About the Role

We are looking for someone to join our Programme Operations Unit, which exists to provide support to country programme teams Finance, Programme Quality, OMEAL (Organisational, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning), Operations (which includes human resources facilities including digital working).

The Programme Operations Officer role reports to the Programme Quality Lead (PQL) who has overall responsibility for quality oversight of programme compliance including reporting and project implementation across Cord’s country programmes and provides support in developing overall capacity for implementing programmes. The PQL also leads on Cord’s OMEAL system linked to learning and knowledge, ensuring that impact is monitored and learning is disseminated.

The Programme Operations Officer will support the Programme Quality Lead to deliver programme quality and OMEAL oversight and support to country teams and partners. Additionally, the role will support the wider Programme Operations Unit to ensure country programmes teams have the facilities and operational systems needed to deliver their work effectively. This role work closely with country teams to ensure they have the support required and will involve travel to programme locations.

The four focus areas of the role are: programme compliance, country programme support, OMEAL, and global operational support.

This role would suit someone with M&E and project cycle experience gained within a peacebuilding or development iNGO. You will have qualitative and quantitative skills, be able to analyse data efficiently, present information clearly, and work collaboratively demonstrating understanding the needs of a range of stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid – NASP have an office space at London's Southbank Centre which can be used by staff at any time. The role will be expected to work some of their regular time in the office with the remainder at home, depending on agreed hours. Purpose of This Role:

This is a key role within NASP’s Operations team, leading on financial processes and procedures across the organisation. The Finance Manager will develop and maintain accurate and consistent records, provide regular reporting to support budgeting & forecasting, support on the annual audit, and ensure regulatory compliance & best practice across all of NASP’s work.

The role will work closely with the CEO, Director of Operations, and the Operations Coordinator (Finance & HR); as well as our outsourced accounting service provider (Carpenter Box). In addition, the role will support colleagues and teams more widely by costing funding bids for income generation, grant reporting, project accounting, and providing general financial expertise and guidance.

The Finance Manager will also support in preparing projections and updates for NASP’s Board of Trustees, working with the CEO, DoO, and Chair of the Finance, Audit, Investment & Risk Subcommittee (FAIRCo); this will include deputising for the Director of Operations on finance-related matters where appropriate.

Person Specification:
Experience & Knowledge:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CIPFA) or equivalent
• Knowledge of the VCFSE sector and/or Social Prescribing
• Experience of working within an accounts/finance role within a small to medium charity or the not-for-profit sector
• Up-to-date knowledge of the Charity Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP)
• Good understanding of compliance and regulatory standards
• Experience supporting preparation of statutory accounts
• Experience supporting income generation (e.g. funding applications) (desirable)

Skills & Attributes:

Responsibilities:
Financial Management

• Review monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate coding and reporting, working with budget holders and reporting any adjustments to Carpenter Box
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting, including scenario planning and going concern forecasts
• Manage accounts receivable/payable; follow up on unpaid invoices/outstanding payments, ensuring these are escalated as necessary
• Regular review of processes and procedures, ensuring robustness and efficiency at all levels
• Support Carpenter Box with quarterly VAT and Gift Aid returns as necessary
• Support Carpenter Box with year end annual account preparation
• Oversee provision of appropriate accounting and finance software (Xero, Soldo, ApprovalMax)
• Deputise for Director of Operations where necessary, e.g. payroll or providing updates to NASP’s Board of Trustees

Governance, Compliance, & Board Support

• Provide oversight for financial processes across NASP, ensuring compliance with both NASP’s policy suite and any regulatory requirements
• Support on process for annual audit and NASP’s annual report, providing relevant documents to auditors, answering queries, ensuring timelines are met
• Advising the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on any relevant updates to legislation or regulatory requirements

Wider Organisational Support

• Work with Fundraising Consultant and colleagues as required to support on income generation, such as providing costings for bids; and mantaining accurate records on bids currently in progress and expected income
• Supporting on financial reporting for grants, such as providing I&E statements or other information as required
• Work with budget holders to set budgets, forecast, and monitor to ensure robust management and accurate reporting of overspend or underspend

Reporting To: Director of Operations

This role is central role to delivering Screen Share's award-winning Digital Access Programme, which refurbishes donated technology and distributes it to refugees and asylum seekers across the UK. This is a new role in the team designed to increase our capacity to support a growing client base. It is both practical and operational, involving both technology
management and customer service.

