The Early Intervention Coordinator is a key role within the School Based Needs Service, working as part of the borough and district-based community teams, comprised of NHS staff and third sector workforce under the umbrella of The Surrey Wellbeing Partnership. This team will build support around schools offering a wide menu of services across a cluster of schools based on borough/district boundaries.

The role of the EIC is to deliver and support children and young people through one- to- one direct work, small group sessions and signposting to specialist services. These interventions will be delivered across a network of secondary schools in the Runnymede, Surrey Heath and Waverley areas.

Responsibilities 

1. Design, deliver and review evidence-based interventions for children and young people which aim to improve mental health and well-being and build on existing strengths

• Assess the needs and strengths of the referred young person and help them identify individual goals to achieve desired change (Goal Based Outcome Assessments).

• Manage own caseload of children and young people facing a wide range of issues, in both one to one and group settings, to address emerging needs and help build resilience, develop coping strategies and improve their mental health & wellbeing.

• Provide advice, guidance and signposting to young people and their families, that will connect them to resources that will support young people’s wellbeing.

• To operate at all times from an inclusive values base, which recognises and respects diversity and ensures all work is sensitive to a range of ethnic, cultural and religious groups, is gender sensitive and anti-discriminatory.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with key school staff in secondary schools and Schools Based Needs Team

• Work in close partnership and collaboratively with pastoral staff in school, Surrey Wellbeing Partners, Surrey and Borders NHS Partnership, Surrey Children’s Services, local Mental Health Support Teams and other community-based services to provide the most effective service for children, young people and families.

• Ensure that children and young people with more intensive support needs are put in touch with relevant Intensive Intervention services (whilst continuing to provide support until the intensive support is in place).

3. Impact, Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting

• Accurately record individual engagement and evidence of change using appropriate outcomes data to ensure support programmes can be accurately monitored and evaluated. 

• To collect and share case studies that demonstrate good practice and the impact of interventions on outcomes for children and young people.

• Work with colleagues and line manager to ensure that your work is aligned to organisational strategy, key objectives and annual plans and budgets.

4. Personal Development/Other Duties 

• Keep up to date with good practice, legislation and policies that have an impact on service delivery at Eikon

• Work within Eikon’s internal policies, safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection regulations

• Work as part of a team to lead and inspire collaboration across Eikon

• Attend training as discussed and agreed between yourself and line manager

• Attend team meetings and engage in 1:1 supervision

• Work co-operatively and under the management of The Eikon Charity staff to ensure the highest quality of delivery and support

Role Purpose

The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organising, and delivering a varied programme of impactful events for service users, volunteers, and the wider cardiomyopathy community. These include, but are not limited to, supporting logistics, planning and execution of information days, medical education events, webinars, volunteer development days, and the charity’s annual national conference.

The role covers the full lifecycle of event management, from concept and planning through to delivery and evaluation. This includes oversight of event budgets, supplier and stakeholder management, and ensuring all events are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget. Events will be delivered both in person and online, so confidence in managing virtual and in-person events is essential.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across the charity, the Events Coordinator ensures that every event is accessible, engaging, on budget and aligned with Cardiomyopathy UK’s mission to improve the lives of people affected by cardiomyopathy.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Delivery

• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to define event objectives, content, themes, budgets, and logistical requirements.
• Plan and deliver a varied programme of events including information days, medical education sessions, webinars, volunteer development days, and the annual national conference.
• Research, negotiate, and book venues, suppliers, exhibitors, speakers, and contractors.
• Develop and manage event timelines, schedules, budgets, contracts, and all related administration.

Person Specification

Essential

• Experience coordinating and delivering events, including online and in-person formats.
• Proven budget management skills and experience negotiating with suppliers.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Confident using event software, online meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.), Eventbrite, Mailchimp and Microsoft Office applications.
• A creative approach to problem solving and event promotion.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including travel to events, occasional evenings or weekends when events require.

The Corporate Volunteering Manager plays a central role in this by managing our successful and impactful Corporate Volunteering Programme. Each year through this programme, we train hundreds of volunteers from our corporate partners to visit primary schools and share examples of how maths has helped them as adults, both in their careers and personal lives.

This crucial work helps change us to the inter-generational narrative about numeracy in the UK. Maths is not just something you ‘have to do at school’, but is a valuable skill that helps us get on at work, and manage our time and our money. The programme has been running for three years now, and this year’s activity looks set to have meaningful impact on at least 17,000 children across the UK.

You will be responsible for ensuring that volunteers are adequately trained, for recruiting appropriate schools for them to visit, and all the admin and reporting that supports the programme.

We are looking for someone who can ‘own the programme’, is committed to improving our processes and the efficiency of delivery, with strong line management skills, and a commitment to the professional development for the Corporate Volunteering Programmes Assistant.

Responsibilities

Join the Marine Society & Sea Cadets as a Safety and Assurance Officer, ensuring the highest standards of safety, health, environment (SHE), and operational compliance across our units and facilities.
You’ll lead assurance inspections, maintain compliance with legislation and organisational regulations, and support the safe management of weapons, armouries, and inshore boating activities. About the Role 

As Partnerships Manager: Changemakers, you’ll lead the team that supports HOST’s global community of hosted partners (HPs). You’ll oversee all Community Support activity, ensuring partners receive the clear, responsive, and values-led service that enables them to focus on making change happen. 

