Creative Support is seeking committed Support Workers for an exciting opportunity to join our team under the Transforming Care Agenda using a Trauma Informed approach. The Intensive Support Service provides bespoke supported living services in the Bury/Heywood area of Greater Manchester to adults over the age of 18 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex needs.

The service operates 24/7 using a trauma informed and case management model of care to provide support and opportunities for increased independence in the community for three adults.
