Age UK's Digital & Technology division is recruiting for a Delivery Manager on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis.
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our Digital, Data & Technology team at Age UK. You'll be leading the delivery of a variety of projects and changes, working with different teams across the organisation to make sure everything gets done on time, on budget, and meets the needs of our users.
This role is perfect if you're confident in managing projects and products, have strong leadership skills, and are comfortable working in agile and lean environments. First Give inspires young people to make a difference to causes they care about. We work in partnership with secondary schools, providing a fully resourced scheme of work that guides an entire year group of students to engage with local charities and causes, and then carry out social action (fundraising, raising awareness, campaigning, volunteering etc) in support of them.

Programme Delivery Officer role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Programmes Team as a Programme Delivery Officer. PDOs will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of the First Give programme in up to 50 schools, ensuring smooth running of the programme, plus providing guidance and troubleshooting for the lead teachers at First Give partner schools.
The role will be hybrid, with 3 days a week in our main offices in West Hampstead, London. Regular travel to schools across London and the South East will be required.

Key responsibilities
- Provide logistic and programme support to teachers delivering the First Give programme at their school, including but not limited to:

What we offer and what we ask of you
As an associate, you will be involved in the delivery of aspects of the Board Development programme including our NHS quality for NEDs module. Your responsibilities will include delivering dynamic training sessions using pre-prepared materials; delivery could be online or face to face. About Khulisa:
Khulisa, meaning 'nurture' in the Zulu language of South Africa, is an award-winning charity dedicated to providing therapeutic support to young people. We focus on reaching those who are most at risk – young people from deprived communities who are often marginalized, vulnerable to exclusion, and at heightened risk of becoming involved in crime.
Our approach centres on safe, exploratory methods that aim to understand behaviour and experiences often rooted in trauma, abuse, and neglect. We deliver intensive therapeutic programs within educational and community settings, empowering young people to confront the underlying causes of their emotional distress and work toward healing. To create lasting, sustainable change, we also work to establish trauma-informed environments around young people by equipping parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals with the tools they need to offer effective, supportive care. Currently, our services are active in London and Manchester.
About the role:
This role will be a key part of helping to raise awareness of Khulisa’s mission and the issues we address, strengthening support for our programmes. The postholders will also take ownership of planning and delivering all Khulisa events, ensuring they are impactful and well-executed.
