About the role
As Marketing Manager (Telemarketing & Regular Giving Growth), you will develop and deliver effective telemarketing and cross-channel campaigns to grow the value of our Regular Giving base. - Drive upgrade, cross-sell, reactivation, winback and conversion telemarketing campaigns utilising Email, Direct Mail, and SMS, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.
- Develop inspiring, audience-focused creative and calling guides, working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality supporter experiences.
- Collaborate with data and insight teams to develop robust campaign selections, embedding test-and-learn principles to improve results.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, sharing insights and learnings to inform future activity.
About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Significant experience delivering telemarketing campaigns that grow existing customer or supporter value.

The Role
Reporting into our Customer and Neighbourhood Director, you'll be responsible for the development of strategies, policies and procedures relating to all tenancy sustainment activities. Head of Fundraising and Development
Connect: North Korea is a fast-growing charity supporting North Korean escapees to build new lives after experiences of systemic discrimination, poverty, and trauma.
Our organisational income has grown consistently year on year since we registered in 2018. Position: Head of Fundraising and Development
Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer
Based at: Our offices in New Malden KT3 with some remote/home working. We will be as flexible as possible to accommodate the right candidate.
Contract: Permanent. Full-time (35 hours per week). Flexible hours/days possible whilst respecting core hours of 10am-4pm
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + 5% eligible pension and gym membership
Benefits: 28 days holidays exclusive of public holidays. We also offer 2 additional days on top of this – 1 recharge day where the whole charity closes and 1 day in the week of a staff member’s birthday.
Role objective
Lead our efforts to grow and diversify CNK’s income across individual giving, trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, and community fundraising. Diversity our income base by increasing our unrestricted income, ensure organisational sustainability by securing multi-year grants and growing individual and corporate donations and grow our annual income by identifying and building relationships with new donor

Develop our five year organisational fundraising strategy and fundraising action plan for 2026.

Draft fundraising targets and KPIs based on current income levels and our delivery plans for 2026

Lead and coordinate all CNK fundraising activity from Trusts and Foundations, corporate donations and individual giving including identifying new funding sources, drafting applications, delivering individual giving campaigns and communicating with supporters.

Recruit and support a team of volunteers who help with communications, social media content and community fundraising.

Build relationships with major donors, corporates, charitable Trusts and Foundations and other institutional funders

Attend networking events and meetings with potential donors

Ensure all fundraising meets the Code of Fundraising Practice, safeguarding standards, GDPR compliant and CNK’s values;

Report quarterly on fundraising progress to Chief Executive and Board of Trustees

What is the Role?
The Partnerships Account Manager will drive business growth by securing new partnerships and managing key client accounts across designated regions. With a focus on building and sustaining long-term local council and school relationships, the Partnerships Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, expand our service offerings, and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction. The majority of our key client relationships are with local councils, so a knowledge of how they operate would be very useful.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Detailed knowledge of the UK Education Sector.

Experience working in the education sector or with local authorities, particularly in roles involving SEND or children’s services.

Proven track record in client relationship management, with experience in sales or partnership development roles.

Strong communication skills, particularly in face-to-face and telephone interactions, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-lasting relationships.

Grant Portfolio Audit & Handover: Conduct an audit of our existing grant portfolio, reviewing active grants, reporting schedules, and our funder relationships. We'll begin the handover process for existing relationships with the Head of Fundraising, ensuring a smooth transition.
