When a client’s situation is more complex and full advice is required, you and the volunteers can show members of the public how to contact our Adviceline service. We also have some capacity to help people who are in need of urgent support on the day.

We are now seeking a skilled and proactive Management Accountant to join our Finance and Operations Directorate and play a pivotal role in strengthening our financial insight, supporting strategic decision‑making, and ensuring the organisation’s financial resilience.

The Role

This is a key position within the charity, responsible for producing high‑quality management information, partnering with budget holders, and driving continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.

You will lead the month‑end process, oversee cashflow forecasting, support the annual budget cycle, and develop financial models to inform strategic decisions. You will also deputise for the Director of Finance and Operations when required, ensuring continuity and operational resilience.

The role includes line management of the Senior Finance Officer and the opportunity to contribute to cross‑organisational projects, including impact measurement, funding bids, and organisational change initiatives.

About You

You will be a qualified and experienced management accountant (CCAB, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong track record of producing high‑quality financial analysis, business partnering, and driving improvements in financial systems.

You will bring:

· Substantial post‑qualification experience, ideally within the charity or not‑for‑profit sector

· Experience designing management accounts, dashboards and KPI reporting

· Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel capability

· Experience leading or contributing to digital transformation or process improvement projects

· The ability to translate complex financial information for non‑financial colleagues

At the heart of Camden’s response to street homelessness, the Rough Sleepers Hub Assessment Centre at 165 King’s Cross Road offers people a safe, supportive place to begin their journey away from the streets. With 16 beds and a short-stay model focused on planned moves within 28 days, this service is about momentum, opportunity and change. As a Project Worker, you’ll play a central role in helping people take their next steps towards secure and sustainable housing.

Working in a psychologically informed and trauma-aware environment, you’ll lead a caseload and carry out meaningful assessments that place each person’s experiences, strengths and goals at the centre. The Engagement Development Executive plays a key operational support role in supporting the charity’s engagement development activity. Knowledge & Experience

• Experience supporting engagement, fundraising, development, or programme activity within a charity or purpose‑led organisation.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, particularly when working with data, reports, and written content.
• Experience using trackers, dashboards, CRMs, or data management systems to maintain accurate records and reporting.

We’re looking for a Dad Matters Coordinator to help us reach more families across Brent. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who understands the emotional ups and downs of becoming a dad and wants to support fathers at a crucial point in their parenting journey.

New dads can face real mental health challenges — often quietly. In this role, you’ll help dads feel listened to, supported and confident, strengthening attachment and helping them access the right support.

What you’ll be doing

• Offering coaching and advice to new dads and dads-to-be

• Having honest conversations about mental health, bonding and wellbeing

• Getting out into the community, approaching dads and building trust

• Developing and running group sessions and workshops

• Working closely with health professionals and local services so dads are included and supported

This is a hands-on, community-based role, so you’ll need to be regularly out and about in Brent, building visibility and relationships.

Our Service

Trauma Recovery CIC is a female founded not-for-profit Community Interest Company dedicated to providing vital support services for victims and survivors of trauma. Founded in 2020, our mission is to build a safe, supportive, accessible, and sustainable service for the community.

Butterflies Lived Experience Community is an integral part of Trauma Recovery CIC, bringing together people with lived experience of sexual, domestic and/or relational trauma to form a community that supports each members ongoing recovery journey.

Every member of the Butterflies team has direct personal lived experience of sexual, domestic and/or relational trauma and use their own courage to support others to connect with theirs and use this to fuel their recovery.

The team consists of level 1,2 and 3 Lived Experience Facilitators, Volunteer Ambassadors who come together to support community members and develop the service on a co-production model. 

The Level 3 LEF Role

Our Level 3 LEF role requires a Social Work qualification and registration.

As well as facilitating groups and key working, Level 3 LEF’s take responsibility for:

• Completing initial appointments with new community members to ensure that the team has a good
  understanding of their support needs and that they can be safely supported through Butterflies LEC.

