Job description
Alongside important administrative responsibilities, you'll build meaningful relationships, provide outstanding experience to out supporters and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression, helping them feel valued while making a real difference to hospice care in our community.
You'll be
- Building genuine, lasting relationships with donors and fundraisers, becoming a trusted and familiar face helping people feel connected to our hospices.
- Providing exceptional supporter experience by responding to enquiries with warmth, empathy and professionalism, ensuring every interaction is personal, meaningful and memorable.
- Managing donations and supporter information accurately, ensuring every gift is handled with care and every donor is thanked for their support.
- Supporting fundraising campaigns and events by connecting with supporters, encouraging their involvement and helping create experiences that inspire long-term support and make a real difference to local hospice care.

We are recruiting a Supporter Care Executive to join a busy and supportive fundraising team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service, administration or supporter care experience who enjoys helping people and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Job Title: Supporter Care Executive
Organisation: National Health Charity
Salary: £15.27 per hour
Contract: Temporary until November 2026
Location: London
Working Pattern: Hybrid working, with a minimum of two days per week in the office
The Role As Supporter Care Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring supporters receive an outstanding experience. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing guidance and assistance to fundraisers, processing donations and maintaining accurate supporter records.

- Supporting individuals taking part in fundraising campaigns and events
- Ordering fundraising materials and assisting supporters throughout their fundraising journey
- Accurately maintaining supporter records on the CRM database
- Processing donations and supporting banking administration
- Sending supporter acknowledgements and thank you communications
- Providing general administrative support to the fundraising team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience handling a high volume of enquiries by phone and email
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented approach
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
