Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience of managing a Nursery with experience of all the relevant duties, monitoring, reporting and quality improvement.
• Experience of being the main contact for Ofsted.
• A track record of working collaboratively with colleagues, partners and stakeholders to develop successful partnerships, growth, and achieve joint success.
• Strong experience of planning ahead, scheduling, attention to detail and problem solving.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Coach to join our new Independent Approved Premises (IAP) covering the night shift on a rolling rota. You will play a key role in helping residents who have recently left prison settle into our residential setting and take positive steps toward reintegrating into the community. You will work closely with residents to create tailored support plans that reflect their individual needs and help them move toward successful rehabilitation. By identifying each resident’s needs, goals and skills, you will support and motivate them to achieve their potential. The service is committed to focus on public protection and effective risk management.

• Protecting and promoting the safety and wellbeing of residents and participants at all times.
• Engaging with residents throughout the night to ensure they are meeting their license conditions. This includes planning activities such as movie nights, game nights, and other suitable events to keep them involved and motivated.

Reporting to the MEAL Manager, the Data Management Officer is a key role in SPANA’s MEAL team. We're looking for an organised, confident and resilient Service Manager to join our Mental Health Service in Hammersmith and Fulham.

£39,000.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week.

This is a 9 month maternity cover fixed term contract.

Service Managers are responsible for the effective management of all contracts within their designated patch, including line managing the relevant front line staff. Leadership and competence development in direct reports is a key responsibility of the role. Post-holders may also carry client group specialism responsibilities, linking in with other Managers and Head of Services to ensure focussed integration of specialisms across the whole organisation.

Hammersmith and Fulham MH is a medium to high support Mental Health Service split across three sites (within walking distance).

As the Service Manager, you would be responsible for x1 TL and 7 Support Workers.

What you'll bring:
Essential:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience of managing contracts and resources and delivering to budget and performance targets
- Experience of delivering to housing management performance targets
- Experience of effectively managing and developing staff to ensure delivery of services performance targets within contract
- Experience of successfully managing external partnerships to ensure successful delivery of services
- Holds relevant CMI/NVQ Level 4 or other Business/Management Qualification

Desirable:
- Other relevant professional memberships and/or specialist qualifications

The Sick Children’s Trust is the charity that gives families with a seriously ill child in hospital a comfortable place to stay and a friendly ear to listen in one of our ten ‘Homes from Home’. We are looking for a House Manager who is hardworking and has excellent people skills to manage our ‘Homes from Home’  Stevenson House supporting families at The Royal London Hospital. 

You will be responsible for managing the house including working with the hospital to admit and welcome families, property maintenance, daily administration and compliance such as health and safety, and will be hands on with light domestic duties to prepare rooms for families and ensure the house is maintained to a high standard. 

Your experience to date could come from a variety of sectors and roles such as office administration, facility management, housekeeping or health and care sectors to name a few. What we are looking for are candidates who can: 

• Take the responsibility for running a house and the service it provides
• Manage a small team 
• Carry out checks to ensure compliance to rules and regulations 
• Demonstrate good IT skills 
• Prepare and manage a budget and finance tasks to include income generation (training and support given) 
• Empathise with families to support them during difficult times 
• Demonstrate strong personal skills to work with colleagues and hospital staff professionally

As cafés manager, you'll be responsible for the management and operation of our social enterprise activity in our two cafés, including the co-ordination of supervision, staffing, cleaning, development and promotion, and delivery of excellent standards of service. Our cafés, Nook and Idle, employ almost 30 student staff, and their training and development is a key part of our social enterprise model.

You'll need to be enthusiastic about training and supporting our ever-changing team of student staff, who have a mix of catering experience - from extensive to none whatsoever - and ensuring we maintin top-quality service.