• Mentoring and supporting the Level 1 and 2 LEF’s and Ambassadors

• Working with community members, team members, Trauma Recovery leadership team and partner
  organisations to develop the service.

Our ideal candidate

• Is someone who has walked their own recovery journey, experienced therapeutic support as part of this and understands the benefits on both a personal and professional level of therapy and group support.
• They will be a qualified, registered Social Worker with relevant social work experience of co-ordinating a service, mentoring team members and working from a systemic perspective.
• They will have experience of completing risk assessments, keeping records and using software and systems to do this effectively.
• They will be able to communicate and connect with people from a variety of backgrounds, understand their individual needs and work creatively to meet them in way that supports recovery.

The Suzy Lamplugh Trust is seeking a Head of Operations to provide strategic leadership across our services, ensuring they are safe, effective, compliant, and sustainable.

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for overseeing service performance, infrastructure, and delivery at an organisational level. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our services meet the needs of victims and funders alike.

About the role

You will:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all services, ensuring high-quality and compliant delivery
• Lead on organisational performance, including KPIs, quality standards, and reporting frameworks
• Oversee contract and grant delivery, ensuring all obligations and compliance requirements are met
• Hold senior relationships with commissioners, funders, and external stakeholders
• Lead service development, mobilisation of new contracts, and organisational change
• Ensure effective systems, infrastructure, and processes are in place to support delivery
• Provide leadership across safeguarding, risk, and organisational compliance

This role focuses on service infrastructure, performance, and strategic oversight, rather than direct frontline management

About you

You will be an experienced senior leader with a strong track record in operational and strategic service delivery within a safeguarding or related environment.

You will have:

• Significant experience leading multiple frontline services within a safeguarding or VAWG-related sector
• Experience operating at senior leadership level, contributing to organisational strategy
• Strong experience of performance management, KPIs, and quality assurance frameworks
• Experience managing statutory contracts or grant-funded services
• Proven ability to lead organisational change, service mobilisation, or transformation
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and information governance
• Experience working with commissioners and senior external stakeholders

Desirable:

• Experience within stalking, domestic abuse, or VAWG services
• Experience in a charity or commissioned service environment
• Experience in organisational restructuring, service redesign, or systems implementation

About the role

The Social Media & Stories Manager provides organisational leadership for the Refugee Council’s social media and storytelling function, ensuring that digital communications inspire action, shift public attitudes, and amplify the voices of people with lived experience. The postholder combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, shaping the organisation’s online presence and setting standards for ethical, authentic, and impactful content across all channels.

This pivotal role drives the long-term communications strategy by embedding insight-led digital practice, leading cross-organisational collaboration, and ensuring that storytelling is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with brand values. By influencing public narratives on asylum and refugees, growing reach and engagement, and safeguarding the integrity of lived-experience stories, the postholder provides assurance to senior leaders and trustees that the Refugee Council’s digital presence is future-focused, reputationally robust, and central to achieving organisational goals.

Hours: 35 hours per week.

Location: Hybrid working with 2 days in Stratford, London.

The Corporate Partnerships Officer will account manage and deliver the Corporate Membership
programme. They will also support the Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver larger scale, high profile

How are staff supported to work remotely? 

VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.

Overview

Prostate Cancer Research (PCR) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Patient Engagement & Programme Officer to support the delivery of several key patient-focused initiatives, including the infopool and Prostate Progress. 

This role will sit within the Patient Projects team, providing operational, administrative, and patient engagement support across a range of programmes designed to support and empower men affected by prostate cancer. 

The postholder will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient communications, programme logistics, digital resource management, and recruitment support for the national Prostate Progress research platform. 

The role will be split approximately 50% supporting Prostate Progress recruitment and patient engagement activities, and 50% supporting wider programmes. 