The role focuses on making sure the right devices reach the right people. You will process referrals, coordinate fulfilment, and work with clients, partners and volunteers to make sure devices are delivered smoothly and any challenges are resolved with care. This requires clear and confident communication, strong organisation, and a trauma-informed, safeguarding-aware approach to working with people from many different backgrounds.

On the technical side, the post holder will support the end-to-end management of Screen Share’s IT assets. Working closely within the Operations team, this includes logging and racking devices, maintaining accurate database records, supporting physical storage and stock control, assisting with secure data sanitisation, and preparing devices for distribution through careful packaging and postage. This element of the role ensures that all devices are handled safely, securely and in line with our operational and data protection standards.

The role sits within a busy, highly collaborative and fun Operations team, where people support one another, share knowledge freely, and work together to solve problems. Key Responsibilities: 

Customer Service

Explaining Screen Share’s referral process to individuals and partner organisations seeking support, and signposting to external services where appropriate. Sharing responsibility with the wider team for client and partner communications,
responding promptly, professionally and courteously. Support in-person device distribution at partner charities, libraries
and accommodation settings, and provide remote technical support to clients via phone and email, communicating
clearly, patiently and with care. 

Data Management and Administration

Reviewing, prioritising and processing referral applications, completing digital paperwork and issuing delivery and tracking information. Capturing, updating and maintaining accurate client and device data to support day-to-day operations and impact reporting. Allocating devices based on client needs and available stock, and handling all client, partner and donor information in line with data protection policies and GDPR requirements.

Postage and Packaging

Preparing, packaging and dispatching devices and accessories securely using postal and courier services. Ensuring all equipment is packaged safely and appropriately to prevent damage in transit.

General Operations and Ad-hoc Support

Participating fully in team meetings and contributing to shared problem-solving. Supporting the refurbishment process as needed, including data sanitisation, basic diagnostics, installing operating systems and logging donated devices. Assisting with fulfilment across other programmes and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Operations team.

London Youth are a charity on a mission to support the capital's youth sector to improve the lives of young people. We do this with and through our members - a network of 600 youth organisations - and at our two outdoor residential centres, Hindleap Warren and Woodrow High House. The Programmes Team in the Delivery Directorate oversees various programmes - delivered with and through members - across sport, employability, mental health, and culture, underpinned by youth involvement. You'll design, deliver and evaluate programmes that provide young people opportunities to improve their skills and qualities, boost their confidence and resilience and develop leadership skills through practical action. 

What you will be doing

The Delivery Officer (Good for Girls) will deliver the programme's day-to-day operations and the broader mental health offer to London Youth members. You will deliver Good for Girls, a youth club-based mental health and well-being programme. You will support 10 youth organisations to engage young people in the programme, which enables young women and girls to participate in regular well-being activities and training for young Londoners.

Lead the delivery of the Good for Girls programme 

• Coordinate Good for Girls to meet key delivery targets, secure the target recruitment of member organisations, youth workers and young people, and oversee the onboarding process. 
• Coordinate Peer Mentors to undertake training and to then support delivery of the programme. 
• Work with internal colleagues to ensure organisations participating in our programmes receive a quality experience, such as completing due diligence.

CAAT is recruiting a Supporter Development Manager. Working closely with our Campaigns team and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment, retention, and engagement of supporters, and fundraising from these individuals.

A skilled communicator and natural relationship builder, you will have experience of developing supporter journeys which integrate campaigning, fundraising and engagement; ensuring that supporter data is held responsibly and used appropriately; and maximising income through regular giving, appeals and digital channels.

LSFRC is an accommodation based service, set across Lambeth including hub sites situated in Brixton and West Norwood. The service provides care and support to over 60 customers living with enduring long term mental health. We also provide a service for two short-term post hospital discharge schemes for customers, who need support following hospital admission.

The role of our Support Worker plays a crucial role in fulfilling our customers' expectations, making a positive difference and where appropriate supporting customers to step down to a lower level of support. Our Support Workers are guided and mentored by 2 team leaders alongside a Contract Manager and as part of the team you will be developing and sustaining a good quality service to all our customers.

An essential part of this role involves developing good partnership working with a range of professionals and maintaining excellent record keeping in line with our compliance management. You will also be required to oversee support planning, Risk Management Plans, and Key-working.

