About the role
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital content and social platforms? Then you could make a real difference to people affected by breast cancer.
We’re looking for a multimedia producer to join our busy, dynamic and creative team. As part of our in-house multimedia studio, you’ll create high-quality content and produce live broadcasts for our social media channels.
As well as developing new content, you’ll breathe fresh life into existing ideas – producing content covering everything from fundraising and campaigning to support and research. You’ll be a champion of our visual identity and consistently show-off our brand in the best ways possible.

About you
Ideally you:
· Will be a multimedia producer who puts the audience at the heart of every piece of content
· Will have an excellent understanding of multimedia production, including platform-native content creation, and advanced skills in editing and audio production
· Will have experience in producing live social media broadcasts, particularly across Facebook and Instagram
· Will have a solid understanding of audience behaviours and platform algorithms
· Are self-motivated, organised and comfortable working on several briefs at once
· Enjoy looking for new ways to approach things and responding to trends in real time
· Are a creative thinker, with a portfolio of work that shows your ability to shoot, edit and publish content for social media

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is primarily based in our London office. Our hybrid working model allows you to work up to 3 days per week at home.

In this exciting role you will work within the small Communciations & Fundraising Team to maximise income generation from individual givers through your ability to manage outstanding supporter care, accurate database management and targeted marketing via email, post, and social media.
You will hold key responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of all our fundraising and marketing data and be responsible for ensuring the correct targeting of all marketing approaches. Operations Assistant (Full Time – Office Based)
Job Purpose:
The Operations Assistant provides support to the HR and Operations Manager by taking day to day responsibility, under guidance, for various facilities, safety and administrative processes, including HR administration, as well as responsiblity for locking/unlocking of meeting rooms, routine health and safety tasks and other matters that contribute to making the office a pleasant and functional environment in which to work.
The duties will also include giving regular support to the Fulfilment Manager and under their guidance, process orders and support with despatch and deliveries, in addition to providing holiday cover, when the Fulfilment Manager is away.
Many aspects of this role require Manual Handling.
The ideal candidate will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, a personable manner, and will embrace the desire to make a measurable difference.

Requisite Skills and Experience:

Main duties:

Update internal HR databases, such as PeopleHR and employee files

Managing the WorkforUs mailbox

Recording and running reports from the database on sickness, leave, maternity etc

Assist in the preparation of HR standard template documents

Administering the onboarding and offboarding requirements for the organisation

To maintain the ATS when recruitment is live, and to support with the day-to-day recruitment activity, including but not limited to liaising with candidates, setting up interviews and preparing interview packs

Assisting with managing and maintaining database information for employee benefit schemes

Maintain and Update employee notice boards for HR and H&S

Opening, logging and distributing inbound post

Support with answering phone calls into the Office and responding to general enquiries