This role sits at the heart of the Partnership Management Circle. You’ll manage a small, high-performing team of Community Support Leads, coordinate cross-team development projects, and ensure that systems, processes, and communications evolve in step with the growing needs of our hosted partners. 

Core Responsibilities 

1. Leadership and Management 

• Line manage the Community Support Team, providing coaching, direction, and performance feedback. 

• Oversee delivery of all Community Support activities, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with HOST’s mission and tone of voice.

2. Hosted Partner Experience and Development

• Manage complex partner queries and ensure appropriate resolution in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Operations. 
   

3. Systems, Processes, and SOPs 

• Develop and maintain all Community Support SOPs. 

• Support the development and testing of HOSTHub features relevant to Project Hosting. 

• Work with the Tech and Operations teams to improve efficiency and automation. 
   

4. Risk and Compliance 

• Lead risk identification, screening, and management for Hosted Partners. 

• Work closely with the Legal Circle on legal requests, contract amendments, and risk escalations. 

• Maintain accurate documentation of risk assessments and resolutions. 
   

5. Pricing, Performance and Development 

• Set and manage pricing within the approved HOST fee range. 

• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) with support from the Data Analyst. 

• Lead annual Project Hosting service reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. 
   

6. Collaboration and Communications 

• Work with Communications to deliver partner-facing materials, including the Project Hosting Bulletin. 

• Ensure all partner resources reflect HOST’s empowering, expert, and empathetic tone. 

Required Experience 

• 5+ years' experience in operations, partnerships, or programme delivery within a not-for-profit, social enterprise, or international NGO. 

• 3+ years' experience managing partner or client relationships, ideally across multiple regions or cultures. 

• 2+ years' experience leading and developing a small team, including setting goals, coaching, and performance management.

We seek a Finance Officer to join our small team. You will report to the Head of Finance to provide bookkeeping and accounting support for Global Dialogue and Global Dialogue Ventures Limited. You will use Xero and be responsible for many aspects of operational finance including maintaining accurate records in the organisation’s purchase and sales ledgers; processing accounts payable and receivable; bank and other reconciliations; supporting month, quarter and year-end closes; and resolving ad hoc queries. 

This role is part-time. We are open to negotiating a working pattern that works for the successful candidate and for Global Dialogue. 

Terms Permanent, 21-28 hours per week, subject to 12-week probationary period

Location Home-based. Must have right to work in UK.

Reporting Reports to the Head of Finance 

Remuneration This role has been benchmarked at a UK salary of £33,000 (pro rata for a part time position). Global Dialogue offers a range of benefits including 25 days’ annual leave plus public holidays (pro rata), a flexible working policy, and personal development leave. We contribute 6% to our employee’s workplace pension (on qualifying earnings).

Job Description

Maintaining purchase ledger: 

• Review staff and consultant expense claims 

• Reconcile monthly credit card and Soldo statements

• Help prepare for bi-monthly pay runs by reviewing bill postings, ensuring they have received appropriate approvals 

• Setting up payments in bank accounts

• Manage the posting and reconciliation of Employee of Record invoices

 Maintaining sales ledger: 

• Post grant income to Salesforce and Xero, following up any missing paperwork and queries

• Manage monthly programme income and reporting reminders 

• Maintain Salesforce to ensure accuracy of data

 Bank: 

• Bank reconciliation for organisation’s GBP, EUR, USD bank accounts, for review by Head of Finance

• Paypal processing and reconciliations

• Support Head of Finance with FX transaction adjustments

 Reconciliations and journals: 

• Support Head of Finance with a variety of monthly and quarterly reconciliations, prepayments and accruals

• Help maintain the fixed asset register and support with monthly depreciation journals

• Help to prepare a variety of other monthly journals 

Finance systems, policy and training development: 

• Work with Head of Finance to keep finance policies and other documentation up to date

• Help draft new policies and guidance notes as required

• Provide Xero training for all new-starters and work with Head of Finance to keep training needs under review

• Act as a sounding board to programmes on finance queries and manage the Finance Team inbox

• Manage staff Soldo requests

Person Specification 

• A recognised accountancy qualification and/or qualified by experience in accounting 

• Able to demonstrate strong experience of Xero accounting software

• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel

• Track record of working to deadlines without close supervision and can ‘hit the ground running’

• Detail orientated

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to sense check your own work

• Solid understanding of processes and a commitment to continual process improvement

• Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain finance to non-financial staff

We are looking for a data professional to support and manage significant changes in the way our charity uses, processes and manages data. Our teams pride themselves on evidence-informed practice, using research and data to enhance their work at every stage. We collect data all the time: on the individual progress of our clients, the reach of our campaigns and the demand for our support. We are looking for a Data Scientist/Analyst to help us make this change. You will be based in the LFF Research Team, reporting to our Director of Research and Impact.

This role will facilitate better use, processing and management of data across the organisation. It will focus on four areas:

• Data security and compliance

The postholder will work alongside experienced researchers to develop a new portfolio of priority projects to enhance our work.
