We are looking to recruit HOPELINE247 Advisors to provide individually tailored suicide prevention advice and guidance to young people and those who are concerned for them via our national multi-channel helpline HOPELINE247 and deliver suicide prevention training online and in community settings across the UK.

What you will do:

• Work as part of a team providing suicide prevention support to a range of clients via multichannel communication platforms. 
• Work on a 7-day shift system including evening and weekends
• Use professional judgement to assess the needs of the service users who present with risk to life and manage and report any matters related to safeguarding.
• Maintain accurate records and input data monitoring into the data base system.
• Participate in clinical supervision and reflective practise.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• a degree or professional qualification in Health or Social Care, Community Work or a related discipline

SLRA is a well-established local migrant support organisation working with and for refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants who are at risk or in crisis because of immigration issues. Job purpose

To support Debt Advisers in their roles and ensure that the advice provided to overindebted Clients is accurate, effective and tailored to individuals’ circumstances. To support, and regularly audit delivery partner organisations, ensuring that they are prepared for external reviews of their service in line with their Grant Agreement.

Scope of role

The Debt Technical Supervisor is responsible for supporting Debt Advisers to ensure the delivery of accurate, effective, and tailored advice to over-indebted clients. This role involves conducting debt-advice interview observations, reviewing case files, and identifying training needs for advisers. The Debt Technical Supervisor provides real-time support and constructive feedback, helping advisers navigate complex cases and ensuring they have access to the necessary resources and information. Additionally, the role includes auditing delivery partner organisations to prepare them for external reviews and supporting them in meeting compliance and quality standards. The supervisor will collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to promote best practices, address risks, and contribute to the continuous professional development of advisers.

About the role

This role will support and empower LGBT survivors of domestic abuse to overcome the impacts of abuse and rebuild their lives. You will provide direct advocacy and step-down support for medium-risk individuals in safe accommodation, enabling them to engage with a range of recovery-focused interventions.

Your work will be trauma-informed, empowerment-based, and person-centred, tailored to each individual’s needs. Churches Conservation Trust (CCT) is the national charity caring for historic churches at risk. As the operator of the third largest heritage estate in charitable ownership in the UK, our 356 historic churches include examples of irreplaceable architecture, archaeology and art from 1,000 years of English history.

CCT has an international award-winning reputation in heritage conservation and regeneration. All churches in our care are listed, mostly Grade I and II*, and some are Scheduled Ancient Monuments.

Without our care, these buildings might have disappeared entirely. Instead, they are enjoyed as social, tourism, educational and cultural resources, kept open, in use, and living once again in the heart of their communities.

Overall job purpose

This is a fundamental role within our South regional team, internally the role is known as Local Community Officer.

The future of CCT’s outstanding collection of historic churches depends on communities supporting their local CCT church with funds, events, inspiring interpretation, visitor services and preventive conservation. The Local Community Officer will engage and support communities and volunteers to care for 29 historic churches across Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, ensuring each site achieves agreed standards.

We are looking for a new Programme Manager to join our team and oversee our Family Group Conference services throughout the London Boroughs of Bromley and Hackney.

ABOUT US

We are a leading UK charity delivering Family Group Conferences (FGC). Building on over 25 years of experience, we are now exploring new and innovative ways of working alongside families and communities. We are doing this at a time when the Government has set out a clear vision for Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) to become a central offer to families experiencing challenges and engaging with Children’s and Families Services. This is a pivotal moment to join our organisation and help shape the future of this work.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role could suit two types of candidates:

• A practitioner with experience of working with children and families who wants to use their practice experience in a programme management role, or;
• An experienced programme manager with strong public sector and/or charity sector experience, who is confident working with data and is relational and collaborative with colleagues and partners.

It would be an advantage, though not essential, to have experience of Family Group Decision Making, solution-focused practice, or the children’s social care sector.

Whilst this role is a managerial role, and not day-to-day family-facing we do make space for our Programme Managers to hold a limited number of referrals each year to nurture skills and practice experience. Full practitioner training is provided for all Daybreak employees.

The role is home based with regular travel into Bromley and Hackney Local Authority offices. A successful candidate would also need to actively work in person with commissioners, external partners, and communities in and around Bromley and Hackney on a regular basis, depending on service needs. Willingness to travel to other areas, depending on service need and growth is needed.

What does a week look like for a Daybreak Programme Manager?

No two weeks are the same, but as a Programme Manager you can expect to balance a mix of operational oversight, supporting your freelancer team, and stakeholder engagement. Typical activities include:

Ensuring a quality service for families, and delivering on contract aims

• Reviewing and triaging referrals, including case discussions with referrers.
• Quality-assuring referrals and Family Plans, ensuring procedures are followed and records are kept up to date in our case management system.
• Monitoring case records to make sure Family Group Conferences are progressing appropriately, and accurate records are being kept.
• Collating and analysing performance data (KPIs), using MS Excel and other tools.
• Writing quarterly reports for commissioners, analysing service delivery, providing narratives and identifying areas for development.

Working with your freelancer team of Coordinators

• Allocating new referrals to our team of freelance Independent Coordinators.
• Engaging Coordinators in best practice discussions, providing guidance to overcoming barriers or issues.
• Acting as the first point of contact for safeguarding concerns, reviewing incident reports and escalating when required.
• Hosting in-person and online Practice Development Groups to share key messages and facilitate best practice discussions.
• Recruiting, inducting, and supporting new Coordinators - from advertising and interviews to observing practice.
• Reviewing and signing off invoices from freelance Coordinators.

Working with external stakeholders and referrers

• Building relationships with referrers such as Social Workers, through consultations and attending team meetings.
• Promoting our services to commissioners and senior managers in children’s social care, ensuring referrals are high quality whilst also raising awareness of the value of FGCs and our service.

Contributing to the wider Charity aims

• Attending Programme Manager and staff team meetings.
• Contributing ideas and expertise to strengthen processes, improve service delivery, expand our offer to families, and support Daybreak’s wider charitable goals.

DETAILS

• Salary: £36,000 - £39,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience
• Location: The role is home based with regular travel into Bromley and Hackney Local Authority offices. There is also occasionally travel to Southampton (Head Office) for meetings and other areas, based on operational need.
• Working pattern: 30 hours per week; to discuss schedule with the successful candidate.

In this role, you will:

·Lead on operational systems (HR, recruitment, volunteer processes, policies).

·Manage finance administration, including donations, CRM (Beacon), and Gift Aid claims.

·Project manage BeSpace events and provide admin support to the team.

·Develop and maintain systems for impact tracking, GDPR compliance, and volunteer management.

·Provide communications and social media support.

·Where needed, support on-the-ground delivery of retreats and prayer and reflection spaces in schools.

This role would suit someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, a passion for children’s spiritual development, and a willingness to get stuck into a wide variety of tasks.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Exceptionally organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Confident using IT systems and willing to learn how to use a CRM (Beacon).

• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work occasional evenings/weekends.
• Personally committed to BeSpace’s vision, with a strong Christian faith and a desire to see children flourish spiritually.

Experience in HR, finance, events, or charity administration would be an advantage, but we’re open to applicants with transferable skills.

Role Details

• Position: Operations Coordinator
• Location: Remote. Travel required for in person team days 3 - 6 times a year and some travel across Oxfordshire.

·Hours of work: PT 4 days a week. (28 hours) per week. (Flexible for the right candidate)

·Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 (pro rata) depending on experience. 

·Start Date: Flexible between November 2025 and January 2026.
