As a Service Delivery Analyst, you will support the Service Delivery Manager by gathering, analysing, and preparing service management data for D&T service wrappers. These are essential for maintaining consistent service delivery standards across internal teams and external suppliers.
 

You'll liaise with various teams within D&T and Information Protection & Compliance (IPC), as well as external suppliers, to help ensure operational excellence and customer-focused service delivery.
 

This is a hybrid role, a blend of homebased and office working. The expectation is that you will attend our London office (One America Square EC3N 2LB) circa once a month for team meetings. Travel costs to the London office are not covered by the charity.

You will be working within the Curriculum Team which sits within the Chief Social Worker directorate. The team oversees the design and development of Frontline’s programmes, including the Approach Social Work three-year master’s programme and our in-house practice education training known as the Consultant Social Worker (CSW) programme. 

The Curriculum Team is responsible for delivering teaching and learning to participants, designing and delivering assessment, marking, moderation and ensuring that robust quality assurance processes are in place. The Curriculum Team works very closely with a variety of teams including, but not limited to Delivery, Programme Management, Academic Registry, Partnerships and university partners.

The Principal Curriculum Lead for Practice Education and Social Worker Development will be responsible for Practice Education and social worker development, providing strategic leadership and academic direction for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Practice Education CSW Programme and other training for students and qualified social workers. 

Some key responsibilities include:

• Provide vision and leadership for our Practice Education provision, ensuring programmes reflect professional standards, innovation, and best practice.
• Lead curriculum design and enhancement to maintain academic rigor, coherence, and alignment with PEPS 1 and 2 and Social Work England requirements.
• Lead and teach across the CSW practice education programme and Master’s Dissertation module, embedding innovative and research-informed pedagogy and contribute to teaching and assessment across other programmes.

The role

As a Community Fundraiser, you will be the face of St Richard’s Hospice in the community, you will help our wonderful fundraisers and inspiring new supporters to raise money for the charity, always ensuring they receive the best possible supporter experience. You will be part of the wider Income Generation team, contributing to our shared goals and income targets.

A key part of the role will be to deliver fundraising with strong financial impact: achieving a 3:1 return on investment within two years, ensuring activities are cost-efficient, effective, and sustainable.

Flexibility will be required for evening and weekend working as well as the ability to travel locally to events, meetings or fundraising activities. This role is based at the Hospice, Wildwood Drive, Worcester.

Skillset and Experiences Required:

Essential

· You’ll have a proven background in event management.

· Proven ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring effective execution.

· Passion for developing innovative fundraising initiatives.

· Self-motivated and positive. Thriving in independent work environments while remaining committed to team goals.

· You’ll have a proven background in event management, ideally within the charity sector.

· Excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. A strong understanding of health and safety, and fundraising legislation.

· Planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of fundraising events, including venue selection, logistics, budgeting, and marketing. 

· Managing event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution and cost-effectiveness. 

· Developing and implementing strategies to maximise event attendance and fundraising revenue.

Desirable

· Knowledge or experience of or with the military community.

· Events Management experience within the charity sector.

We’re looking for a highly organised, confident and creative Ambassadors Manager to help us grow awareness and raise vital funds through the support of our incredible celebrity Ambassadors.

In this role, you’ll lead on exciting projects and partnerships, managing relationships with Ambassadors, agents, and publicists, and ensuring every opportunity helps to shine a light on our work with young people. You’ll create briefings and reports, plan and deliver campaigns, and balance multiple priorities to help us make the most of each moment. You’ll also bring excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills, with experience working with high-profile individuals or within the media, entertainment, or charity sectors.
