We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our Marketing and Engagement team.

The Role

Based at our Head Office in Basingstoke, Hampshire, and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will deliver engaging, creative, data-driven marketing campaigns targeting our beneficiaries and supporters across the UK’s fire services community. You’ll achieve this by utilising all our available media channels including email, websites, direct mail, social media, on/offline advertising and events.

In this fast-paced and exciting role, you’ll be supporting teams across our Charity to promote our health and wellbeing services to the deserving people we support. You will also assist our fundraising teams to generate the income needed to fund the diverse range of services we provide to the fire family.

This role is subject to a Basic Disclosure and Barring Services Check.

About You

We’re looking for an enthusiastic marketer with experience delivering marketing campaigns that demonstrate a return on investment.

You will need to be confident communicator, calm under pressure and keen to evidence the success of your work through data analysis, you will be able to adapt your approach to suit different audiences and to translate marketing briefs and objectives into effective campaign activity.

Naturally creative and pro-active, this role would ideally suit someone who is keen to take the next step in their marketing career, who thinks on their feet to overcome challenges to deliver projects on-budget and on-time.

The Head of Corporate Partnerships will join at an incredibly exciting time for the charity and corporate partnerships programme. Sitting on the Fundraising SLT and leading the team of four, the Head of Corporate will bring a new business lens to the portfolio, driving new brand and commercial, strategic and charity of the year partnerships. The role will also oversee a Department of Health funded programme to bring pregnancy information to SMEs.

Personally leading on and supporting the Senior Partnerships Manager in developing new business will be a key element of the role, including building propositions around key campaign moments. Additionally, the Head of Corporate Partnerships will work closely with the Deputy Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships to develop a longer-term strategy to be in a position to win the large-scale transformational partnerships. Overseeing the existing portfolio, managed by a Partnerships Manager, will also be crucial; there are a number of upcoming renewals and opportunities for growth.

This could be a great opportunity for a Senior New Business Manager to step into a team leadership position.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the team to deliver £870k income this year, ensuring plans are in place to grow to £1m+ in years to come
• Regular monitoring of the pipeline, including reforecasting where necessary
• Take a lead and active role in developing and nurturing a robust pipeline of new corporate partnerships opportunities
• Develop and deliver the next stage of the corporate fundraising plans
• Build and manage relationships with key partnerships and prospects

• Significant experience of corporate partnerships income development
• A proven track record of winning and managing corporate partnerships at 5-6 figure level

We’re recruiting a Fundraising Resource Manager (High Value).  This is a new role to take the lead and manage the operations and resource required to make Blue Cross high-value fundraising thrive! 

More about the role

You will be joining our Philanthropy Team that's responsible for managing relationships with, and securing donations from, mid and major value individuals and trusts & foundations.  The team has recently transitioned to a new team structure with a new set of ambitions and plans, and more formalised support across the organisation, at all levels, to enable the team to deliver.

As part of these changes, a new role of Fundraising Resource Manager (High Value) has been created, to lead on the operation and resource requirements of high value at Blue Cross, including:

• leading on the development of fundraising opportunities and propositions, including the management of funding opportunity information and case for support resource 
• overseeing the delivery of high-quality prospect research and driving pipeline performance through delivery of prospecting plans and lead generation
• providing insight and performance information to help inform strategy, including the management of CRM, financial, and KPI reporting requirements
• operational delivery of team processes and the events and stewardship programme to support effect donor engagement
• management of a Fundraising Resource Officer, building an effective fundraising resource team for the future

About you

As a strategic thinker, you will be confident taking the lead on the operational requirements of a team, with efficiency and effectiveness at the core of your approach.

You will naturally be able to solve problems through creative thinking; you will know how to demonstrate data and insight analysis and prospect research to direct the performance of a successful major gift fundraising or business intelligence team. 

You will understand the importance of adhering to industry legislation, and work with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

Knowledge, skills, and experience

Experience in some or all of the below:

• funding opportunity portfolio planning and management
• developing supporter orientated propositions and Cases for Support

• developing and maintaining processes for prospect identification, qualification, research, and tracking
• information management and interrogating and analysing data, to draw meaningful insights that support strong fundraising performance
• designing and producing a range of reports, ideally from a CRM as well as offline, to support and drive performance
• improving processes to achieve financial and non-financial objectives
• management of stewardship products/programmes and/or events
• supporting high-value fundraising teams
• line management
• liaising and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders at all levels
• comprehensive understanding of managing personal data in accordance with GDPR, data protection legislation and fundraising ethics
• ability to demonstrate, understanding and apply our Blue Cross values.