Key Responsibilities 

Prostate Progress – Patient Recruitment & Support 

Provide support to patients and participants, particularly during the upcoming national recruitment campaigns delivered with NHS DigiTrials. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Managing and triaging incoming emails and phone enquiries from patients responding to recruitment invitations or having issues using the platform 
• Responding to patient queries using approved FAQ materials and support documentation 
• Escalating complex queries or complaints to appropriate internal teams 
• Liaising with our technical support team to resolve participant platform issues and triaging issues accordingly 
• Supporting the development and refinement of participant support materials and FAQs 
• Maintaining clear records of common issues, feedback, and participant concerns 
• Supporting on the development and delivery of Prostate Progress’ engagement and stewardship plan, ensuring they receive regular communications which maximise engagement and ensure retention 
• Ensuring all communications provide a professional, supportive and patient-centred experience 

Additional helpful responsibilities could include: 

• Monitoring recruitment engagement metrics and identifying emerging support issues 
• Flagging trends in patient questions that may require updated communications 
• Supporting participant follow-up communications where appropriate 

The Infopool 

Support the Head of Health Information in maintaining and improving the infopool, PCR’s digital patient information platform. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Managing routine website administration, including checking links, updating resources and uploading new content and materials 
• Ensuring patient resources remain accurate, current and accessible 
• Supporting the administration of Google Analytics and Hotjar surveys 
• Assisting with analysis of website usage data and patient feedback 
• Analysing simple infopool survey feedback data coming from three clinical sites.
• Liaising with the clinical teams to ensure that they have all the materials they need. 
• Supporting the maintenance and organisation of resource libraries and toolkits 
• Assisting with preparation for our annual Patient Information Forum (PIF) TICK reaccreditation.
• Ensuring that documentation is up to date, all clinician sign-offs are complete and accreditation forms are submitted on time. Processing invoices – sending to finance and completing budget sheets.
• Working with other teams to identify opportunities to use infopool patient stories more widely, including supporting case study development and ensuring appropriate permissions are obtained for reuse across PCR activities. 

Programme Administration & Operations 

Provide operational and administrative support to the wider Patient Projects team. Responsibilities include: 

Financial & Reporting Support 

• Processing invoices and submitting them to finance 
• Logging expenditure accurately within programme budget trackers 
• Supporting end-of-month reconciliation and reporting checks 

Materials & Resource Management 

Supporting the Senior Programme Manager in: 

• Managing stock levels for printed materials and patient resources 
• Coordinating ordering and reprinting of materials 
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory 
• Responding to general materials queries 

Administrative Coordination 

• Maintaining and updating the hospital adoption tracker
• Supporting shared inbox queries where required 
• Providing administrative support across the Patient Projects team 

Event & Conference Support 

Supporting the Senior Programme Manager and Health Equity Manager with PCR’s presence at conferences, meetings, and events and organisation of patient workshops and focus groups.

Responsibilities may include: 

• Coordinating logistics for event materials and shipments 
• Researching and booking suitable venues for workshops and arranging refreshments.
• Arranging online focus groups – liaising with patients and sending out pre-group materials.
• Processing patient expenses following focus groups and workshops. 
• Booking courier collections and managing delivery returns 
• Researching and booking suitable accommodation near conference venues 
• Supporting preparation of materials for events and exhibitions 

Providing on-site support when required, including: 

• Setting up conference stands 
• Managing printed materials and stock 
• Supporting delegate sign-ups 
• Directing queries to appropriate team members 
• Taking minutes at workshops and focus groups. 

Person Specification 

We are looking for someone who is: 

• Highly organised with strong administrative skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Confident communicating with patients in a professional and empathetic manner 
• Digitally confident and comfortable managing web platforms and analytics tools 
• Detail-oriented with strong record keeping and data management skills 
• Proactive and able to work independently within a hybrid team environment 

Desirable experience includes: 

• Experience working in healthcare, research, or charity sectors 
• Familiarity with CRM systems, website CMS platform Drupal, and online analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar 
• Experience handling customer or patient enquiries
