Job description

In this dynamic role as Healthcare Engagement Systems & Change Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering agreed and dynamic plans to improve outcomes for people living with/at risk of diabetes.by working to reduce variation, and improve care, treatment and prevention via influencing and partnership working activity.

We’re looking for someone who can inspire and collaborate, building strong, positive relationships to increase understanding of diabetes. Your ability to influence and work together with others will help us support health system professionals and communities to improve diabetes care.

Please note this is a Home-based working role within East of England as part of the Midlands & East region, and is linked to the Wolverhampton Office. The successful candidate will be expected to work one day a week from a Diabetes UK office.
