools to take part in Nourish
· Complete in person food audits in schools looking across the whole school day
· Support schools to create and deliver a food improvement plan (action plan)
· Develop and deliver workshops in schools to staff, parents and students based on their action plan (e.g. assemblies, cooking sessions, school food standards training, packed lunch advice, food ed/sensory tasting sessions)
· Support schools to write a school food policy

The Role
The Senior Digital and Content Manager leads the development and delivery of Malaria No More UK’s digital content strategy — shaping how we inspire action, influence decision-makers and elevate diverse voices to drive progress against malaria.
This is a pivotal role at a pivotal moment. You’ll design and deliver a digital engagement strategy that advances our advocacy and policy change goals, responds to the fast-moving communications landscape, and builds understanding, belief and momentum for investing in the fight to end malaria.
Combining strategic thinking, creative storytelling and digital innovation, you’ll position Malaria No More UK as a bold, credible and solutions-focused voice in the global malaria fight. Ovacome Support Services Officer, reporting to the Programmes Manager.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about supporting those affected by ovarian cancer through a people-centred approach. You must be experienced in providing support services, well-organised and approachable. You will be an important member of our staff team.
Pay scale: £28,500 – £33,000 per year (full time), pro-rata if part time. All our salaries our benchmarked based on the requirements of the Role Description and comparable roles in the charity sector. Salaries are subject to an annual review; we also award an annual cost of living increase.
Hours: 21 hours (part time) to 35 hours (full time) per week, with flexibility around core operational hours. We offer flexible hours to accommodate caring responsibilities. Core hours of work are between 8.30am to 5.30pm. Wednesday is a core working day.

The Science Council is seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing and Communications Officer to join its engagement and policy team. The post-holder will be responsible for leading and executing impactful communications and marketing initiatives with our members and external stakeholders. The Role
Working closely with EFN’s Executive Director, you will lead on growing the amount of funding flowing to environmental causes from UK funders – including trusts, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals – by connecting and engaging with those not yet funding environmental causes at scale, and inspiring and supporting them to start giving or to give more.
You will form part of EFN’s Leadership Team, deputising for the Executive Director as needed, and will likely line manage a small team of 3–4 individuals.
You will:
- Revise and implement EFN’s Growing Environmental Philanthropy (GEP) strategy, working with the Executive Director, Board and GEP Advisory Group.
- Raise awareness of the need for environmental philanthropy through partnerships, events, communications and media opportunities.
- Identify and engage new funders and advisors through meetings, events, field trips and speaking engagements.
- Provide inspiration, advice, and practical resources for funders and advisors to start or expand their environmental giving.
- Support wider programme delivery, including the Big Give’s Earth Raise campaign and partnerships with organisations such as the Beacon Collaborative and Climate Lead.
- Contribute to fundraising for EFN’s GEP programme and support EFN’s financial sustainability.
About You
You’ll bring at least five years’ experience in fundraising or a related industry, with a proven track record of building and managing relationships with individual donors or high-net-worth clients. You’ll be a confident communicator and creative thinker with a strong commitment to environmental and social justice.
You will have:

- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills, with confidence in public speaking and representing EFN at high-profile events.
