New and exciting opportunities have arisen within the organisation to deliver domestic abuse perpetrator case management interventions as part of the Drive Project. We are looking to recruit Case Managers to work across Worcestershire and now also expanding to include Herefordshire.
Drive is an innovative national project that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children, by holding high-risk perpetrators to account. The project combines case management of perpetrators with a co-ordinated multi-agency response.
As Case Manager, you will strive to make contact and work on a one-to-one basis with perpetrators to pro-actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services and contribute to disrupt activities.
You will work closely with the Independent Domestic Violence Advisor to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties ensuring the victim’s voice is considered.
You will work alongside existing agencies to design a co-ordinated, intervention plan, addressing identified needs and risks, and promoting understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours.
You will be passionate and committed to working within a multi-disciplinary team and will have a demonstrable track record of working with complex need service users to support people to live healthy safe and happy lives.
We are looking to appoint to this role as soon as possible. Extensive training will be provided which may include the opportunity to gain accreditation for working with perpetrators of DVA.
We will also consider secondments.

The customer is currently living in a hospital setting and we are looking to build a new team to support her make a successful move to her new home. The role

The team works both directly with both people we support and their support teams, to increase independence and overall quality of life. The Specialist Services Team is committed to joint working with families, support teams and our NHS and local authority colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.
The role of a Behaviour Consultant will be to:
- Work closely with the individual and their support team to conduct relevant behaviour assessments, for example, functional behaviour assessments (FBA), assessment of functional living skills (AFLS).
- Work with the individual and support team (including family and external professionals) to develop positive behaviour support (PBS) plans that are consistent with the PBS framework.
- Use behavioural skills teaching (BST) to teach both the individual and the support team new skills
- Work with the individual and support team to implement and adhere to PBS plans effectively. Including the use of BST and practice leadership to ensure competency and adherence.
- Provide in-person coaching alongside a variety of training programmes, to the support team to achieve a high quality level of support for the individual, for example: PROACT-SCIPr-UK®, PBS, Active Support training.
Your qualifications
Essential:
- MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis/Positive Behaviour Support or related field e.g. Analysis and Intervention (Candidates who are near completion of such qualification will be considered).
Desirable:
- Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)
- Fully Qualified PROACT-SCIPr-UK® instructor
Your experience
Essential:
- Substantial experience of conducting functional behaviour assessments and implementing behavioural interventions for individuals with a Learning Disability and/or Autism
- Minimum 2 years working directly with people who have learning disabilities / autism and / or multi-sensory impairments and people who present behaviours that challenge.

Off The Record Twickenham (OTR) seeks an experienced and skilled Administrator to assist a small staff team in the efficient and effective running of the office and administrative functions at OTR and to support its counselling and information services for young people.
Main responsibilities of the post
- To act as first point of contact for enquiries, including responding sensitively to referrals from young people, their parents/carers, and other agencies, and to ensure the efficient management of the Counselling Waiting List
- To promote OTR’s activities, through website, social media and other digital channels and communications, and to keep OTR’s website relevant, informative and up to date
- To assist the Board of Trustees on matters of governance, and with specific, stand-alone strategic and fundraising projects.
- To provide high quality administrative and secretarial support to the staff team, which will include office management and facilities tasks; to ensure that management information and filing systems are methodical and accessible, and that there is full compliance with the principles of data protection and confidentiality on behalf of all service users
Working Conditions
Office-based in Church Street Twickenham, 5 days per week. Hours to be negotiated but to include some afternoon/early evening work.