Your role will include:

Supporting the customer to undertake a full timetable of preferred activities including art, visiting galleries, attending community groups, visiting local amenities, and introducing them to new activities to expand their horizons and networks;
Developing the customer's independent living skills and involving them in all aspects of maintaining and developing their home, including cooking, shopping, cleaning and decorating;
Enabling the customer to keep up with the important people in their life and to meet new people with shared interests;
Supporting the customer to communicate their wants and needs, and communicating with them in a person-centred way;
Supporting the customer to manage their anxieties and frustrations, using Positive Behaviour Support and Autism-specific approaches;
Collating a range of behavioural data and essential paperwork to be analysed within our local management structure;

Since 1991, MASH has been at the forefront of supporting women in and around Greater Manchester who are, have been or may start sex working and who are facing multiple disadvantage. We were founded as a social justice organisation, starting out as a grassroots, community led response to the HIV/AIDS crisis and we have continued to support women at the sharpest end of inequalities ever since.

Whilst the nature of sex work, the context in which we operate and the support we provide has changed dramatically over the last thirty years, one thing has remained constant: MASH continues to be a haven for some of the most marginalised women in Greater Manchester –  women who fall through the gaps, are under served by mainstream services and face stigma, discrimination and multiple barriers to accessing the support they need. About the role
This is a new role for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity as we look to expand our successful Individual Giving & Lottery programmes.

The post holder will deliver quality fundraising campaigns, including Cash Appeals, Regular Giving and Lottery that will grow income, supporter base and lifetime value. Safe Evolve, Early Intervention service is a new service commissioned by the London Borough of Ealing and represent an exciting partnership with the Anna Freud. The service offers brief evidence-based individual and group interventions to address mild to moderate wellbeing needs largely using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma-informed and mentalization approaches. It consists of two teams: one a specialist schools outreach service and the second a community well-being team for children and families.

The Deputy Head of Service post will support the expansion and delivery of SAFE Evolve including direct interventions, consultation and training to professionals, as well as making sure that the clinicians operate at all times from an inclusive values base, which recognises and respects the diversity of Ealing and ensures all work is sensitive to the needs of a range of ethnic, cultural and religious groups, is gender sensitive, anti-discriminatory and values diversity.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our thriving Clinical Help offers in the Schools Division. Successful candidates will demonstrate extensive experience of clinical supervision, implementing interventions with children and young people in schools and confident communication skills to effectively liaise with external agencies and represent the Ealing Early Intervention Service at a high standard.

The Role
Our Practitioner Led Assessment Service is the entry point for our beneficiaries seeking support from the Charity. Our Assessment Practitioners work in partnership with our beneficiaries to identify goals, individual needs and appropriate solutions.

The team provide advice, information and support and work collaboratively with the multi-professional team to ensure our beneficiaries are offered the right support at the right time.

Reporting into the Beneficiary Experience and Continuity Lead you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the practitioner led assessment service, holding a small case load and reviewing and resolving complex cases with the team. 

You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across health improvement and rehabilitation services, to ensure services are integrated, person centred, outcome focused and based on an ethos of recovery.

• Have experience of conducting telephone assessments (health and wellbeing), service user risk assessments and delivering advice and information to improve health and wellbeing
• Be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels, both verbally and in writing, together with sound judgment skills

About you

This role is based with our Wales & Southwest team, and we are looking for someone with particular experience and developed networks across this region. Our successful Enterprise Manager may previously have worked in roles such as Partnerships Manager, Development Manager, Fundraising Manager, Partnerships & Fundraising Manager, and will ideally have good knowledge and confidence in identifying and successfully bidding for project funding via government departments, regional agencies, statutory funders, and charitable trusts. Prior experience of statutory funded active travel schemes is desirable.

Technical:

• A proven track record of developing and writing successful funding bids.
• Knowledge of funding environments, including lottery distributors, key statutory funders, trusts and foundations, charitable trusts.
• Experience of strategic relationship, partnership development and management.
• Innovation and creativity, to develop projects from concept to delivery and to match trust priorities with funding.
• Budget and project management experience with the ability to manage financial risk.
• Experience of financial reporting

General:

• Ability to influence, persuade and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – strong presenter.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• A collaborative team player.

Valid driving licence as your work will require you to reach locations not easily reached by public transport. Access to a vehicle is essential.

The role:

The purpose of this role is to ensure effective, efficient and accurate day-to-day financial management and financial controls for the Fidelity UK and international Foundations, including leading on management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning and delivering the annual reports and accounts for all four Foundations. The post holder will prepare all finance papers for Board and Finance and Investment Subcommittee meetings and will support the oversight of the Foundations’ investment portfolios. The person

The successful applicant will have a detailed knowledge of accounting principles, ideally with experience of the charitable sector, and a strong track record of day-to-day financial management in a comparable role. You will have strong analytical skills and be able to demonstrate both operational and strategic thinking. You will have a proficiency in accounting (with a relevant finance qualification) and will be able to evidence the successful production of annual accounts and monthly reporting, ensuring monitoring against budgets. Additionally, you will have strong analytical and reporting skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, and hands-on experience of explaining complex financial information clearly and concisely. Finally, you will have a high degree of humility and a collaborative style and will be able to pro-actively manage a diverse workload on your own initiative.