About the Job 

Sophie Hayes Foundation (SHF) is a small but mighty charity, empowering women survivors of modern slavery and exploitation. It is an important time at SHF. Our new strategy ‘Sustainable Freedom from Modern Slavery’ launched in 2024 and this role is essential for the delivery of the strategy and ensuring that survivors of modern slavery, human trafficking, and exploitation have access to the support and opportunities they need to achieve their aspirations, independence and a positive future. With soaring numbers of referral to the NRM and thousands more victims living in fear of a hostile environment, this has never been more important than now. 

At the heart of Sophie Hayes Foundation’s work will be the support to and empowerment of survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking and this role is critical to survivors’ journeys to sustainable freedom. We are increasingly aware of the precarity faced by survivors, especially during transitions moving on from support and at points of decision making from the NRM or Home Office. 

Alongside a small, friendly and dedicated team, you will build pathways of support for a range of participants who are supported by SHF through connecting them to other community organisations. Your role will include assisting them to access safe accommodation, community support, mental health support and access to finances. 

You will champion the voices of survivors through the work of the organisation, working with colleagues in CREW, our survivor network, to provide continued support to survivors’ long term.

About the Role

• Conducting initial welcome calls to participants to assess their needs and desired pathway into SHF
• Host Monthly 121 Check-ins with participants who don’t have support workers and during those sessions signpost to long-term support to widen their community support. Writing support letters when needed
• Actively engage with local, regional, and national partners and anti-slavery networks to build and maintain partnerships for survivor referral pathways to other organisations
• Work alongside the CREW Co-ordinator to run events which foster connection within our CREW network, such as a monthly coffee morning
• Support in the facilitation of in-person sessions whether CREW or part of the Programme delivery. 
• Support in the facilitation of Programmes and CREW events 
• Ensure highest levels of Safeguarding, compiling safety plans for participants and carrying out risk assessments where necessary. 
• Accurate data input to and management of internal monitoring and finance systems, working closely with the Head of Programmes to analyse trends and contribute to reporting. 
• Contribute to centring survivor perspectives in the work of Sophie Hayes Foundation by sharing and channelling learning from programme delivery to colleagues.
• Other duties which may arise under the implementation of the new strategy, as directed by the Head of Employability Programme. 

About You 

This role would suit someone who is passionate about supporting others and empowering them to take the next steps in their journey.

BIAS is a leading local Irish charity which has supported England’s largest community in Brent for over 45 years. We deliver our support across London through our welfare advice drop-in service, our active ageing clubs and our Be-a-Friend volunteer scheme. This is an exciting new role in which you will proactively generate and grow fundraising income across all fundraising streams to enable us to continue supporting the most vulnerable members of the Irish community. You will support our fundraising strategy by contributing to digital communications and creative content across all channels, in cooperation with project delivery teams. The role will play a central part in raising awareness and growing supporter engagement through digital  campaigns, donor events, individual giving initiatives and the development of relationships with local businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver BIAS’s community fundraising strategy.
• Develop and implement a varied portfolio of events, community fundraising activities and campaigns, all of which reflect the spirit of BIAS.
• Explore marketing opportunities to raise the profile of the charity.
• Ensure relevant processes are in place to deliver successful, profitable community fundraising activities.
• Oversee the management of fundraising systems and platforms in order to create the best possible experience for donors and participants.
• Develop a robust supporter journey for community fundraisers which leaves them with an excellent experience and generates a long-term relationship with BIAS.

To achieve these objectives, the post holder will be expected to:

• Plan, budget, coordinate and attend an annual community fundraising and events calendar with set objectives, budgets and KPIs for each activity.
• Regularly review the performance of fundraising activities/events, making  recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain a variety of community relationships across varying stakeholders.
• Explore and coordinate fundraising opportunities such as online donation platforms, auction platforms and text-to- donate services.
• Work with colleagues to ensure that all events are adequately supported with staff, volunteers and post-event debriefs.
• Ensure that all events and activities are compliant with the Code of Fundraising Practice, GDPR and internal policies.

This job description reflects the basic duties required of the Fundraising Manager. However, it is necessary for all staff to be flexible and you may be required from time to time to perform other reasonable duties which are required for the efficient running of the organisation. What we’re looking for…

• Experience of designing and delivering successful community fundraising events, campaigns and activities, preferably with a track record of at least two years.
